3 months agoFriendly drs. They listen and know that you know your own body better than they do. Wait was a little over 2 hours start to finish but every other urgent care was full and not taking anymore people so thats not long to wait.a month agoEvery time I have gone here for medical attention whatever the reason the staff has been A1. 5 stars. You feel like they actually care but it’s because they do. Never had a rude staff experience or bad visit. It’s always a clean facility. One time we had a long wait time but it was like a holiday. No complaints here. They just gave me a prescription til Friday for Suboxone since I was out. I recommend this place over typical emergency room where workers are overworked stressed busy as all heck and blatantly rude and not sorry about it.a month agoMy boyfriend went here for flu like symptoms. they did nothing but to tell him to take 600 mg Ibuprofen! We seek second opinion on a different clinic and they had ordered CBC , turns out he had liver injury! we believed that the Ibuprofen had contributes the damages to his liver. they should have order lab test before they have him take a high dose Ibuprofen!Please do better, this is a matter of life! we are not playing games here!
a month agoMy daughter was seen by an amazing attentive provider. I’m still in shock about the great experience at Healthpoint Urgentcare in Kent. Our community was in much need of an Urgent Care that is accessible and patient-centered. They had DEI intake forms, translation options via telephone at reception to attentive, courteous staff and respectful, efficient and thorough medical attention.3 months agoTo be honest, I HATE going to the any kinda doctors office, hospitals, etc.. But not only was the staff here very kind, patient,and completely understanding to my totally unprepared, disheveled self. They also managed to get me right in and out in record time! Thanks again HealthPoint staff and clinicians for you’re assistance today you’ve won yourselves a Very Satisfied first-time, yet hopes-to-be, a Longstanding, New Patient!

a month agoThe front office was kind and helpful. The MA was quick and very kind. The PA was friendly, quick and answered all my questions. He was very thorough and reassuring. Overall I had a fantastic experience considering how miserable I felt.2 weeks agoThe physician that saw me was amazing. He was very compassionate. If I ever need urgent care this is where I am going3 months agoThe staff at AFC is great every time I go in for my appoiments inregards to L&I,Yoselin and Eli at the FD are great professional and always in great/happy mood and make me feel always comfertable and always help me making sure my appts are rin the timeline needed and if i get reffered out they help me anlld explain everything step to step to make sure i understand and process and even if i have questions And I have to call back they help me and make sure to follow through how I need to. My MA Diana is great always so cheerful and just makes me feel like if ive been knowimg her makes me feel so comfortable. MY DOCTOR Sarah Barrick i really reccommend she is great and honestly she really cares for the care she gives you and really has been helping me go through my process and is very attentive. Im really happy and with the quailty of care im getting here is Fantastic ! The team is awesome thank you so much, as I continue in my process with afc urgent care!4 months agoI don’t know what it takes to be nice to patience. But anyway you guys should work more on learning how to respect and how to be nice with humans. 4 weeks agoI had to go in for a post-incident physical and write up. The staff was welcoming and kind. The waiting area was nice and stocked. The whole place was very clean. Destiny was so sweet and kind, and Michael was very transparent and thorough. If I need anything again I will definitely be back (hopefully under better circumstances!) Thank you all!2 months agoIf you have kids, this is a great urgent care to use. Although the wait was a bit long to be seen without an appointment on a Sunday afternoon, we were able to wait at home with the online system. Then once we were next we arrived and were placed in a room within just a few minutes. They gave my kids snacks while we waited for the physician to see the kids which was welcome and so thoughtful. The ladies working were all so great with how they explained to my kids what they were doing and why, and made them feel at ease. I felt the staff listened to my concerns and were willing to help me in any way. Most pharmacies were closed with the exception of an out of network pharmacy, but they allowed me to call the pharmacy to see how much a few of the meds would be so I could tell them where to send the orders.It was a fabulous experience and I would highly recommend if you need quality and compassionate care!
2 months agoFast and positive experience. They do their best job of getting you in and out. Dr Ball was thorough and even though he couldn’t solve my issue he made sure he did all the testing necessary to get answers for me. His nursing team is outstanding and professional. Grateful they are an option outside of my regular physician office.a month agoMade appointment here to check on sprained ankle from fall while hiking.Everyone I interacted with – from front desk to nurse practitioner – was caring, professional, and timely.
Great medical advice and care. I will return here again if needed and will whole heartedly recommend.
a week agoThe staff was nice. The wait was terrible. Checked In at 1:09 pm wasn’t seen until 6pm. My daughter had a steep and covid test and we still haven’t recieved the results.
