2 weeks agoThis urgent care has become my main urgent care when I can’t get in with my PCP or if it’s after hours. I’ve been here several times in the past year and it’s always a great experience. Staff is always nice and patient and the clinic is very clean. Would recommend.2 weeks agoI had the best experience! The staff and nurses were amazing and made me feel welcomed. John Poules was the PA and he was very patient with me and listened to all my concerns. Overall I would definitely recommend to family and friends!!3 weeks agoThis urgent care was very clean, everyone of the staff I encountered was as sweet as can be. Everyone really listened to what was going on with me and I felt very comfortable. Kayla was great and John was very thorough with my test results. 3 months agoI was greater and helped immediately upon entering the building. My visit was work related and they knew exactly how to deal with the situation accordingly! Over all it was a very fast and effective experience! Would definitely return or recommend.2 weeks agoVery professional staff. Dr Ryan is great. Only issue was the wait to get seen. My appointment was at 1:00, didn’t get back until about 1:50. But overall, a great experience.4 months agoI just wanted to share an experience I had recently at the clinic. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told that they weren’t able to carry out any physical examinations due to the high number of patients with injuries. Despite this, I politely asked if they could still carry out my TB test and they said yes, but without the physical.However, when I returned to the observation room, I was disappointed to find that I was the only patient back there and it appeared as though the staff had lied to me in order to avoid doing a physical examination. As I checked out, I noticed that all the staff were just playing on their phones at the front desk.
I’m not complaining, but I just wanted to share my experience with you. I always appreciate the level of care at the clinic and the staff’s helpfulness, however, this recent incident was a bit disheartening.

3 months agoIt was my first visit to this urgent care. The staff were very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to friends and family. Each question that I have asked got the answer for it. Clean urgent care which is one of the most factors that can help the patients to feel better and get well soon.Thanks2 months agoHad to spend a little extra time there because as I was waiting for my text to come through a customer with location issues was at the desk for 15 minutes explaining her situation. After I got through that it was smooth sailing from there! Loved the lady that took blood pressure, she was a joy!

2 months agoI will drive however far to go to this specific urgent care. The doctors are amazing they make sure you leave satisfied and better! Nurses are always nice!! Very quick visit.
