2 months agoStarting off the waiting room visit did not take long even though it was a full house. I was treated in a very professional manner. I was treated very kindly with respect and patience. The doctor as well was very professional, a kind patient man it was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. I’m 61 years old so I’ve been around for a while and just when I had given up on kindness and respect being out the window. I left that place with a new hope for humanity. There still are some good outstanding people out there and they’re working for nova.a month agoA very long wait to get a drug test. The drug test took 10min at the most but the wait took 50 minutes. This place does workman’s comp therapy and work injury issues. As I waited many people with appointments walked in and were seen before me. I spoke with the receptionist and tech asking them when is the best time when it’s not as busy, they replied it’s always busy. The only time to beat the crowds is to arrive 40 minutes before opening and wait in line outside.2 months agoI want to thank the front desk tech name Joseph. He was courteous and caring. I could ask him any questions and he would reply with empathy and concern for my health… thanks again Joseph.a week agoWorst service ever. I’ve waited 3 hours for a drug test and never got called. Very rude staff4 months agoHighly disappointed with this facility and Ruben Vela, NP(nurse practitioner) who cleared a patient to go back to work without FULLY assesing my loved one and not listened to his complaints. This individual also cancelled my loved one to follow up with a specialist without properly advocating for the patient. Yet, I have to listen to my loved one complain of his discomforts thus making him and his family feel helpless ?.

5 months agoWe all hope we never need urgent care, but I am so grateful for this DHR Health Urgent Care because, last night, I did. I injured my foot to the extent I could not even stand. From the moment I went in and was greeted by the receptionist, I felt well cared for, respected, and handled with care. Knowing I was in pain, she even walked out to the lobby to have me sign papers rather than calling me up to the window. The nurse, Yvette P., is so friendly and efficient. She truly helped me relax. (She even fixed the handlebar on my friend’s scooter I was using!) The nurse practitioner, Elena O., is excellent. She has a very calm and friendly nature. She listened intently, observed and examined, and ordered x-rays. That’s where I met the next DHR Health rock star, Oscar V. I don’t think I’ve ever met an x-ray tech who worked so hard to make sure I was comfortable while, at the same time, making sure the x-rays were done with precision. Elena did not find a break but ordered a splint (expertly made by OSCAR!) for me to wear for a couple of days and while I await the official diagnosis from the radiologist today. As a retired teacher, I have to watch every penny, so I was very relieved at the cost for services, too! I HIGHLY recommend DHR Health Urgent Care.2 months agoI took my mother in after a bad fall and they attended to us very well. A big thank you to Oscar, he was very knowledgeable and caring! Overall a good experience.2 months agoI took my wife around 9:45 it’s says on there website that they close at 10:00pm hoping that they will take my wife in asap possibly has food poisoning and her blood pressure was super high. and the girl at the front desk refused to take her!!! what if this is something major and life threatening and this is how you treat savilians I’m so upset that my wife was treated like this. I live 2 minutes away thinking that we were in good hands . now we are at Rio grande regional hospital hoping for the best for my kids mother wow!!!!! let’s pray that it’s nothing major ?10 months agoThe wait was a little bit more than I expected but worth it. I came in for fever and an earache. Doctor was very nice and caring and really helped me with any questions I had. He was really informative and made sure I had a great knowledge of my diagnosis. Brought me a sandwich ? and Jell-O for me and my boy when I told him I haven’t eaten ?❤️ so sweet! Definitely will recommend.7 months agoWas there yesterday an attended I believe the doctors name was Dr.Scott. A place like this is like a revolving door, in and out, next. Not here, they were very tentative of my needs from the young lady that drew blood from the gentleman getting my vitals and x-Ray and the nurse that gave me my discharge papers. Low n behold I get a phone call this morning from the doctor checking up on me, imagine that, the doctor called. Thank you all so much and folks like you guys that still love your job are very few left. Thank you so much very appreciative…God bless

5 months agoStaff has been great to my little boy. My son looked forward to his appt. Driscoll made him feel safe. Everything runs smooth and procedures were always well explained. Dr smith is one of the best pediatric doctors I know. Thank you for caring for my child and for bringing him happiness. Glad pt care is priority in this facility ♥️3 weeks agoMy children always get exceptional care and compassion. Front desk staff is patient and understanding. Nurses are very sweet and always offering my kids little goodies to make their time at the Drs more pleasant. Prescriptions are always sent out to your preferred pharmacy and it’s a lot easier and quicker than other drs. Clinics. They also give them free toys ? we are always seen in a very prompt manner. We love Driscoll. Especially great for working parents who can’t afford to take off during work hours.6 months agoI love this place! I am not from here and really wish we had one of these back home. We were seen within not even 25 minutes of waiting and as soon as we got pulled back the Medical Assistant with the short curly hair was so nice! We saw Dr. Garcia like 5 minutes after the MA put us in a room. He was very nice and listen to all of my concerns and gave us the medication needed. He even went the extra mile and sent the antibiotic cream for my daughters face that I left back home. He even called us like 1 or 2 days after seen us to check and see how she was doing. We are so grateful!in the last weekMy primary pediatrician was closed but loved that they were open even on a Saturday and till 11pm The wait was like tops 5 mins My baby Got seen right away And got seen by Dr. Batres He was very informative love how he answered all our questions but how he also explained everything well and detailed to where I understood what my baby had, what I had to do and what other options besides medicine to help him As well overall staff since you enter The person greeting you had asked If I wanted a book for me to read to my child while I wait, they’re always very friendly from the times I’ve gone6 months agoTook my daughter to the Clinic in the evening to get another checkup done for her. The staff, nurse, and Dr. Pena that attended her understood my concern for bringing her in for another visit in the evening after being seen earlier that day at her primary doctor. They were absolutely great and where quickly attentive. Dr. Pena was the doctor for the evening and he was very informative, extra attentive and answered all the questions me and my spouse had. I was nervous to take my daughter to a night clinic as it was our first time ever taking her after hours and they made me feel very welcome. Definitely a place to consider next time when we or anyone for that matter should consider for thier child after hours or on the weekends.
