a month agoOverall just very pleased! Staff were top notch, knowledgeable respectful, and awesome! The facility was clean and bright, I loved that there was a poster of anything we would need like a blanket, or cup of water. I was nervous at first and the woman that brought me back and I had a great conversation that calmed me down. Very personable, and great customer service! Everyone seemed educated well to be able to walk me through the process. The timing was spot on, I definitely felt like I was in and out. An Over all great experience, thank you!2 weeks agoI had a great experience. From the time I walked in the door till the time I walked out. They took me back almost right away. I had X-rays and blood work. I saw the doctor got my results all within about an hour and 15 minutes. Everyone that work there was great. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you everyone that I saw today. You all are doing a great job.2 months agoToday was an excellent experience! From the beautiful, clean facility, with a very easy initial sign in, then a very personable staff who did the registration. It was quick and easy and she was very kind yet thorough. I only waited a short time and was taken to my patient area. I needed blood work and it was great having the tech come to me, quick, easy and she was so nice too. The physician Dr. McGee was excellent! She gave me time and provided care and education as to my possible condition. I am an RN and was going to go to our hospital’s Urgent Care but it was closed!! Thankfully PF has excellent hours. I am really impressed with everything. I truly have no complaints. I was able to get my medication right there too. Awesome all around. Highly recommend.4 weeks agoThis was my very first visit to Patient First, and I was extremely pleasantly surprised! The check-in/registration process was very good and the wait time was minimal, considering how many patients were ahead of me. The entire staff, including patient assistance reps, and the doctors were all very compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly. If I have to use an urgent care facility in the future, I will definitely use this Patient First location rather than going to any hospital ER.2 weeks agoThe care was adequate but there was a billing issue on Patient First’s end. I am not upset about a billing issue, that happens sometimes. It is how they handled it…I explained the issue, they said they would resolve it. Then they charged late fees. If you call, you can be on hold for an hour and no one picks up. If you email, they stop responding but keep sending bills. After 6 months, I finally agreed to pay the original amount and make this go away (I don’t need my credit taking a hit over this)…7 months later I get another bill for $300 in late charges…you call and no one answers. You email and no one answers. They do keep billing you though! I would stay away from Patient First…your injuries may heal but your billing issues may go on and on…

a month agoLet me start off by saying the staff was very friendly and informative! That’s why I gave this place 2 stars. A hour and a half wait was ridiculous. This place smells sick, waiting room furniture needs to be thrown out, this facility needs to be cleaner, there was a dog with a patient in one of the rooms. I stood on my feet while waiting! Was not about to sit in them chairs!4 months agoMy entire experience was Wonderful. Jaslinne was The Best. Alexa and Haley were amazing. The nurse practitioner Wendy made me feel at ease and comfortable. Everyone was very professional and Kind. The manger needs credit for hiring such wonderful employees. Who ever runs this center thumbs up to you. ?? don’t read the negative comments . Visit them and experience this great location yourself.3 weeks agoAll the ladies are wonderful, helpful, cheerful and friendly. The TP is great and helpful and caring. As for the Dr’s. One is fantastic the other needs to stay home because her attitude is horrible.5 months agoThey had a very cute front desk clerk. I was told that the wait was going to be a while, but they ended up servicing me a lot quicker than the time I expected to wait. They conducted themselves very professionally would recommend this site even though it was almost an hour away from where I live.4 months agoMade me wait for 2 and half hours. Made me come back twice. After I told them that I was clear to lift since it’s been 6 weeks after have fully recovered from the surgery. Instead of doing the research I had to my doctor to get it sign. He even said I don’t why they would need this you have fully recovered. So wasted my time just because they could.

a week agoLove this urgent care. Never had to wait more then 15 minutes to be attended the few times I have been there. Really Nice and professional staff, Nurses, and Doctors .a month agoI got bit by a spider on the left hand. Overnight the hand swelled to twice the size. Went to Urgent Care first thing Sunday morning. Even though there was a line waiting to get in, I was in and out in 60 minutes. The facility was clean, intake staff pleasant, and physician authentically interested getting me squared away.a month agoA beautiful Sunday afternoon. Full house. There was certainly people waiting who did not look urgent to me. Took over 2 hours. When they f8nall6 took me in the nurse and PA were very nice.a month agoAs usual, my experience here was very good. Receptionist, nurse, and PA (who consulted with MD on duty) all listened to me and took appropriate action by sending me to ER for further evaluation. It was needed.a month agoSo let start with, I have never posted a rating. How ever my experience with tower health in Exeter on Monday morning was nothing less then 5 Star. Everyone that took care of me was from start to finish. My shout out goes to Katelyn L Anderson, She was amazing. Thank you to everyone that took care of me in my time of need.

Planning to Visit a Family Doctor? Here’s What You Should Consider!
When visiting a family doctor in the United States, there are several things to consider that can help make your visit more efficient and effective. Here are some important points to keep in mind:
- Insurance coverage: Before scheduling an appointment, check if your insurance plan covers the particular doctor you are planning to visit. This will ensure that you receive maximum coverage for your medical expenses.
- Appointment scheduling: Many family doctors in the United States work on an appointment basis. It is advisable to call ahead and schedule an appointment to avoid long waiting times. This allows the doctor to allocate sufficient time for your visit.
- Medical history: It is essential to provide your family doctor with accurate and complete medical history information. This includes any past diagnoses, surgeries, allergies, and medications. Bring any relevant medical records or test results to the appointment for reference.
- Questions and concerns: Be prepared to ask questions and discuss any concerns you may have during your visit. Write down your questions beforehand to ensure you do not forget anything important.
- Medications: Make a list of all the medications you are currently taking, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements. Providing this information to your doctor will help them determine the most appropriate treatment plan and avoid any potential drug interactions.
- Medical referrals and documentation: If your family doctor refers you to a specialist or orders any additional tests or procedures, make sure you understand the instructions clearly. Obtain any necessary referrals or documentation before leaving the doctor’s office.
- Follow-up appointments: If your doctor recommends follow-up visits or ongoing treatment, make sure to schedule and attend these appointments as advised. Regular check-ups are crucial for managing chronic conditions and maintaining overall health.
- Payment and billing: Familiarize yourself with your insurance provider’s policies and payment requirements. Some doctors may require payment at the time of the visit, while others may bill you later. Understand what portion of the bill you are responsible for and ensure prompt payment.
By considering these factors when visiting a family doctor in the United States, you can make the most of your appointment and receive the necessary care for your health needs.
