a month agoThe staff at Concentra Urgent Care in Golden Glades are phenomenal, especially Carline and Claudia. I had to get many things done for work today, which would have had me there for many hours. However, the process of getting everything done was smooth and seamless with the help of these two ladies. They are also kept me informed, answered my questions, and overall provided great customer service. I highly recommend them.in the last weekWhere do I start? Lol…the staff is phenomenal & the wait time wasn’t that bad, I met with Claudia she’s one of the nurses. She’s awesome, very polite, helpful and professional. I went for a pre hire screening and had a few tests to do and the process was smooth sailing. Highly Recommend! Thanks Claudia4 months agoI arrived as a walk-in with no appointment. The waiting room was full, it was a busy day! The receptionist acknowledged my presence and told me to sign in. She told me not to go sit down, and she gave me the appropriate forms to fill out to get the registration started. The staff were professional, and very personable. They kept things moving quickly, and I waited maybe 30 minutes, which, in my opinion is not bad, considering I walked in. My nurse was Claudia Rivero, and she was phenomenal. Claudia was very organized and methodical with her work, and she provided my nursing care with an attitude of gratitude and a beautiful smile. Every person I encountered said hello, and all seemed very happy to be working there. Thank you Claudia ♥️2 months agoFirst off, I’d like to say thank you to Claudia Rivero for her professionalism and making me feel as if I were apart of her Family with her kind being. I wish you all the best in the future.I have been to this facility on multiple occasions now for employment testing. Every time I have gone, their staff is professional, kind and ready to help you. Also, they keep their facility organized and clean. I want to say thank you to the Concentra team at Golden Glades, all the best for all of you.
a week agoUnfortunately I have been coming to this clinic because of my injury at had work, but the service I had here every time I come is been very good and even excellent! My experience it’s been very positive, the nurses, the doctors and the therapists are very professional and very kind and nice ? high praise for Tammy , Carlos, Jennifer, Patricia Therapists Marcela therapy receptionist and Dr Gorin !

in the last weekWhile the office crew were very kind, the nurse and doctor were great. I have nothing but compliments for them all. But, The four hour wait was a bit stressful. I realize there was only one doctor on duty at some point. If I wasn’t in pain I’d probably would have left, to be honest. Thank youa month agoIt is the worst place I have ever been to. I came here with my symptoms. It took me 20 minutes to self-register. I was there with only 1 person before me in a queue, but I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. When I asked how much time I shall wait to be called, the receptionist told me that doctors are preparing a room for me. I waited for them to fix the room for me for additional 30 minutes. But I still was not called. It cannot be like that in urgent care where you come to see a doctor immediately.To those seeking immediate medical attention: this facility might not be your best bet. The entire point of urgent care is to offer swift, efficient service, especially when time is of the essence. Sadly, this urgent care center failed to provide the prompt care one would expect from such an establishment.
a month agoAmazing Service! Just what I needed in my time of panic. Dr. Daniela was simply phenomenal. Thank you for your preciseness and kindness. She helped me figure out what’s going on with me and her professionalism and directness put my Worries to bed. Now I can just focus on getting better?a month agoI don’t blame the lady at the front desk, but when you wait 1 hour and 30 minutes in the lobby, they finally call my name. When inside the room, I asked to use the bathroom quickly. After I returned, I found out the nurse had given my room to another patient, and I was now asked to wait in the lobby again another 30 minutes in the waiting room. 2 hours before I even get to the room. Which I know will be another 40 minute wait at least once in the room. I can not recommend this place to anyone, and I will be filing a complaint.a week agoMy experience with this medical office was pleasant. All staff was cordial and knowledgeable. 2 weeks agoI needed so much a COVID test because I’ve been exposed to an infected person, and despite it was 7:00pm, the medical center was opened and willing to receive me and help me. I’m grateful for your care. 100% recommended!a month agoStaff were great on the day my girlfriend went in which was a Saturday. She was told her results would be ready by the following Wednesday but no results as of yet and it’s been 9 days, she called on Monday in case then she was told Tuesday, then called in on Tuesday the rude person that answered said check your results on line, we don’t have then yet and to try again on Wednesday then she called on Wednesday and they told her that it would be in by Saturday which Saturday came and gone and still no results. At this point, we’re starting to think they lost our her blood work and cultures! This is horrible!a week agoVery courteous and professional staff.
