  I came to this facility for help with an injured foot. The entry process was kind and efficient. I saw Dr. Darshna Patel, I’m sorry I’m not sure about the spelling of her name, but she was very easy to talk to, and skillful and explain to me in detail the steps I should take for Care. She recommended an x-ray just to be sure it wasn’t a fracture. She’s really nice and I would recommend her to anyone.

  Noreen Pierandozzi she knows her stuff. I had come in contact with poison ivy and have been suffering. I went to immediate care on Roselle initially and was treated with prednisone and a cream. The cream caused my arms to itch till they bled. I took all the medication and the itching and raised bumps started looking worse. I called Alexian brothers emergency room they told me they only had one person waiting. When I got there it looked like a homeless camp. After 2.5 hrs I was still sitting there. I made the decision to leave Alexian and I went to Dr P. I walked right in and she took me right away. She sent my prescription in and I couldn’t be happier the pills she gave stopped the itching immediately and calamine lotion worked as well. I suffering so bad I couldn’t take it. I know it has to run its course but I couldn’t handle the itching. I am for ever grateful to Dr. P. For helping me.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I was charged over $600 for a simple walk in visit. When I called the office they could not explain to me why I was charged that must. They told me they don’t know how much someone will be charged and that they could charge us $1000 and it wouldn’t matter because insurance decides it. How does someone not know how much they are charging someone?! There has to be a breakdown of how much each visit will be. The lady wouldn’t even let me speak on the phone when I was trying to ask her about it and kept telling me she doesn’t handle that. DO NOT GO HERE.

  $200 for a 5-minute appointment. Moreover, the doctor was very incompetent. He prescribed me antibiotics. Now two other good doctors have confirmed to me that I don’t need antibiotics to solve my problem. I just lost money, and most importantly – time and health. Never again.

  Excellent experience at this location. I made an appointment and was seen on time. Front desk staff was efficient with check in, insurance verification and collecting copay. Medical staff listened and communicated well. Overall it was a professional yet caring atmosphere. I’d highly recommend this location.

  Had a great experience. I made a same day appointment for my son’s school and sports physical. The staff member greeted us with a smile. There was no wait time, outside the forms I needed to complete. Every person we made contact with was so polite and professional. Dr. Gerard Geurts was phenomenal as he reviewed and went over the forms, examined my son, and made the visit more personalized. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re in need of a last minute physical exam.

  They placed this sign (attached photo) on the reception. All of the staff were having lunch together behind the reception which clients can see if you’re standing by the reception desk. Ended up leaving without getting help or even talking to any of the staff after waiting for an hour. Since we can hear them just laughing and chatting didnt want to interrupt their meal ?

  Doctors were chatting and not taking patients. They were talking about how many patients the other provider saw the day before. And also i was the first one to get in, i was seen 20 minutes after they put me in the room. The doctor seemed skeptical of the diagnosis (i had sinus infection and i already knew that), he then left the room and had me wait 10 minutes until i opened the door and saw him setting down chatting with other staff members and he was like oh oh i will be right back. All i needed was the prescription paper. I felt like i was dealing with high school drop outs…. I cant believe such people with supposedly noble careers act like this. Zero responsibility. This place needs to be inspected and shut down. Took me 40 minutes from check in to check out for a sinus infection (knowing that i was the first one to be seen). Irresponsible place.

  SkyPoint Medical And Vein Center is a great Medical clinic. It is located in Schaumburg, Illinois and its doctors are some of the best in the field. Dr. Jaini Mody is one of the primary care physicians at the clinic and she is excellent at her job. I was able to get an appointment with her very quickly and she was able to answer all of my questions. The treatment that I received at the clinic was top-notch and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great medical clinic.

  Had an amazing experience at the center. The doctors in Schaumburg are quite professional in their work and they took care of everything. The way they did my physical I got to recommend them as the best primary care physician.
