2 months agoMultiCare Indigo is hands down the best Urgent Care provider in our area and I have been to them all. The staff is consistently friendly, timely, professional and knowledgeable. The actual Medical Providers are so thorough and really educate you on what’s going on with your body and are very patient and make sure that you’re getting what you need. The facilities are spotless and they thoroughly clean the machines between each patient. I wish I could see them as my Primary Care Physician!! Highly recommended. And scheduling online is super easy and they don’t make you fill out paperwork over and over!! Everyone else treats you like a new patient every time you come in. They are excellent.2 weeks agoi was here a couple weeks ago. dr was rude and dismissive. laughed at my concerns, especially when i expressed some concerns about a strong antibiotic that was giving me lots of side effects she just said “well you can do whatever you want.” only asked if i had any questions as she turned around from the door about to leave. dr accused me of withholding a med i was on, when really the medical tech assistant had not properly communicated with her.both medical tech assistant and dr misgendered me constantly even while discussing i was on HRT. ironic given the diversity/inclusion poster i saw…
training for staff regarding dealing conscientiously with LGBT/trans patients as well as basic bedside manners would be appreciated.
3 weeks agoBritish, Nancy, and Jamie all provided excellent care for our three year old that broke her arm. They were all very sweet and helped make the situation easy for her and even gave her an ice pop at the end. The check-in process was easy and they squeezed us in even though we did not have a scheduled appointment. Thank you for the excellent care team!2 years agoI felt very comfortable walking into this place and greeted warm and friendly. The estimated waiting time for a walk in patient is pretty accurate. The nurses here are not so professional though, I think they have certain protocols to follow, so they did it without knowing why and how to act properly. They acted like robots and treated me like a product. That’s my impression. The entire place is very clean and well maintained. The doctor is very professional and I felt I’m in good hands. She offered reasonable options and suggestions to me and my symptoms already alleviated 1 day after the visit.a month agoReceptionist was friendly and welcoming, medical assistant was as well and the doctor was great. Dr Nancy listened, offered options based on medical opinion and a diagnosis (tendinitis) saying she sees a lot of it and offered XRays if I wanted but that they likely would not be necessary. I did get X-rays just to confirm and the reading was quickly done

in the last weekWas admitted on a Saturday night 9/9 at 7:45 PM for a 2 inch cut on my forehead. The reception was immediate and cheerful. Luckily, I didn’t have to wait long. After discussing options, I made my choice and Dr. Jessica Marie, PA-C, did a careful, well anesthetized five stitches. I was sent home with excellent instructions. I had my stitches removed on Friday, 9/15 by an excellent dermatological assistant whose priority was my comfort in an uncomfortable activity. The communication at all phases of my urgent care treatment was excellent.a week agoCame in with asthma. Was told I had a 30 minute wait but they got me in immediately as they could see I was in distress. Everyone was very attentive and did what they could to ease my breathing. I naturally was a bit panicky and both Dr Lhamon and nurse Sarah were very calming and reassuring. I appreciated their care.3 months agoI came to this urgent care facility after I took a nasty fall and injured myself. it was not very crowded when I came in, but the techs were welcoming and efficient. the PA (Heather Price I believe) was kind, professional, and attentive. the x-ray tech was efficient and gentle with my injuries. I felt confident that I was receiving competent care my whole visit.4 months agoNo one ‘wants’ to have to visit Urgent Care late in the evening, if at all. This visit was the model of what one would hope to experience. The location was easily accessible with ample parking. The interior was obviously clean and free of refuse. Also, the lights had been lowered making it a more relaxed environment. Fortunately, the reason for my visit was an easy fix and I was out in a flash. The entire visit no more than 38 minutes. The staff I interacted with were fantastic, and very friendly and professional. Thank you and job well done!a month agoOpen early, very friendly and accommodating staff. Showed a lot of care towards my daughter and were thorough in their exam. We got in quick and were seen and treated in good time. They showed us respect and comfort.

2 months agoMy dad came here for an eye infection, in and out. He had a great experience. I think there are busy times and wait times and having some patience is needed. Now for my experience as a patient, I came in because I tripped and fell and was experiencing knee pain. I spent more time with the MA explaining my issue than I did with the PA. The PA did no physical examination of my knee. They did request X-rays, and I was taken to get them done. Waited 20 minutes and the receptionist for the X-ray team saw I was waiting and said there was no request for me. I went back to the urgent care reception and told them I was going to pass on the X-ray and just get them when I go to the ortho referral that was provided. Just to note- I then called to schedule ortho and wasn’t able to get scheduled for a few weeks. I was able to get in the next day with my regular hospital and ortho.
2 weeks agoThey were perfect, caring, professional, and honest in my case for both the urgent room and emergency care. I would recommend them and definitely come back if needed!a month agoI have never had this kind of problem in my past hospital visiting in the US. I have been moved around from Wisconsin to California, DC, and even Tennessee. This is the first time doctors and nurses have treated patients to cheat to go to ER without them knowing it. And charge it. Below is the written notice I sent.On June 20th, I went to Evergreen Urgent care at Redmond for my minor pain on my right side lower abdominal area. The pain had been there for several days, so I wanted to confirm that is not a serious problem. I called physicians to make an appointment, but the nurse told me to go to the urgent care just in case because the appointment was 3 weeks later.
So I went to Urgent care and saw the doctor. The nurse checked my vital doctor, and I discussed the symptoms. She thought it was kidney stone after checking my urine sample.
There was very little trace of blood. I told the doctor the pain could be controlled by Advil, and she agreed that it is not a stage we should worry about. We could wait and see if symptoms get worse while taking the advil for a few days.
But suddenly she suggested to check with Ultrasound just to make sure.
I asked her it was necessary, she said it is better to check. So I agreed. ( I natually thought Ultra sound should be in urgent care, right?)
And then she told me Ultrasound is in another floor. Is that okay for me to go there. ( she did not mentioned it is in ER)
I thought she is asking me that it is okay for me to walk downstairs despite the pain. So I said it is okay. I thought doctor is really considered. And nurse took me to the downstairs using elevator .
By the time we got to that floor, I saw the ER sign. I asked Nurse ” this is ER?”
And Nurse said ” Ultrasound is in there”
She made sound like the Ultrasound facility is in that floor and we were there to use the facility.
She took me inside the one of the ER exam room.
At this point I was starting to feel not easy. And kept asking nurse about Am I there to use just for ultrasound ? Why am I inside the exam room? She said I needed to be there to use the Ultrasound.
She just keep saying that. And she checked my vital again. So I told her I already had when I was upstairs. She said it is needed again. And she told me to change into gown. I asked her is it for ultrasound and she said yes. And finally I felt something is wrong and told her I think it is not needed. Then She said I should talk to the doctor. I asked her “Am I going to billed for ER ” she said she does not know the billing. I should talk to the doctor. ???
So doctor came and I explained the situation and told him it is not needed, he kept asking this and that, but I finally told him I do not need any treatment including ultrasound and he agreed and I changed back and left. but he insist gave me prescription for light nausea I had that morning. It was not even bad one. But he kept saying gave me prescription.
That is all.
If I needed ER services , I would went to ER. If I really was in critical conditon, I can undertand Urgent care people sent me to er.
But that was none of the cases.
From doctor to nurse from urgent care, ER none of you clearly told me I was admitted to ER at first. Even during the process. You only told me Ultrasound is in that floor, have to change the clothes to use the Ultrasound, wait till to talk to the doctor to clear things.
I don’t think this is the right way to treat patients. I had used many urgent care and ER in my past, none of them had this kind of attitude to patients.
This is clearly deceiving people, and cheating. Hospital is where you are treating patients, not where you find a way to charge people.
This is the email I sent to the supervisor in doctors’s billing. ( they sent two bills, one facilty, and one from doctor???)
I am not sure what to say more. But one thing is for sure they cheated me. They never clear from start to end. This is worst experience and still going on.
Whoever wants to use urgent care from Evergreen just be very careful.
3 months agoMy lab results were not shared even after 1 month of blood sample drawn. I contacted via phone and messaged in my chart as well multiple times. Still the issue was not resolved and they were not able to provide even the timelines by when the issue gets resolved. Planning to get the tests done from other place again.9 months agoService was great. But the Evergreen billing / coding department is a mess. In March, we took my 1 year old son in with a potential concussion. Staff was great, friendly and very helpful. CAT Scan + X-Ray both done on site and got results back quickly.Get the bill back and the X-Ray is fully covered but the CAT Scan is $750+. My insurance covers diagnostic testing 100% even before deductible. Apparently the CAT Scan machine is part of the Evergreen Emergency Room…not their urgent care. So it was billed as emergency room instead of Urgent Care. No heads up before the test. We came to urgent care specifically because the ER would be more expensive. Same company and same building but cheat us out of $750+ by coding it different.
Call log: July 9 – called to appeal, will have an answer in 2 weeks. July 25 – still hasn’t been reviewed August 18 – still under review September 6 – still under review November 10 – still under review (got it escalated to management and told I would receive a call…no call) December 20 – hasn’t been reviewed but will have someone look at it in the next 24 hours December 21 – voicemail asking to call back. call back and get a different person that has to read all the notes again. I ask to speak to a decision maker on the review but says that is not an option. Let’s me know that it is coded as ER and that it won’t be reviewed again.
