  I can’t say enough to express how much I enjoy going there for my healthcare & how patient & caring my Dr. Is even to the extent she sent me a personal message today to let me know she was still thinking about me & recommended something she thought of that might help & why!   My first visit to this office. Felt very welcomed. The staff you meet first is well beyond amazing. They are very nice and professional. I had to have a procedure done fairly quick and the Dr I saw coordinated it with another facility very quick. The nurse I had before the Dr came in my room was amazing, very nice and professional. I was a little nervous and she made me feel at ease. I would recommend this office to everyone.

  Dr McIntyre is an amazing thorough and empathetic physician. She approaches your health needs with compassion and knowledge.

  I went in for my annual physical with a list of concerns but she could already sense that I wasn’t “emotionally” doing well. I was dealing with my first anniversary of the loss of my mom. She empathized with me, handed me a tissue and gave me a referral for grief support. We then went on with my laundry list of concerns an aging woman at 50 years old has!

  I love Dr M just like I adore Dr Pandya and all the staff at Pandya Medical Center! I am so grateful to be a patient here for over 7 years! I will not going anywhere else for my primary care needs!

  The RN Mrs Wilson took very good care of me. The Doctor was absolutely amazing and showed how much she cared. Even the receptionist was very patient. I recommend any and everybody to this doctors office! Their very genuine and attentive. Thank you for your service it meant a lot!

  I felt that my doctor was excellent. She said that she was going to be very aggressive in treating my bronchitis. I received a steroid shot and antibiotics and the steroid pills for the next week. I am already felling better. I am wearing a mask until the 24 hours are up and I no longer am contagious. I also have mild asthma. She reviewed my medical allergies and found the perfect solution. You are lucky to have her on your team.

  A warm and caring staff, efficient and thorough. After trying unsuccessfully for most of the summer to match my daughter’s schedule to that of our retiring pediatrician, I gave up and made an appointment for her sports physical at Peachtree Immediate Care. What a joy it was to work with them! The scheduling process was quick and easy and did not require me to call anyone or wait on hold. I was also able to complete the basic forms and check in online…yes! The office staff was friendly and efficient, and we absolutely loved Kourtney, the NP who examined my daughter. Highly recommend!

  I went on a Sunday afternoon after scheduling appt on line. Office staff cordial and helpful. I waited only 5-6 min before seeing doctor. she was caring, compassionate, and very professional.

  After scheduling online i was in and out pretty quickly. Nurse and doctor were respectful, thorough, responsive, willing to be flexible and not condescending. They were also confident and competent. They wanted to do some tests; when I said I was self pay they made adjustments without compromising the treatment. Overall it wasn’t too expensive, didn’t take too long. I think they actually figured out what was most likely wrong with me without throwing darts at the wall and giving me things I didn’t need. I don’t like paying too much or taking medications I might not need with side effects.

  It is best to make an appointment ahead of time here instead of walk in. We walked in in the morning and were told it would be a 2+ hour wait, and then offered an afternoon appointment. When we returned for our appointment, we were seen and done in a timely manner. The providers were courteous and patient with my elderly mom who has some dementia. Would recommend when you need an appointment and your regular provider is booked up as that is what our issue was.

  I had the best experience at this place, given that, I was there on urgent care basis. The person at the reception was warm and made the signing in really easy and pleasant. Once inside I found a nurse who attended to me taking vital signs and answering my questions with ease and utmost respect. The whole process went on smoothly and soon I was headed to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription.

  Nurse practitioner was great. Front desk person ok, not overly friendly, but fine. Facilities are nice.

  The biggest issue I had (and is the reason for the bad review) is the reservation process. I looked online to see availability per the website suggestion. I booked a reservation and was at the clinic within 20 minutes of booking my reservation and i was on time for my appointment slot. There were already 5-6 people in the lobby. I waited 55 minutes to be seen. That’s ridiculous. What’s the point of booking a reservation only to wait nearly an hour to be seen? Incredibly frustrating. It seems to me that the clinic purposely shows available appointments even if already booked with multiple appointments. I was also told there’s no priority for people who make appointments versus walk ins. The appointment system from the customer prospective is worthless and in fact deceiving.

  The point to customers is to understand this is how online appointments work and they are not for your benefit or helpful to you in any way. So i suggest just showing up and if there are a number of people waiting, then understand you’ll be waiting for a while and consider trying another clinic if too many people are there.

  Always a good experience with this location. I had made an appointment but still had to wait almost 50 min to be called back. I did ask because people who came in after me were called first. But once I was called back things were great and the staff was so pleasant!
