in the last weekThis is an amazing barber shop! We were in town for a football game and our son needed a haircut. I found Gold Star near our hotel and gave them a call. I called and was so impressed by the helpful lady who answered the phone. I told her about my 15 year old son’s hair and she set us up with one of the barbers that she thought would be a good match. Delino did an amazing job on my son’s hair! Thanks for the great experience and getting us in on short notice!!in the last weekI went to get a haircut and shave before a friend’s wedding, and Adriana was able to cut and style my hair perfectly! She was incredibly nice and very friendly. I have been to see many barbers at this barbershop, and do not plan on going anywhere else!a month agoArrived in town on Thursday for our daughter’s wedding which was in a couple of days. I was able to make an appointment with Adriana for the next morning. Didn’t have to wait longer than five minutes. I counted 20 or so chairs and at least 3/4 of them were occupied. It’s a large shop but runs quite efficiently (at least it seemed so to me). I got a regular haircut (more of a “spruce up” for the wedding on Saturday). I also had Adriana give me a hot towel shave, something I had never before experienced. It was fantastic! I can highly recommend this barber shop and Adriana in particular both for her hair cutting abilities as well as her shaving talents.2 years agoPlace is great! Great prices and great service. Definitely recommend.2 weeks agoI believe my barber was Adriana I was over charged for a hair cut $50 when the price was discussed as $33 and her reasoning was just non sense and didn’t make sense. It’s ridiculous I love all the other barbers except her she is shady and greedy trying to get extra dollars.

a week agoThere are a lot of stylists at Whitney’s, which means there a really good chance you can walk in any time and get a good professional haircut. All of them are good at what they do and take pride in their work. I’ve been getting my hair cut here off and on for the last few years and have not been disappointed. $20 for a walk in men’s cut. I contacted Nikki about a haircut I wanted and although I wasn’t able to make one of her openings, she steered me to Mary! And she gave me a fantastic haircut!! (We’ve had issues other places with how much and how her hair was cut in the past) when we left my daughter said “Mommy I really liked her and she did such a good job, this is where I always want to go for my hair cut” we will be back for all our hair needs. Teresa whisked me away and got started promptly. Great customer service!

3 months agoPretty bad haircut, I forgot her name but she left in EVERY GUARD LINE. They don’t know how to fade AT ALL. The redo was not much better they gave me a high and tight instead of getting rid of the line. So my haircut came out completely different.9 months agoABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. I came hear to get a trim on my hair and my stylist (Sholanda) botched it. I asked for her to bring my hair to just about my shoulders and she cut it all the way up to my chin. Not only was the length not what I wanted, the cut was executed poorly and completely uneven. Don’t make the mistake like I did and pay the extra money to go get your haircut by a reputable salon.6 months agoI came in with fairly long hair looking to shorten the sides and keep the top long (trim a 1/4 inch off with a scissor cut). Lana was my stylist and she did a great job. Super polite and took her time. Everything was great until she asked the stylist next to her to take a look. This stylist started cutting way too much off. When I tried to look in the mirror she held my head and told me to stop moving. I ended up leaving with much shorter hair than I would’ve liked. Lana you did a great job just really would’ve liked to have left my hair the way it was before the other stylist took over.8 months agoWorst experience at this place. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS, AVOID THE WHITE RUDE FEMALE HAIRDRESSER WHO APPARENTLY HAS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. Was in town on vacation didn’t get a chance to get kid a haircut but thought going to another great clips would be like any other WRONG. AFTER SHOWING PICS AND STATING HOW ITS CUT with a 0 at the back and fowhalk leaving hair long enough at top to comb to side, WE GOT THIS. She stated to me after addressing the situation that I should of told her that her had a “Cow Lick”. Arthur I believe was the gentleman that had to step in and go over the entire kids hair again because the lines and the simple 0 at the back wasn’t even done correctly. BUT SHE HAD YEARS OF EXPERIENCE? More like years on BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN SHE WAS CALLED OUT ON SUCH A BAD JOB. I agree with other reviews this place is more for students or ones that are just getting started. AVOID THIS PLACE. See PICS ATTACHED FOR PROOF. ONE PIC IS BEFORE THE OTHER IS AFTER??♀️ I SHARED THE PIC WITH OTHER HAIRSTYLISTS TO GET THEIR OPINION ON WHAT WAS SO HARD OF NOT UNDERSTANDING HOW IT WAS TO BE CUT. Thankful his hair will grow back, BUT THE HAIRDRESSERS NEEDS A COUPLE MORE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. RUN IF YOU HERE “COW LICK” OR SEE THAT TATTOO ON HER ARM.
