  When the urgent care closer to me was closed at 6:00pm on a Friday, I was so relieved to find that Exer was nearby and still open (first time there). My daughter was experiencing an allergic reaction and the staff let us through immediately for her to be seen. They were ALL friendly, kind, and thorough. The facility was organized and IMMACULATE. They took such great care of us, and this will be our new go-to Urgent Care!

  My primary cared doctor is out of town and had an issue that couldn’t wait. They sent me to Exer Urgent Care and I was in and out within an hour. Only one person ahead of me at the time I arrived. Friendly staff, easy check in and the doctor was so down to earth and friendly (genuinely not forced or fake). Brand new, clean facility. Highly recommend this place if you have a choice of Urgent Care facilities.

  I had a nail bed that was infected and the redness was spreading. I went after work and was seen very quickly. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and nice. I was in and out very quickly and given a as given a treatment plan and my finger improved very quickly. I am very pleased

  Exercise Urgent care got me in right away, very friendly and professional checking me in. Check in was fast! The Doctor was kind and took the time to explain everything to me and was not rushed to get out of the room. A coworker referred me to this urgent care and he was spot on about the great office they have there. I would highly recommend Exer Urgent care!

  The doctors, nurses and staff members at this urgent care are very compassionate and super nice. Not only did they see me right away, I didn’t feel rushed and they listened to my whole story. They were very thoughtful about my treatment plan and I have a lot of confidence in them and the plan of treatment.

  I would give them a zero star if that would be possible. I used to see Dr. Sonia who was nice and competent. I saw a PA for a minor problem for which they prescribed some antibiotic drops, which I expected to go and get from my preferred pharmacy. 3 hours later I went to get my prescription, only to discover the clinic didn’t send the prescription to the pharmacy. I called them to rectify the problem, they said they were going to resend the prescription. After waiting a while I rechecked with the pharmacy. Same problem, the pharmacy was yet to receive the order. An absolutely lovely pharmacy assistant from my preferred pharmacy called them too only to discover the prescription was sent, but to another pharmacy chain!!!! These guys are beyond incompetent. Stay away from them.

  Amazing staff. From the moment I got there, the frost desk girl was so kind and friendly. The wait was super short and the doctor and the Nurse Practitioner were absolutely incredible. They were all extremely kind and helpful.

  I LOVE Westlake Urgent Care! Dr. Sonia is wonderful. She and her staff are pleasant, but no-nonsense about solving any issue I have brought to them. It’s a love/hate relationship. I hate when something goes wrong, but I love that I can see them for help.

  Great experience at Westlake Village Urgent Care. They were friendly and professional. The facility is clean and extremely well run. I easily made an appt online. (They also take walk ins.) As I walked in I was happily greeted and immediately helped by the young man sitting at the front desk. I was taken to a room right away. The nurse who came in to take care of me was very kind, compassionate, gentle and patient. She really listened as I was telling her my symptoms. She asked me if it was ok if she performed a couple of tests on me. She made the testing a breeze. She brought the Dr. in and the Dr was excellent as well. Explained the meds she is prescribing me and why. She listened to my questions, I received a thorough answer.

  I was happy and relieved that they give you the option to purchase your prescription medication there! Which I did, and was able to go straight home after. If you don’t chose to purchase there, they of course would send the prescription to the pharmacy or your choice.

  I was impressed and grateful with the excellent care I received here. I’m so glad I went in and I will be going there when needed from now on.

  I went to this office for surgical clearance; checking in was fairly fast and efficient. I was shortly called inside and the staff from the reception to the back office all were very nice and welcoming. I never post reviews, but decided to take the time for this one because, it’s been a very very long time since I have gone inside a medical office and experienced kind and efficient service. Thank you all for providing such a great experience!…. It makes all the difference in the world for patients such as myself. Keep up the good work and the kind spirit ??

  Everyone at Exer was so nice. I tried two other places and got turned down for an EKG I needed. Exer did it quickly and the tech and Dr. were very good. I would highly recommend Exer Urgent Care to everyone.

  I go to Exer Urgent Care for just about every general health issue and even some specialized ones. This is the easily accessible, quality health care with a variety of services, spacious facilities, modern equipment, efficient virtual/digitized processes and doctors/nurses who really listen to your personal needs. The wait time is very manageable and digitized through mobile applications. They aren’t treating a number. They treat a whole person with real connected health issues, This is where I can go throughout the year. Forget waiting weeks and weeks just to get an appointment elsewhere!

  I just had a visit today 5/28/23. I rarely have time to write a review about a service, but today I have to write one for Julio B. He deserves Five stars service. Julio is professional, enthusiastic, and dedicated to his patients. He is patient and takes the time to help me. Great work ethic!!! When I came to the office with a lot of health concerns, even though I didn’t feel better. I will need to follow up with my primary doctor; however, the service of the office made me feel very comfortable. Also, I want to thank Dr. Patricia for her enthusiastic assistance. She ordered services for me in need. Thank you Doctor Patricia! I hope that in the future, the service will never change because I am very satisfied with it. Additionally, the staff was very warm welcoming. Highly recommend to everyone in the location in Newbury Park. Newbury is way better!! I will ask for Julio next time if I have to go to Exer again.

  I needed Lab work done for an upcoming Surgery. X-rays, Blood Work, EKG, etc! The Front desk, Nurse, Lab tech and Doctor …..EVERYONE in this Newbury Park location was Friendly, Extremely Helpful, Knowledgeable and took care of ALL OF MY NEEDS in a short period of time. They also followed up with a phone call the next day to let me know that all of my bloodwork results were sent to my DR.
