a week agoIt’s always fantastic here! I made an 11am appointment and I was in the back waiting on the doctor promptly by 11. We waited maybe 15ish minutes on the doctor to come in. She was very nice, and seemed to really care about how yucky I was feeling. The front desk staff was super nice, the medical assistant was super and nice as was the doctor.3 weeks agoMade appointment online which was really easy. Once I got there, check in was a breeze and waited for maybe 7ish minutes before being called back. Not only that but the wait time in the room was also super short and was seen almost instantly by the awesome NP on duty, Megan. All the staff was super friendly and caring to be honest. Not only about the medical issue that brought me in but Megan also showed genuine empathy for my my pets recent passing. Though no one ever likes spending their mornings at an urgent care, I can at least say the staff that morning made mine a whole lot better.in the last weekI went in early with no appointment. There was no waiting and got in and out quickly.I was greeted with a smile and treated professionally. The PA was knowledgeable and took time to discuss options. Very pleased.a month agoHad an accident and needed a nail taken out of my finger. It was shot through the tip of my middle finger and looked like it may have hit bone. The staff was quick and knowledgeable. They had me get an X-ray to see if the nail was only in the soft tissue and made it as much of a pain free process taking out the nail and sending me on my way. Made a bad situation much easier to deal witha month agoI have been to urgent care before and been happy with the services. However, today when I went to urgent care, they told me that the services I needed were not available at urgent care. I’m fine with this however they collected a $100 deductible and provided no care or service. I was going to inquire about this but, there was no one at the front desk when I left. I will follow up with this on Monday to determine if a refund is appropriate.

a month agoHard for me to leave a completely bad review because everyone who works here is so nice, but they are extremely understaffed/overworked. Because of this I feel like they are intentionally making it difficult to get medication refilled so people stop going there. There’s no reason an adult should have to go there once a month for maintenance medication that they’ve been on for over 10 years. I’ve decided to stop taking my medication all together because it’s just not worth the hassle any longer. Again, I think this is what they wanted.a week agoUpdated review. Originally gave 1 star because i was on hold waiting to just make a first time patient dental appt for THREE hours. Definitely a record. While this was frustrating, once i actually got into the office for my appt the experience was much better. Very kind employees. Easy to navigate office. Minimal office wait time. Good reminder text/ email system. Only other small issue was that to my surprise when i got in for my visit, they split your initial consultation and xrays from your normal teeth cleaning. This is not standard at any dental office ive ever been to, i was also not told this when i made the appt (for a teeth cleaning). So i went in expecting to have a cleaning and xrays done, but wasnt able to. As a result i had to comeback a few weeks later for cleaning, so that was annoying due to lack of communication about that, i would have scheduled my cleaning sooner if i had known. Both my husband and myself were caught off guard by this. Aside from those two issues, is a good office. Also came back a month later for a wisdom tooth removal. Was very straight forward, fast healing, and no issues with that3 months agoThis is such a wonderful community clinic. There nursing staff and doctors have all been great and compassionate. They’re very knowledgeable and are focused on long-term care and health rather than making a quick buck. This is my main clinic for the foreseeable future.I have had issues with the front desk staff. Every front desk staffer I’ve talked to is rude and impatient amd talks down to patients but everyone else has been so pleasant and professional.
There’s also the issue of the phones. If you want to make a dental appointment you have to wait until Tuesday. They have staff meetings on Tuesday mornings from 8-9. They are supposed to be available to call at about 9-9:15 I have waited until noon at times before the phones are turned on. I’ve gone in to speak to someone in person because the phones never switched over and but then I ran into the earlier mentioned issue where the front desk staff is very rude. I had the dental receptionist tell me she would not make an appointment for me in person, I had to call. I told her the phones were not on, I could not get through and she said she wouldn’t make an appointment for me. I ended up waiting in my car, calling the phone line off and on and after 30 minutes going back to thankfully see a new person at the desk who was also rude but at leat let me make an appointment.
a month agoI normally feel that everything was addressed, but on my last visit, it was supposed to be a wellness exam, but my heart was never listen to. They were on a new system, and the doctor seemed confused with the new system. When I did my lab work this time I got a huge bruise about the size of a quarter.2 weeks agoAlways å. Joy!ISunrise truly believes your need for help… Tucker Post has been the best! He listens, even when i’m interrupting him. ( I tend to loose my thoughts and I can’t remember what I’m thinking ) Tucker also has a wonderful vast knowledge of medical as a whole including medicine.
This is very important, as most of my life I’ve been trying, taking, finding what works. I feel so comfortable with Tucker I have great confidence in his advice.
I have several disabilities… We’re currently going through my entire medical history_ Having to find a Doctor in a short period of time. My Doctor for 40 some years had ‘disappeared’ all medication was in need of refills. I became very Ill.
Dr Nathan Chapelle I had the pleasure of working with him. Before he left to continue his career choice with Hospice! …what a major role change…such a difficult choice to make I’m sure.

2 months agoThis UC Heath Urgent Care is wonderful!!! The whole team was outstanding in taking care of me at my recent visit. The facility is very nice and clean. Check in with the front desk gentleman was quick, MA interaction was compassionate. The provider took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed. My experience with this team was wonderful and I am on my way to recovery! I would recommend this Urgent Care to everyone, thank you!!!!!a month agoExcellent urgent care visit. Highly recommend this urgent care!!2 months agoIve gone to this Urgent Care from BEFORE its time at Orchards… This office moves you through fairly quickly, it IS a Doctors office!! But they move through the waiting list with haste, your time spent in the room is thorough and not rushed. The experience here, every time, has been very much positive. I have been to FAR worse locations objectively speaking, thinking to all urgent medical situations I have been a part of.. this is the best Urgent Care I’ve been to!a month agoThe staff are so kind, the wait time is always great, and Frank MD is amazing. I wish he could be our primary but so grateful to his professionalism, compassion, and thoroughness!!!6 months agoThe nurses here were amazing! So was Dr! I was a nervous wreck for my son screaming in pain. They were so gentle and quick with helping us decide he needed to go to ER. Thank You for your kindness and your care! They even helped me out to my car with full hands!
