4 months ago1 star is to many. Check in at 9am. After an hour they tell me it could be 6 hours to be seen for strep throat. They say we will set you up with a virtual appointment at 4pm. During the virtual visit the doctor tells me I have to go to the lab at 7pm to get swabbed. I ask the woman at the front where I should go and they tell me the lab. After 1.5 hours waiting I am finally seen. At this point they tell me I am in the wrong area. I should have seen the nurses. By this time the nurses are gone. So now I have had to go the entire day without a resolution and I still have strep with no antibiotics. Thank you guys so much!3 weeks agoThe phone call center treat y like a salve especially after my pc moved to different center. The girl screaming at me for no reason Iam just asked appoiment with provider3 months agoHorrible place! Appointments are always running more than an hour late. Staff is rude and seem not to care if they are. I understand it’s not in the best place, and some patients are rude themselves, but it’s ridiculous to treat everyone in such an unprofessional way!a month agoMissed a call 2 minutes later. I tried calling back to reschedule an appointment and was put on hold for 35 mins and I finally quit after calling back 3 times. UNEXCEPTIONABLE!!!!3 weeks agoFor the cost of being treated here I’m grateful of this place exists unlike other people.

3 months agoI’ve been at GLFHC for 6 years and even though at times it can be too time consuming the doctor and doctors I’ve had have always been accommodating. Just like anywhere it’s about finding the right PCP.7 months agoThe doctor with the Vane mask on is the worst. She will ask you a question and give you the answer within 5 seconds without letting you say 2 words to her. How am I supposed to trust a Doctor like that with my kids? Using insurance money to her advantage by assuming and neglecting what kids have and need and diagnosing as she pleases is a serious health hazard to our society.a year agoAmazing doctors, horrible staff. I went in today November 22, 2021 to request a copy of notes from my sons physical on September 27th. Both I and my daycare provider have been requesting since about a week after the physical. The person in medical records said note wasn’t ready and she will mail when she can. At this point I’m risking loosing my sons spot in daycare due to them not having any record of the physical. I went to check in area spoke to someone who sent me to another person who told me the notes been ready since 9/27 ?.4 years agoYou make an appointment for cortisone shot, the appointment is 45 days out whichis the earliest one, you come to your appointment which is for 10:15 they say come 15 minutes early and it’s almost 1130 you still haven’t been called in and they say at least another half hour wait. For the time it has taken for this is more than double the time waiting for your primary care doctor when you have an appointment, completely unacceptable.4 years agoAt their pharmacy located in the adjacent building next door, I was treated so poorly and very much so felt disrespected by the rude, young Caucasian man with tatoos working at the counter. He was rushing me, giving me attitude, raising his voice, speaking down to me, and insulting my intelligence albeit not blatantly. It’s not what he was saying, it was more so how he said it. I should’ve just gone there, been in the line, signed in and then wait to receive the meds. I handed him the print-out sheet with my current meds that needed to be refilled including the new ones my doc sent over, as I thought I should have and imagined that this would be sufficient action from my part. The gentleman was acting irritated because I expected him to have all the information he needed about my new meds on his computer screen. It was simple stuff, just some nasal sprays, an inhaler, another thing or two. He didn’t know how to search for them either, or the new prescriptions from my M.D. That there is his problem. He’s the one who’s certified to be a pharmaceutical technician or what have you, and he’s the one sitting behind the screen of a desk top connected to he clinic’s database, I can’t do anything except wait while they search my updated records for the new additions. I felt hat I was unjustly targeted in a random act of rudeness by this angry individual and I in no moment gave him reasons to validate his negative feelings during the interaction. Next time I’m there I will refuse to be attended by him because I don’t take kindly to dramatic people who like to be rude to strangers and act mean without any reason. Very unpleasant experience and awful customer service to GLFHC patients.

4 months agoThis is just a very non judgemental, kindly meant, bit of information to Ingrid C. Ingrid, you wrote an absolutely wonderful glowing review about Dina. She was being considerate and extremely accommodating to a patient with a disability . I noticed that you wrote that the patient had a hearing impairment . Please take no offense as not one bit of this is meant that way,but hearing impairment is now considered a big no no. The deaf community takes great offense to being referred to as anything but deaf, or hard of hearing. I, myself, would not have a clue as to what the “politically correct” term for deafness is, but I have a deaf daughter who told me in no uncertain terms the current correct terminology. I truly hope you take this the way it was meant, with nothing but information. Plus , to be honest, the deaf community can be a very tough group and are impeccable at lip reading. I just thought you would rather hear it from a fellow soft hearted person like yourself, than someone who may tell you not so nicely. ❤️6 months agoDr Hunt has been my primary doctor since moving here in 2010. She is a great doctor. Very tentive, really listens to you and your concerns. I never feel rushed on my appointments. Cheri is a great assistant and always quick to call me back. I love that it is also a walk in so if me or my kids need medical care on weekends we have a place to go. She is a great doctor. I highly recommend her and this clinic.6 months agoIt’s hard to change doctors but I recently changed to this provider as I moved back to the area . To me honest I was not thrilled with my former PCP but was nervous about changing. So far I am very impressed by this facility. They care. It is evident. Simply said they treat you with kindness and at the end of the day that’s all we all want and need especially when we are feeling not so well.6 months agoThis is by far the worst health care I’ve ever gotten. For physicals they don’t make you take off your clothes to check for anything. Essentially you’re getting charged to tell them what your feeling. And they proscribe you medicine based on the vary vague and broad description you provide (so not a fix but a temporary bandaid that might cause other problems in the future). Years after repeating myself in saying I have severe back pain they finally told me I have arthritis. When I asked what kind of arthritis they’re answer “it’s just degenerative arthritis” even though their are different types. So unless you want a Dr that doesn’t care in providing a solution or really looking into why you’re feeling the way you’re feeling. I could go on but this is just one example. DONT GO HERE!6 months agoI went here with my girlfriend because she wasn’t feeling well. They asked if she was vaccinated and because she said no they said they needed to do a COVID test. They recommended getting vaccinated in a very rude, unprofessional and bias way. Then they stuck the Q-tip testing stick so far up her nose it hurt. We have done multiple Covid-19 test and NO ONE has EVER felt the need to stick it up that far. This is completely unnecessary! Everyone has a right to chose wether or not they want to get vaccinated. And Dr’s should remain professional and neutral to RESPECT other’s decisions.
