  I’ve been going here since they were under the name “Bumps and Bruises” and they have always been wonderful! They have stayed past closing in the past to ensure that my kiddo was stable before we transferred to Cooks. Then called to check on him twice while we were admitted at Cooks. I’ve been back several times since then and always had a great experience! Knowledgeable and caring staff with great bedside manner. They answer questions, ensure all concerns are addressed and never feel like I’m being rushed. I genuinely love this place!

  Very long wait even with getting there 25mins before my apt time and only a couple other people in the facility. Took an hour to be seen. I also noticed a lot of dust in the AC ducts, which was a concern because my son has asthma and is allergic. Other then that the nurse practitioner I saw for my son was great! Very knowledgeable, kind and overall good service. The nursing staff was great as well. Filling out paperwork was fast and easy. I’d recommend this place for kids

  We usually go to the cooper location, however they were closed? According to google. This office was much nicer, and spacious! The front office lady I believe I heard her say her name was Mary, she was friendly and got us checked in quickly, the medical assistant was also sweet, and much more gentle with the Covid and flu test than other places and times I’ve taken my son (usually he leaves crying after those test, this time he did not) The Dr or Nurse Practitioner we saw was awesome! Again like the rest of the staff we encountered friendly, and informative.

  My only suggestion to have better improved the experience (yes I know it’s not asked for lol) would be for them to have tissues in the rooms, my son got up to blow his nose after the test were done and had to use the rough paper towels which he didn’t love especially already having nose pain and just getting two swabs put up there lol but over all great place, great people!

  I am so thankful for this clinic. My 4 year old was crying from so much pain she was having in her throat. I called around/looked online to try and get her in other facilities and no one could take her. We got there 30 minutes before closing and I was so nervous they wouldn’t be able to see her. I am so grateful they did not turn us away, they were so pleasant and understanding, and after a quick swab and results came back with Strep, they immediately sent her rxs over even though they had closed by then. My last resort was the ER, but this spot will now be saved in my top resort for after hours care for my kiddos. Worth the drive to Mansfield, because we live about 30 minutes away. Thank you team!

  The front desk representative was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and also was delighted to help me with getting my granddaughter checked in and seen immediately.

  I work for a clinic and also work at the front desk and always remember that the patients are the first ones and the last ones that we see and that determines 99.% how the visit goes for each patient.

  I wish I could remember the young lady’s name that worked yesterday morning Saturday October 16th at the front desk. She was the only person working at the front desk and she handled the whole front amazing and she definitely deserves recognition.

  I came in today at around noon and was told that wait time would be about 2 hours, and that I could register and come back when they called me. No problem, did just that. They call me and I get here at 3:09pm. I don’t get called for 20 minutes but I understand that sometimes wait times are unpredictable. My technician was nice, but my doctor (Omowumi Akinruli) is another story. She came in an hour later and looked annoyed to be there. She rushed to listen to my symptoms and the only thing she checked was my throat (for a split of a second, which is crazy bc doctors usually actually care to inspect you?). Then she left and came back with a covid test. I have gotten several covid tests in the past years at different locations and this was nothing like it. I literally yelled at her to stop because of how incredibly painful it was and she was just irritated. Then she left and came back after the test came back negative and told me she was prescribing me something for my cough. I had to remind her to please get me something for my pink eye, which was yet another wait (at this point the urgent care was closed). I was there for hours yet was only seen for 5 minutes. It’s like she was rushing to be done with me from the moment she saw me. Would NEVER go back there.

  I have always had good medical diagnoses from this location. I do get irritated when they call me to a room and have to wait 45 minutes for the doctor to come in. Wish service was a little quicker. Staff here is very nice.

  Service was very fast in the morning, checked in by web and they got me in at 8am. Dr Hussain is very knowledgeable and listens very thoroughly to your concerns. I would definitely recommend coming to see her. Staff is very friendly as well.

  I used to be a regular patient here prior to this experience. I will not be back. From the snappy receptionist more concerned about money than the fact I was about to pass out, to the next day staff who were dismissive of my needs for follow up issues…. It’s safe to say this establishment will be avoided like the plague going forward.

  What a great team. I went in for heat related problems. They took excellent care of me. The Dr was terrific and the nurses were out of this world. Made me feel comfortable and cared for the whole time. Was able to get an IV on site. Honestly would have thought I was at a hospital. It was that big and professional. Strongly recommend for any ailments!

  We just tried to get help for being ill at 4:17pm and the clinic refused us service when the sign clearly says they close at 5pm. What the hell! The provider said they could not see anymore patients. Truly not caring about their oath to serve.

  This was not a misunderstanding. I clearly heard your staff at the back that claimed he was the provider that they will not take any more patients…. Not coming back…

  I came here due to positive reviews. But my experience was short of that. Multiple trips to the facility due to submitting wrong testing swabs and it’s been a week and still waiting on results. I would not recommend this place if you need something serious and important taken care of. The MA was more concerned on why she didn’t get the manager position when she has more experience than making sure her patient has the correct testing done. 1 small mistake caused an issue. I’ve been a nurse for 23 years and I would never treat my patients that way. Then I have a missed call from Chris and I called back and get Kimberly and she say your lab results are ready. She says we have called ID. HIPPA Violation giving lab results just because you have a caller ID. Didn’t ask me my dob/name or anything. Just started talking. I WILL NOT BE BACK

  I made an appointment the night before just Incase, it was packed. The front desk was super nice and helpful. Check in process was easy and fast. I didn’t have to answer so many questions. For a person who doesn’t feel well and or sick like I was didn’t feel like answering so many questions. I didn’t wait for long before they had called me in. Answer some more questions with the nurse. Didn’t have to wait long before the doctor shows up. Took some test everything came back fine. And I was put of there in no time. Super friendly, super nice. I felt like a patient and not just another warm body with a dollar sign on my head.

  I was a walk-in on a busy Saturday, no more appts available. The staff was friendly at the front office area. My wait was less than 30 minutes. My nurse Christian was great and friendly! The Dr was very attentive and handled my concerns. Thank you to all the staff! You all are making a difference daily! Thank you so much!!
