a week agoHave been coming here for my injury at work, and the staff is phenomenal. Receptionists are professional and informative. I’ve met with a handful of providers with my appointments, and they have shown me endless compassion and have been extremely understanding. Aside from the long wait times, I would definitely recommend anyone to coming to this urgent care.2 weeks agoSwitched insurance a while back and had to find an urgent care covered by my new health plan, I walked in and was kindly greeted by staff. Registration process was easy and I was seen within the hour. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Great service all around and located in a very convenient location. They also have an app to conveniently view visits and schedule future visits.2 weeks agoI had hurt my wrist (on Labor DA, no less) and I sheepishly went to Ventura Urgent Care on Ralston. I was seen right away. The staff, from front desk, Xray Tech and doctor, were welcoming, kind and patient. They didn’t even seem to mind my incessant chattering!The doc put a brace on my wrist and gave me some instructions. The experience left me feeling totally grateful fir this place. I recommend this place without reservation!
2 months agoI give them 20 stars on a 5 star scale! My wife became very ill while on vacation in the area. The first Urgent Care when went to blew her off, said she had stomach flu and would not even run a blood test. 5 days later, thankfully, we saw Leopold at Ventura Urgent Care. He was WONDERFUL! He listened to her ongoing (alarming) symptoms and ordered blood, urine, and fecal labs. We returned home and our own DR was clueless, then Leo called to say she had picked up a relatively unknown parasite, and called in an RX for her. He detected what 2 other DOCS could not! Now, thanks to him, she is on the mend. I highly recommend this clinic, the whole staff was wonderful, concerned, and supportive. They were very busy, but someone popped in regularly to keep us updated. Very professional, wonderful care here!!in the last weekThe staff is friendly,kind,and good at what they do. I prefer to go there instead of to my primary care doctor. I feel that I get better care at Ventura Urgent Care.

THESE GUYS ROCK!I recently had an urgent medical visit to Cottage Urgent Care on Victoria Avenue in Ventura, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of.
First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to the exceptional provider, Ashley, who attended to me during my visit. Ashley’s knowledge, expertise, and compassionate approach made me feel instantly at ease. She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, asked thorough questions, and provided a clear explanation of my diagnosis and treatment options. Ashley’s professionalism and genuine care for her patients truly stood out.
In addition to Ashley, I want to commend the outstanding service provided by Linda, Jessica and Andrew. These individuals were instrumental in making my visit efficient and enjoyable. From the moment I checked in until the moment I left, they were warm, friendly, and accommodating. They ensured that the administrative processes were smooth and hassle-free, and their professionalism was evident throughout.
Moreover, the overall atmosphere at Cottage Urgent Care was welcoming and comforting. The facility was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern medical technology. The staff members were consistently attentive and displayed a genuine commitment to patient care.

3 months agoI have brought my children into this clinic on multiple occasions and always had good experiences until today. I was helped by a front office person named Linda who was extremely rude. I felt she also got more rude once I mentioned that my child has medi-cal insurance. I am not sure if she was having a bad day or if this is her normal way of treating patients, but it made the experience as a whole unpleasant to say the least. The doctor who saw my daughter was very nice and everyone else was and has always been pleasant, but this was definitely not a good experience. I would hate for one bad person to ruin such a nice facility. I hope you guys do better because this was so unfortunate I actually avoid going there now. Linda if you see this I hope life never humbles you or that you are never treated like you did us.3 months agoSuper experience under the circumstances! My son injured his arm and needed x-ray Sunday evening on a holiday weekend. We didn’t have insurance and the cash cost was so much less than an ER visit would have been. They had a rad tech on duty who took the xrays and a nearby radiologist who read them within about ten minutes. The nurse on duty was excellent and got us taken care of. So grateful for these guys!5 months agoThe staff are amazing, so nice and so caring. My daughter is horrified of flu test and she had the best experience ever. Brandy performed the test and she was awesome. We also love Nathan the NP. He is so sweet and smiling and makes you feel good. Overall great experience. Highly recommend them.4 months agoCottage Urgent Care – Ventura – Montalvo Square is the BEST!! I had a cold I was fighting for two weeks; letting it “run it’s course”. Most of the symptoms were gone except for the congestion. I woke up early on a Sunday morning and went to this urgent care when they opened at 8:00 a.m. After meeting with Nathan he called in a Rx for me and suggested I try a neti pot and humidifier. Game changer! I was feeling better within a day and finished out the 5-day antibiotic, nasal spray, neti pot, and humidifier routine. I can’t say enough good things about this place. So happy it’s a local resource we have instead of the dreaded emergency room visit. Two thumbs way up!!

3 weeks agoVery positive experience! The staff was very professional and efficient. So we’re the nurses and my doctor was excellent in explaining my injury and what to do. Quick X-rays revealed a fracture and I am so happy to know and to have recommendations for how to handle it. 100% recommend for speedy, professional, and comprehensive service!2 months agoDr Gluck is an extremely competent orthopedic specialist. He is thorough when exploring all causes and solutions. Great bedside manner. 10 out of 10!!a year agoSuch an easy and good experience. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They already had my paperwork from a previous visit with a different doctor so I only had a brief form to sign. They took me in almost immediately. The doctor on call, Dr Gluck, ordered X-rays and within minutes came in with a diagnosis. I was fitted with a boot and sent on my way. I was there less than an hour total time as a walk in. I do not hesitate to recommend this office. They are very professional and caring.a year agoAll personnel I interacted with at this facility were very friendly and attentive to my needs. Dr. Gluck was very thorough and took his time trying to pinpoint the reason of my pain. X-Rays were done on site and helped determine the next steps for my treatment.
