  I’ve been getting my boys and my haircut here for three years and I’ve hit my limit. The stylist, for the most part, are awesome. The management… well it’s hard to be polite but I will be. In this last experience, after calling a week ahead to verify their special for free mullet Friday’s we’re applicable to my kid and being assured, I was charge the full amount plus the additional fee for a zero fade. When I explained that I had called ahead I was given a dumb face stare and in order not to waste anymore time I paid and found myself irritated enough to write a Google review. Please, someone explain to me what it harder about cutting hair shorter that justifies the ridiculous price increase. For two young boys and myself to pay >$120 for fade haircuts is bullsh. Go anywhere else but if you can stand your interaction with the management, ask for Sara C and tip her well. She’s good people.

  Usually exclusively get my haircut here for years. Called to schedule an appt for a haircut. They put me down and then said “wait we can’t take you because you’re getting a fade and that takes longer than 30 minutes you’ll have to book another day”. I’m usually in and out in 15 minutes so not sure what the problem was. I said I’m usually in and out in 15 then was getting a technical explanation what a fade is like I don’t get it every time. Then said if I was only getting the top cut and not the sides they could put me down for an appt. Which made no sense to me so I didn’t bother to argue. Wish I was just told there was no availability in the first place which I would have understood.

  Just moved to DTX about 3 months ago. Its been a struggle to find a good barber. I recently started working in the area I happened to pass by and decided to give it a shot. I just needed something simple and a quick clean up. Met with Dino, and he took care of me, he did an awesome job, and made me feel like I was back at home, also had a good chat with him. Will definitely be back again for my next cut. Thank you!!

  I come to get haircuts often here and go to Mercedes. She does great work and is so kind. She does both talk and silence and is also bilingual (so if you need a person who also speaks spainsh you’re set ) She’s a great communicator and does truly care about how you like your hair.

  Went there after reading many good reviews and got lucky to see Mercedes. She did a decent job but absolutely robbed me when it was time to pay. I’m pretty much bald with a beard. Got my head shaved for a clean bald look and my beard shaped up…. 60 bucks… I asked why so much she said I got 2 services… HAIRCUT and beard cut… im like, wait, i understand my beard cut being pricey, but how much was it to shave my head bc I was practically already bald… 34 DOLLARS! I basically paid 34 dollars to get my balding head shaved… I paid for it and was sad the entire day… I sadly will not be returning there again.

  I got a benchmark haircut done at the Board Room Highland Village and it was fantastic. My hairstylist Katherine was very helpful in giving me advice for growing out my hair, what to do and not to do, what products would help etc. She took the time to explain and show me process which was very nice.
