  Very positive experience. I was in and out relatively quickly, especially considering how many people were there. LeAnne was my nurse and she was a delight. We had a great conversation and she was very attentive and kind. The Doctor who checked me out was great too (I do not recall his name). Even the security guard was on point. I will not hesitant to go back.

  The staff and most of the doctors are kind and courteous. Excellent people, they just need more of them. Having to set aside a whole day(5+ hours) for a DOT physical that shouldn’t take more than 2 is a bit silly. Having more than 1 doctor each day would help alot.

  Even though they were extremely busy, the entire staff was kind and patient. It was pretty impressive to see the high level of customer service. The nurse, Alex, was very funny, gave great direction and communication and showed a lot of compassion. Definitely recommend!!

  Having my second visit in a week , I can say each time was met beyond my expectations. Super friendly staff that went above and beyond to make not just myself, but other patients as comfortable as possible. I have been to other facilities and it felt more of a “ get in and out “ mentality, but I genuinely feel that the staff are extremely professional and just down to earth. LeAnne and Mike R are professional, welcoming, and I hope not just them , but the entire staff are recognized for making Concentra stand for the right reasons!

  Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve wanted for over 2 hours with my daughter to be seen. Everyone coming both in and out and still haven’t been seen. I arrived here 9:40am and it’s now 11:45am. The lady at the front desk only told us to fill out a paper. We were never told it had to be appointment to be seen. My daughter filled out all the information on her phone and were the last people in the waiting room still waiting to see a doctor. Absolutely ridiculous I will never be coming back here.

  I have been going to The Clinic for quite a long time. Now, the Clinic could not be any better, I’ll tell you why #1 The first lady you see is the receptionist Yesca Rojas who is the absolutely the best Aid I ever came into contact with!! She makes you feel like she cares, and that she knew you your whole life!!!! She is PHENOMENAL!! The Best Doctor I ever had is Stephanie!! She is so concerned with my health, I had some really bad conditions, she got me through all of them and actually called to see how I am feeling!! Pure and simple the best Clinic in Connecticut!!!

  He is a very good doctor. I love the staff and he listens to my concerns, he also puts me at ease. Been with him for a few years now and I like the way he does things. I would like even more if he was connected to Griffin Hospital due to the fact that I live in the valley. It would make a better relationship with him by if push comes to shove I will still stay with him.

  This was such a pleasant experience! The facility is very nice, the wait time was great for a walk-in clinic, and the doctor was very nice and helpful–my prescription was ready by the time I got home. Also, the visit was charged as a primary care visit, which made it very affordable under my insurance. Would highly recommend!

  Would not recommend. I was the only person there, and somehow a urine test took THREE HOURS. The APRN (on an iPad) didn’t know what services the clinic could provide, and the testing equipment at the clinic wasn’t working, so the sample had to be mailed out. I had to remind the staff that I should pay my co-pay, and it sounded like there were disputes between the clinic staff and the medical providers (part of why it took so long to be seen). The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because when I called back a week later (because they never called/emailed with results within 2-3 days as promised) they said it ‘looked like’ my test results were negative. I still went to the West Haven Go Health Urgent Care (which was amazing) to verify.

  Why is it called DOCS? Where are the doctors? I was under the impression that I would be seeing a medical doctor for a sore throat, burning tongue, and ear pain. I was expecting that someone would feel my lymph nodes and take a good look at the affected areas. While the in-person office staff was lovely, the rest of the experience was dreadful and dangerous. I was led into a room and a monitor was turned on. A nurse-practitioner came on screen and had a technician who was in the room with me use a device to video my mouth. The NP was a bit disheveled and wasn’t wearing her headset properly and kept telling me that she couldn’t hear what I was saying. Impossible to communicate. There was no tongue depressor so that they could not assist in getting a good view of my oral cavity. The NP ordered strep tests and I asked for COVD testing, which required special permission. My strep tests came back negative (as did COVID, RSV, and flu—not sure why the latter two were done as I had no symptoms of those illnesses) yet I received a call from CVS 4 days later indicating that an antibiotic prescription was ready for pick-up. As any educated person knows, one does not take an antibiotic for my symptoms unless the infection is bacterial. For that matter, taking antibiotics unnecessarily carries risks, not only in the short term but in the long run. I am thinking that the medical board needs to regulate these clinics, better.

  Wow docs medical group has a new location I’m super impressed. I was greeted outside with a pamphlet and a cute lil hand sanitizer i asked what’s this virtual location all about and the lovely MA Karen made me aware of this new way of medicine and i was so intrigued i walked in and had my first visit with this location! Wow what a quick and easy way to get seen it truest is the new way of medicine

  I was very skeptical at first. I’m old school, I want my doctor in the room. However, when virtual Doctor came online, they had tools to see and access my issue- they handled everything immediately, professionally and in the best interest of my health. I would go again with an urgent “walk-in” issue.
