  Clean, convenient, the staff was very professional and friendly. Very short wait to see a doctor. The nurse took a detailed description of my problem, was extremely kind and very pleasant. The doctor was wonderful. His exam was very thorough and he spent a good amount of time speaking with me and informing me. I was very happy with the experience and will certainly return in the event I have another urgent care matter.

  Best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care! We came in 20 minutes until close with a deep cut in my two year old daughters finger and nail. The nurses and doctors were very playful with her and cheered her up even though she was in a lot pain. The nurse even made a bunny out of the bandage for her finger, which she loved. All of their communication was easy to understand and they answered all of our questions without any rush, and even gave us a written report so we would remember. We kept them there 45 after closing time, but the entire staff had a very positive attitude the whole time. We have a different urgent care closer to our home, but we will be coming to this one in the future! Thank you to the team!!

  Everything about my visit to Baptist Health was amazing. When you enter you are greeted by the front desk staff who were very friendly and helpful. My wait time to be seen was super fast (shocking for a Saturday night). The nursing staff and doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable and they made me feel at ease. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. I highly recommend Baptist, I will definitely be returning when needed .

  It was an awesome experience. Dr. Pick is so gentle, knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. The entire staff was so kind from the front desk.   I had a great experience at UrgentMed with Dr. Celina Costa and her student Logan. They diagnosed my issue and got me out the door and sent the prescription for my meds electronically in under 20 minutes! I love that I was able to make an an appointment online and fill out all my paperwork online as well. The medical assistant and front desk customer service were both sweet as well. I would highly recommend this location if you have an urgent medical need. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care and with my insurance the visit was cheaper than going to my PCP!

  I’m a vet and was in need of care without going to my local VA outpatient center.

  UrgentMed was recommended by the VA nurse I spoke to.

  I could not have been more pleased with the care i received. From the moment I entered the facility the staff was pleasant and helpful. I was seen in less than 30 minutes which is outstanding IMO.

  The Dr was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. A course of treatment was prescribed and I was feeling 90% better by the following day.

  Highly recommend for any care needed withstanding major medical.

  I had a great experience with P.A. Celina she was truly fantastic!!! She listened to what I was experiencing and took excellent care of me. I would 1000% recommend to anyone. I’m very thankful for the excellent care I received, and the wonderful bedside manner. Very rare to find these days!

  I love that this UrgentMed close by and near our new home! Unbelievably awesome, kind and caring service from everyone at this location. I’m in and out of Dr.’s offices regularly and I cannot say that I’ve ever experienced such professionalism with a smile anywhere else. Short wait time and beyond helpful!   Will never go back.Woman at the front desk got a attitude because she didn’t know how to verify my insurance and wanted me to pay $40 on some good faith mess so I had to show them there is more than one way to verify insurance.The woman got upset and started rolling her neck which was ghetto and hilarious at the same time. The manager was walking around with his hat turned backwards and with a dirty t shirt on looking like a junkie. Nope! Not for me.

  I love this location! The care that I received was nothing short of amazing! Eurika (Front Desk) was very personable and patient with me during the check-in process. Sherika, the Medical Assistant, explained everything that she needed to do for me (EKG, taking my blood pressure). She was very thorough. Sherika also assisted me with my paperwork and contacted the ER prior to my arrival to ensure that I didn’t have to wait or waste time.

  If I could I’ll give 0 stars. I wasn’t even seen. I “saved my spot” online and register to expedite the process but was worthless… the average wait time, realistically, was over 3 to 4hours. I waited for 2 but still have 2 patients in front of me as per the front desk lady said and she didn’t know a time frame when I’ll be taken in. So disappointing.

  I appreciate the staff, the front desk associates were polite and definitely put in extra work to secure documents from another facility, not belonging to them. The nurse and Doctor were very gentle in their words and with viewing my wounds and head Injury.
