2 months agoOur visit to AFC Urgent Care was quick and painless! We had a short wait and the staff and provider were all pleasant and kind! One of the staff did a great job calmly, slowly, and clearly explaining what he was about to do before he ran a test on my child. They were all compassionate, which of course means a lot to me as a parent. Then when a power outage in our area prevented us from filling our prescription at our nearest pharmacy, the staff and provider promptly sent the prescription to a different pharmacy for me so I could get the medicine for my child as soon as possible. Thank you so much!in the last weekThis was the fastest, most pleasant urgent care experience I’ve ever had! 3 weeks agoExpress Family Care Bonsack has been my primary source of medical care MANY times . As a nurse, the good news is they are always helpful, kind, and professional, not to mention~ affordable. You truly could not ask for better service! The wait can be long (!!) but it beats the 30 to 60 days the PCP offers especially if you are sick or need that school physical. Bring a good book or some IG reels to watch- It’s worth it.a month agoI had a very pleasant experience at Express Family Clinc on Valley Gate Blvd. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor did a wonderful job fixing my problem but explaining everything as well. I highly recommend this clinic.a month agoWell this has been an ongoing process, I went in a few months ago with one of the worst cases of posion ivy, oak, and sumac, they gave me a week worth of prednisone which did absolutely nothing then sent me on my way. So I had to turn around and go to a different one urgent care because it never started to get better after 5 days. I went to the other urgent care and they told me to complete stop what they had gave me. So here I am months later with another sickness I tried to give them another chance but yet once again I had to turn another and go to another place. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE UNLESS THIS IS THE LAST OPTION .a month agoThis is my favorite urgent care to go to but after my last experience with Ryan McLennan two weeks ago, I am not happy because my problem did not clear up with the information I was told because he was using google and I was told to make a dentist appointment, which didn’t make a difference. I had to go to my PCP which they prescribed me medication.6 months agoI can not recommend this place enough. From the front desk, to the nurses to the providers everyone is so nice and caring. You get in and out very quick with a thorough exam and treatment. 10/10 experience every time I come here.

2 months agoI had the absolute best experience on my first visit! The office is clean and beautiful! The staff is beyond kind, caring, and accommodating! Although, I hope not to HAVE to use any urgent care again, if the need arrives, I’ll certainly use them again!5 months agoAgenacare is so great! Such a Godsend with little kids being able to bypass crowded wait rooms of who knows what germs. Staff is so courteous and kind. We find their services so prompt and professional. Highly recommend for your family’s health needs.9 months agoWe had the most amazing experience with Agenacare for our first visit! Being unable to see our doctor on short notice, and knowing our child was sick and uncomfortable, was is the worst feeling. It was such a a relief to have somewhere to call that could come to our home within 2 hours of our call! The visit was quick, and easy and Hannah was such a delight and made our daughter so comfortable! We will def call again!!7 months agoI will give zero star if I could. The rudest and most impatient care provider I ever met.My son was not feeling well and I am not be able to take him to his pediatrician, I saw the good reviews here and made the phone call immediately.
The appointment was easy to set up and the nurse came relatively fast.
However, the person they sent was very rude and impatient. She acted like we are begging her to come, not even a greeting when we open our door and said hello to her. She apparently in a very bad mood.
Then we kindly asked her to take off her shoes, it was raining heavily outside and we just deep cleaned our carpet. She said: “No.” Without even any explanations. She walked into our home. Thus we tried to give her a pair of shoe cover. She did put on those and was saying:” are you bit of a neat freak?” Anyway, once she began to test my son, her shoe cover came off, and she did not even try to put them on at all. She ran the test, collected the money and left.
I have never seen a person being so rude, I understand everyone may have a bad day and was not in a good mood, but there is no need to act like it’s other fault.
9 months agoWe had Hannah come out to see our very sick child. Hannah did a wonderful job addressing all of the issues she was having and also made her comfortable. Hannah was able to figure out what was going on and give proper treatment. I would recommend Agenacare 100%! Fantastic service and great people!
