a week agoMy visit to Baptist Urgent Care was pleasant and comfortable. The medical staff was professional, caring, and very efficient. The length of time spent there was bearable.2 weeks agoAmazing place and staff. Especially the staff. Very efficiently run. Very caring. My experience was part of a three-day weekend, which can really go sideways. I must have driven past their clinic front many times, being it’s in a mall. The nice thing about that is you don’t have to pay for parking. I haven’t received my bill yet so I might be in for sticker shock, I don’t know. But at least up front I would definitely recommend this clinic.in the last weekThis was my first visit to the center and I was more than pleased with my experience. I’ve had pain in my ear for the Passat week and finally sought treatment. The nurse was friendly and efficient. The doctor quickly diagnosed that I had an infection and called my pharmacy to prescribe medication . I would definitely return to Baptist Urgent Care and recommend them to people I know.a week agoI had the very best nurse as well nurse practitioner ever, they.were both.extremely polite, pleasant, caring and professional, also the lady in the front office was very attentive,.prompt and professional as well, even.thought I was feeling really horrible do to my health issues, they made me feel much better with their attentoon and caring ways. Based on the pleasant attention I received during this visit I will always come back to this Urgent Care Facility everytime as I always do already (I am a many times repeat patient), as well as strongly recommended to all my friends and family. Thank you very much for always being so very kind, professional and truly caring!a month agoThis was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care! I was in and out in no time, but best of all the staff was fabulous!!! The nurse that took care of me showed such care and compassion. Even the doctor that saw me was super nice. I hope that I won’t need to go back any time soon, but if I need to go to urgent care in the future, I found the right one.

3 months agoThis I me checking in, prepping for surgery, recovery room after surgery, then being ‘nursed’ back to health after surgery, then checking out to go home. Best nurses ever! Best surgeon ever! Wonderful facility! Thanks God for taking the best care of me and providing me with the most caring and efficient Healthcare workers. Praise God ? ? ? ❤️.in the last weekI had the best surgical experience from the beginning to the end. The staff were all so kind & efficient. From registration, bloodwork, nurses, and my amazing doctor. Special thank you to all my nurses. All of them so sweet and my post op nurse Brooke in recovery took the time to sit and listen to my story made me feel human. She explained everything so well. She was a little bedside angel!2 months agoI have to say I had the best Mommy & Baby nurses ever!!!! Every single one of them were so kind, attentive, caring, loving and made me feel supported at all times, I really appreciate all of them for helping me during such memorable time. We had to go in for an emergency c section, and everything was very smooth and fast. The anesthesiologist was so detailed and helped me go through what I was going to feel to not feel stressed or anxious. My Dr was the best. C Section was really fast, I’m very happy with the results. 1million stars for the entire hospital staff….a month agoWe were visiting from out of town and my sister started experiencing a severe cough and heavy breathing. My host took us to Memorial. She said that the hospital is known for it’s fine reputation. The service was excellent. Everyone that we came in contact with, treated us with respect and kindness. The Nurses were on point. The Doctor was amazing. I would highly recommend this hospital.in the last weekI had the worst experience there during my surgery to my surprise as Memorial is known for exceptional care. I would not wish what happened to me on anyone. I have yet to receive an apology. Despite my experience, there were two good nurses that took care of me that day I want to recognize. Thank you to Linda, who was my Preop nurse; she was exceptional. Martine, my phase 2 nurse was very sweet as she tries to comfort me. I’m unable to remember my phase1 nurse. Please show compassion to your patients. It goes a long way.

a month agoThank you At Urgent care, I had such a wonderful experience. I felt like I was treated like family… Dr Whitney Saint Hilaire, was amazing Thank you again for you wonderful service. I highly recommend coming to this Urgent care center. Anytime you need. To see a Doctor.. I was in and out in no time. 4 stars all the way..a week agoWow! My husband Jesse Aponte had a great experience. Excellent customer service. He went in to retrieve medical records from a past visit. The staff was friendly and very quick. Laura Fortuna was patient and very friendly. Theo Trowell was great. Insightful, responsive and upbeat. I highly recommend this urgent care for any urgent medical need.a month agoWent here for a sore throat I waited and hour before I got took to the back and then as I went to the back and in the room the doctor didn’t even turn the light on somebody else had to. I tested negative for strep but still wasn’t prescribed any antibiotics for the pain, the doctor that seen me seem confused like she didn’t know what she was doing but I ended up going to the emergency room the next morning and was prescribed antibiotics. Waisted $100 copay just to leave with no treatment but they’ll never see me again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!4 months agoI’ve been to this facility before & returned because I had good experiences. Today changed my mind. The women at the front desk were rude. They refused to acknowledge patients. Refused to answer questions. As I was asking a question, one lady turned and loudly started a conversation with another, effectively cutting off my inquiry. They talked openly & rudely about patients, in front of other patients. Refused to even find me a different location that had an x-ray tech on site. They just told me not to worry, west pines has one…then didn’t bother to give me the address for the west pines location. That location is far away from my home and, as it turned out, doesn’t have a working x-ray machine. I drove all the way there & had to turn around & drive back across town. Luckily, the staff at west pines was pleasant & helpful. They called around & found another location with a working x ray machine & tech. The staff at the plantation office was also pleasant.a month agoI want to thank, Provider Samorah Gilles and the staff at MD Now Urgent Care in the Pembroke Pines FL location, were professional and superbcourteous. From the front desk to Latoya Bennett, MA treated me with dignity and respect. Provider Samorah, took time her time, patience with my health care needs. Excellent patient teaching. Made me feel that my health was entrusted in good hands. I will definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.
