4 months agoI am so glad I found Instant Urgent Care. Making an appointment with them was easy to setup online even got it within the hour, same day in the morning. Also Derrick and staff were able to help quickly resolve my urgency and I left feeling relieved and informed. In the future if I need them I plan on using them more.Excellent service!
4 months agoI am so happy with the care provided to my daughter. I was in need of urgent care due to my daughter spiking a high fever and not feeling well at all. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted and assisted. It’s a HUGE plus that they accept Kaiser patients as well! I was so bummed out that no one in town would accept our insurance but Instant Urgent care Tracy now does! Thank you so much to the whole team for being so helpful and providing the best care possible for my little one. Will definitely be coming back should my family need any services.4 months agoI came in after I cut my hand and they got me cleaned and patched up quickly. The staff is super friendly and professional. The best part is they are so much faster than the emergency room.in the last weekSTAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL KNOWLEDGEABLE. WAS IN AND OUT QUICKLY. HAVE USED THIS SERVICE BEFORE AND WILL AGAIN AS NEEDED7 months agoFirst time visiting this urgent care. They took me time and were quick and attentive. I had the pleasure to meet with Derrick and instead of just doing a normal check he explained everything he was doing and the context behind it! It was so refreshing and made me feel so at ease.So by the time we got to the end of the appointment I knew exactly what was wrong and what medications I would need.

5 months agoI have Kaiser , I needed my daughters sports physical for cheer. After several days of back forth with Kaiser I was still unable to get a copy of a form they already recently completed for me. (My fault I misplaced it but I’m the family manager sue me) So that brings us to day Cheer Tryouts! Still no physical! So I call around in a rush/panic and Tracy Urgent Care promptly and professionally answers the phone gave me info on when I could walk in since their schedule was full. I got my daughter out of school at 3 from Kimball, came straight here by 3:15! They greeted me, got me our forms, and quickly processed. We waited maybe five minutes if that once registered and paid. The staff is friendly and very efficient! The office was clean and the price was fair. We saw the MD who was very nice as well, and had our form out the door by 350pm! I think the drive from Kimball was a longer wait!! Thank you for helping us in a crunch and making it so much easier than our and Insurance and making sure she didn’t miss her chance to Cheer!!! Thank you!!2 months agoMy poor son was having excruciating ear pain, we were out of state and the first urgent care we landed at room forever to register me, only to find out that it would be a 2.5 hour wait. While my son was on the floor crying the receptionist there didn’t feel bad for me or him. So in a state of needing to get care we drove here to Tracy urgent care. Not only did they care about my son but they got me in and out within 15 minutes and got my son the meds he needed! I can’t thank you enough for being caring to our situation and getting us in so quickly! It was a night and day experience compared to our first stop. Go here for your urgent care needs!3 months agoWe have been going to Tracy Urgent care for last 3 years for various needs, and the experience has been pretty solid. The front staff are friendly and accomodating, even when we did not have an appointment for my daughter they did not turn us away. Once we even utilized their services for immigration paper work needs and they know these paperwork requirements & processes In & Out! Dr. Grewal is very knowledgable, professional and truely serves the needs of our “Urgent care” providing guidance and care for a fast relief.2 months agoHad to do a drug screening and a physical for my company. Went to “concentra” ( what a joke) Who told me it would be 5 1/2 to 6 hours Of waiting to be seen And the front desk People are rude!…Came toTracy urgent care and they rock! I was out of there within 45minutes. They are very professional at the front desk and the front desk ladies rock !! I Would recommend .2 months agoTracy Urgent Care was incredibly friendly and very comforting environment! I felt at ease and was taken such good care of by Dr Grewal and Blanca!

My wife had been waiting weeks for an appointment for her ear just to get a call the day before saying her appointment was cancelled. Not rescheduled, cancelled. The incompetent nurse just kept saying sorry all I can do is a phone appointment. A phone appointment for an ear…. I’m not a doctor but really?!? Ask for a referral to an ENT… Forget it, can’t help you with that either. Kaiser does not give two ….. about you. You are just a number.
