  A great experience. This was my first visit to Premier ER & Urgent Care. Caring, efficient, thorough, are only a few words that come to mind during my visit. I was surprised, “in a good way” by the flurry of questions asking how I was feeling and my current symptoms. Thank you for such a great experience. ? Not in a rude way, I hope to not see y’all anytime soon. But if I do, I know I’ll be well taken care of. ??

  Upon Arrival the receptionist were very polite and they got me signed in very quickly. Then when I went to the back the nurse was very friendly, she listened to me and all my concerns very intently. Then the doctor, she was very sweet. She listened to everything I had to say before making any suggestions. I told them what I thought it may be but due to several other factors they decided to run a few more extensive test, I was very glad for this because it made me feel like I was heard! It put my mind at ease as well! Thank goodness all was well and was sent home with meds. I did let them know in-house how much I appreciated the care I received there! Definitely a place to go if you are sick and worried!

  These are absolutely the nicest people you will ever choose. We walked in the door and within 10 minutes I was in a room there was a nurse there in about 5 minutes after that and then the x-ray technician who was hilarious and the doctor. Everything was explained to me clear and easy to understand. They had a full understanding of what I was going through. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. They will definitely be my choice of medical facilities. So much better than going to the ER at the hospital where it’s packed full of people.

  I received wonderful treatment at Premier. In less than five minutes I was in a treatment room. ALL of the staff professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were truly concerned about me and my health issue. Doctor Conner treated me and diagnosed my problem quickly and correctly . He truly cares about his patients. He followed up on the phone several times the next two days to see how my appointments with my cardiologist and primary doctor went. I and Callie both believe I got the Best of care from this team at Premier Urgent Care in Temple.

  I had a wonderful experience when coming in to Premier ER & Urgent Care. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional and provided excellent and courteous care. This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. My doctor had a great bedside manner and listened to my issue and was able to address it.   Excellent care from the check-in person, to the nurses and Dr. Freemyer. He was very patient and showed concern for my well-being. His staff did 100 percent to care for me also. They all made me feel like I was a part of their family. Went in with chest and abdomen pain and they took me in within 5 minutes. Thank you.

  Dr. Rodriquez and Erin RN, did a fantastic job getting my son taken care of today. We got seen quickly, and were treated very respectfully. We will always come to this urgent care just because of the quality of care, and effectiveness along with friendliness.

  This emergency room is amazing. Especially Dr. Rodriguez. He was very kind, never made me feel like a nuisance, brought me a warm blanket and was very kind. The rest of the staff were also very helpful, kind, and understanding. I am very thankful for the care I received today.

  I hate going to the ER! I’m more afraid of catching something there than the kids bringing something home! I started going to that express er a year ago and they are so freaking nice! There’s no wait and they never ask for copay or money upfront! My girls love all the free snacks and drinks well tbh so do I lmao ? snacks for everyone! The front desk staff, nurses and doctors are very attentive, and kind! Best of all the doctor calls you personally to follow up on your appointment regardless of what the issue was! I love this place and so will you!

  Under the circumstances, the reason for my visit was not planned or a pleasant one. I had to make a very hard decision for my little girl (Paris-Ana) that I had for 18 years. From the moment I walked into the Animal Emergency Center, the staff was comforting and supportive. The entire staff did everything possible to try and ease the pain and very sympathetic. They treated and handled Paris-Ana with such care and compassion. The center took care of all the after arrangements, which helped out tremendously. Once I received Paris-Ana back, I was truly amazed on how they put her to rest. They gave me peace of mind and lifted my spirits. In closing, the entire team at the center was wonderful and I can’t thank them enough…Thank you all from the bottom of my heart and you all are truly amazing! Sincerely Jackie

  Went in because my dog had started limping. My dog is very people reactive and they did great helping him be sedated so he could be examined and x-rayed. They emailed the x-rays as soon as they were done and emailed a visit summary a couple days later.

  I had what I initially thought was a great experience here… staff was super sweet to my cat, Ducky, and were very personable. We came in because Ducky had some pretty seriously burned paw pads. They wrapped the wounds, including one that was infected, and told us not to touch them for 3 days. $540 bill, by the way! Oh well, at least my cat will be better. Well, three days later we remove the bandages and the infected paw is swollen 5 times its normal size and had been leaking green and yellow fluid inside the bandage for the entire 3 days. We rushed to a different emergency vet and they inform us that wrapping paw pads with wounds as bad as hers is counterproductive and made her infection way worse. Essentially, the tight dark, moist environment that the wraps created was just an open invitation to bacteria. And on top of that, why on earth would I be instructed to keep these bandages on for 3 entire days?! Shouldn’t bandages be changed regularly? How long had her paw been so swollen and infected and I had no idea?! Awful awful advice.

  This other vet only cost us $140, versus the $540 we paid for Ducky’s condition to only become worse. I am extremely frustrated and disheartened that my sweet Ducky has to go through this pain for longer than necessary if I had just gone to a different vet the first time.

  I have no doubt that people have great experiences here… very sweet staff. I am just very disappointed with how things turned out for us.

  I brought my dog in over the weekend. We had to make a very hard decision to put her down at 330am. The staff here were amazing. They were very thoughtful and understanding. They allowed me to run home to grab my son so he could say goodbye, as we had not expected the outcome. We are so devastated by the lose. But I am so thankful these folks were here for us through through this difficult time. I wish I got the name of the two nurses and drs who assisted through the process. But they were Amazing. Thank you so much for being there for us and taking care of the cremation services. We just brought her home today! I would recommend this place 100%!
