a week agoI visited yesterday CareSpot with an emergency and everybody there were very nice and friendly. Yaritza at the front desk welcomed me and made me feel comfortable and safe. Later Evelyn the nurse was very kind and Dr Carol Mancero was very professional and nice even though I was a little nervous. She gave all the instructions and explained to me everything about my condition in a way that I could understand. Thank you for gave me a good experience in the middle of a health situation.2 months agoPleasant experience during a time when I needed medical assistance. Process was seamless and I left feeling better about my condition. They followed up to assist with questions and concerns. To top it off they provided assistance with primary care that could cover my insurance. Top notch organization. I would recommend.a month agoNO- it’s unpleasant It was the first time I visited the CareSpot offices, I will never set foot in their offices again, it is a disaster as a medical clinic, terrible service, they have people waiting for more than an hour and a half to say that they will not attend to them, the lady who This one in charge has a bad and terrible attitude, put staff that is bilingual, they are in Kissimmee where Spanish predominates. My doctors are from Orlando Health and as their patient I went to their clinic because it said OrlandoHealth since they have my records, Big Mistake the PA never came forward. I went to the Orlando Health Emergency Room, it was the best thing I did, excellent treatment and attention from the girls at the reception, the nurses and the doctor, everything was fast, careful, a super clean and fresh place!3 months agoGreat staff who are friendly and informative, love coming here because the process is quick and you’re out of there quickly and the employees are great! From front desk all the way to the back the girl taking the samples Cristal. I would recommend this place as they are quick and efficient. I haven’t had a bad experience always been treated kindly.in the last weekHad to wait 5 hours for my turn. Then i was told theres only one dictor available and he is busy. Ended up waiting one more hour. Then doctor showed up just to let me know that they don’t have facility and operatus to take care of me. Charged me $35 Co pay and also charged my insurance.

I explained my situation to the doctors here and they got me set up and ready to go within an hour of a walk in appointment. I can’t describe how grateful I am to know that someone put my health first and made sure I got the care I needed. I wish I could repay what you have done for me today. Thank you with all of my heart.a week agoHad an appt this morning, my first time at this location. This is an excellent location .. The front desk staff were friendly , helpful, compassionate. The gentleman that did my X-rays was phenomenal and Dr. Trinh is unbelievable!!! He took his time to familiarize himself with my case, he kept me informed every step of the way, he explained everything to me in detail, he was patient… these are very good people, I have to see them for several more weeks, and for once I am not dreading going to a medical clinic. Thank you my friends!! See you next week!a month agoThis urgent care took amazing care of my niece and we’re very prompt! She couldn’t breathe and they were alert and got her back to her normal self really quick. It was very fast and easy and she’s doing amazing. All 4 staff members were very attentive and professional!in the last weekI was tested for flu and covid. All negative. Doctor was very informative about medication I should take. I’m 8 weeks pregnant so there is not much I can take. Overall great service and prompt patience experience2 months agoI love this Centra Care. My kids and myself have been a few times, it is always a swift and pleasant experience from the moment you check in to when you leave. The staff is great and helpful. When I came in with a tooth ache the doctor was great and made great suggestions to me for treatment and for me to correct this ache. Kindness, respect and understanding goes a long way and everyone here treats you with just that. Thank you all! We will definitely be back but hopefully not to soon.

The front staff rep took my information with ease and was able to get signed in with promptness.Mrs.Carolyn and PA Roberto took their time to listen to my concerns and handled me with so much respect and compassion. I felt heard and appreciated. I honestly believe they deserve a raise. Thank you for your excellence in care of me.2 months agoMy experience was so good. Starting from every nurse and staff, didn’t event wait 5min once I got there. Excellent care. The entire staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I was so pleased and impressed with the care I received. I would rate this staff the very top for patient care. I was treated with the best care of any hospital I have been to. Everyone there provided EXCELLENT SERVICE. The room was very clean. Good service was great too. I have nothing but good things to say about the hospital and staff. Carolyn the nurse was AMAZING she made my not so great visit (infection) great! She has terrific bedside manner and truly cares about the patient.2 months agoMade an appointment the night before, and was able to be seen quickly on a Sunday. Filling out the intake forms online was a real time saver. Staff was friendly, nurse was personable, and doctor was thorough and kind. Received my prescription on-site at a very low cost. Would happily return to this location, especially having not had the best experience at other Centra Care locations in the area.
