  I recently went to Irvine urgent care and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a medical center. Upon walking in it was very welcoming and felt like I was actually being cared for. The staff was very nice and helpful with answering any questions I had. The process from checking in to being seen by a Doctor was very easy and fast. Overall very helpful and would recommend to anyone who needs medical attention and is in the area.

  This location is amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. The medical care is top notch. I’ve been to this location for a few different reasons on different occasions and they are always incredible. They get you in and out quickly, without making you feel rushed and the doctor is very thoughtful and thorough answering all of your questions. Highly recommend!

  I’ve been several times and they’re always prompt and gracious. Everything is easy, and they actually listen and want to help. They’re efficient and cost effective with my insurance anyway. The doctor was so kind and patient with me. There’s never been a wait for me either. I highly recommend this urgent care. Don’t hesitate to give them a try.

  Wonderful urgent care! Deserves all the good reviews. Every staff member was very pleasant to deal with, upbeat, and kind. Facility was very nice and clean. Wait times were quick. The doctor was very empathetic, kind, and thorough. Best urgent care experience l’ve ever had, would highly recommend.

  The BEST medical care l’ve gotten in my life! The Dr. was a phenomenal listener and took his time listening to all my concerns. After he addressed my problem, I remembered another issue I had, and he spent 20 minutes helping me through that one. This is by far the best care I’ve received from any medical facility and I will 100% go back.

  Dr. Henkle is amazing. When I was sent to this location for Chiropractic, I really didn’t expect much. But Dr. Henkle has been so caring and understanding and helpful. Love the support and care I received from her. Highly recommend!

  Back in 2019 I injured my L shoulder with Staffmark. They brought me in and I explained to so many people that working with the pallet jack I injured my L shoulder I hurt it while pushing and pulling the pallets in and out of the freezer it was fast paced they did an MRI and it showed a crack on my shoulder and a torn tendon they did surgery two times and they released me back to work which now I’m paying there mistake they never fixed my L shoulder I got hurt again and this time the Dr I for got his name was telling me that the pain is all in my head. And honestly I’m just trying to heal and get back to work. This is my 3rd surgery and they still haven’t fix the crack on my L shoulder and the torn tendon. They have me on PT which they treated me with hate they told me to do it myself..

  Popped in with my wife to have them give her results for a standard TB test that she took for her job. They were fast and friendly with a nice waiting room. It’s easy to find on Edinger. They’re open 24/7. This location is geared towards occupational medicine, but it is an urgent care as well.

  The receptionist that worked the Night Shift is the worst, bad attitude and no customer service skills at all. After waiting for 30 min , I rang a bell that’s at the front desk and he screamed “ what do you want!”. Left because I wouldn’t trust my health to someone who has that type of attitude towards patients.

  Everyone was very pleasant to work with. My appointment was made simpler with the apps to fill out my medical history. I appreciate the medical assistant helping me with the app on my phone. The doctor made me feel comfortable with the visit. I will continue to use this office and will send the 19 Drivers I have under my supervision to this facility.

  Overall good experience. Pretty quick service. I had to come back the next day though because they stopped taking patients at 3:30 for physicals and drug screen. I went early the next day at 8:45. Got in and out easily.

  The visit was okay . What red flagged my visit is why do they want to know who my employer is. Are they trying to circumvent what the work place solution hiring agency is trying to do and inject corruption into the process. I just don’t think it’s any of there business. Really scary for people trying to obtain work.

  I went to Concentra thinking they have fast service but it was the other way around. It took about one hour for me to be able to do a test. The attendant was nice but there was only one. If you want fast in/out service this is not the place as they promote in their advertising. If you have all the time if the world the service is adequate.
