  The person at check in was very pleasant and professional, as was the rest of the visit to this office! Very positive experience from the time I walked through the door! I wish I remembered the name of the person at the front desk, who greeted everyone with such a great attitude! So nice to see in these times.

  Even understanding that during a walk-in visit that there is going to be a wait, the waiting time was too long. I was there for about an hour. Just to do a urine drug screen for a preemployment screen. Once in however, the process went quickly.

  I had scheduled a 12pm appointment and never got called back until after 1. I still hadn’t been seen at 1:30 so I got up and got my money back and left. Piss poor service and snotty receptionist that acted like she was inconvenienced by her job. Horrible place. I’d give it a 1/2 star if I could. This place is terrible.

  From the time I walked in, the lady at the front desk was so nice. And the doctor was like no other, she really cared about me. She took her time and explained things to me, I felt like I wasn’t just a number to her, in fact, I think she was one of the best doctors I have ever seen. I wish she was my doctor. I would recommend this place to everyone. It’s the best urgent care I’ve ever had !

  A very efficient and professional environment! sanitary wait rooms. As a new patient I was able to register in less than 20 minutes using just my ceMaybe another 30 minutes wait time and very quickly in and out of the actual exam room with all my concerns sated. Kaylina at the front desk was very sweet and the entire staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommend! Plus they play the Disney classics while you wait, so bonus points if you’re a fan of Pinocchio!

  The lady at front desk is very rude. I went to pick up some documents, I said hello and before I tell the reason I’m there she very annoyed told me to sign in the tablet, when I told her I was just picking up some documents she just asked me for my ID and asked another person to handle my stuff. I get that we have bad days but she did it two times in different days.

  Went there for urgent care because I had a severe ear infection and my antibiotics weren’t working after 5 days. They told me there was nothing they could do for me and sent me home. Once I was able to see my Dr somewhere else she got me a different antibiotic and I was better in 24 hrs. I am still baffled that they wanted me to complete 5 more days of an antibiotic that wasn’t working.

  I’ve been going to the VA for my health care for 25 years. The facility in Wyoming MI is one of the best facilities that I’ve been to. In understanding the astronomical increase in veterans turning to the VA for their health care needs following the Covid epidemic, it’s understandable that there are long waits at times. But the care that the medical staff try to deliver is thoughtful, sincere, and from the heart. They truly care. They are also overworked and most times underappreciated. Remer too that their actions are restricted by guidelines, protocols, and lots of red tape and hoops to jump through. Patience is a virtue and a blessing.

  On Tuesday, I submitted paperwork for VA health care at the Wyoming VA Clinic. I’ve not used their health care yet, but the facility is clean, nice, etc. The VA enrollment counsellor was professional and friendly. I’m now hoping that the medical care is the same! I was also impressed that the enrollment person was a military veteran!

  If you are a veteran and get the run around, have a nearly impossible time getting through to your team without being transferred and put in hold while it rings and rings and rings and you finally have to give up and call back, only to experience the same thing, only to call back again and complain to the operators and are dumped in some random VM, don’t get a call back – ever, have your dental appointments rescheduled TWICE that are three months apart each time (one time because their awesome Dentist is now semi-retired and they only have one other dentist who just started but happened to be on vacation. For one of your appointments and the other time they just didn’t have an explanation), have an appointment you’ve waited months for only to have that rescheduled as well, have a rude nurse at the green team, constant rotation of employees, very low staffing (because employee can’t deal with the nonsense either), have a primary care physician write in your notes that they ‘personally’ called you but you did not receive a call and then when you address it with the patient advocate they state those notes are nowhere in the notes that the scheduling department READ to you, if you wait an eternity for prescriptions and god forbid you finally say something about it – they will INTENTIONALLY keep you there even longer and serve veterans who walked in 45 minutes after you – ALL OF THIS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED IT, IT IS NOT YOU IT IS THIS CLINIC. My mental health has improved now that I actually moved out of Michigan and have a more than competent VA. Don’t bother with the patient advocate. They are like HR – there to protect the incompetence, not resolve it. They will also sound impatient with you on the phone and encourage you to go to mental health as if YOU are the problem and they are just fine. My life was VERY stressful and this clinic added to it and my mental health deteriorating. Since I’ve moved – the VA is where I am is ON POINT AT EVERY TURN. It is NIGHT AND DAY. It is NOT YOU IT IS THIS CLINIC. I think half the ‘5stars’ are employees trying to boost the ratings. Also, if you want to change teams, you’ll be discouraged of that because it does not reflect well on the team that things got that bad. I’m so happy I moved out of state and got a chance to see what a real VA is like.

  Today is August 2, 2023. Go back 2 weeks. This very so called cares for Veterans hospital was suppose to mail me eye drop meds for surgery to take to my appointment at UofM Kellogg eye center. I went there with now meds. I bought my meds at UofM pharmacy. $30. 2 days after getting home, I called VA. Ok, you guys didn’t send my meds for the 1st surgery. Can you please send me the meds for next weeks surgery? Oh yes, so sorry sir, you’re in the system. For whatever reason, no one mailed the meds out. Ok, please mail the meds out, my second surgery is August 1. Oh, yes sir, I see it here in our system. I’ll mail it out ASAP. Current day, August 1, day of surgery. 2 hr 25 minutes drive to Ann Arbor. MEDICINE NEVER ARRIVED. Driving to Ann Arbor, I called the VA. Talked with pharmacist. Told her, I’m on my way to my surgery, how come I didn’t get my meds? She asked if I’m willing to come to hospital and get them. Ma’am, I’m driving to my appt now. I can’t come get them. Oh, I’m sorry, someone changed it in the system to fill your prescription today. WHAT? Yes, someone changed the fill date. Oh great, is no wonder you guys don’t care!!!! I’m sorry sir, is there anything else we can help you with? CLICK……..
