2 weeks agoI have been there multiple times. The online scheduling is awesome, but they are also gracious and fast if you walk in. Staff has always been kind. Doctors/NPs are thorough and spend time listening to your concerns. I have even had an X-ray on site before and they read the results immediately and helped make a great action plan for me. They have also seen my kids and were knowledgeable about their needs and helped them feel comfortable. I can’t recommend them enough!3 weeks agoWhen I got there, it was really busy. The receptionist suggested setting an appointment in an hour so I got to go wait comfortably at home and then return at the scheduled time. I got right in and was seen very quickly. I feel the nurse and doctor paid close attention to my symptoms and history and they were able to treat my ailment. Everyone was friendly and I felt very comfortable there. I hate being sick, but their treatment and caring made me feel better already.a month agoI really like and appreciate this urgent care. I’ve been multiple times as have other family members. Their same day appointment scheduling is so easy and reduces wasted time in the waiting area. The drs and physicians assistants are fantastic – kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.a month agoThe staff and practitioners (Lucy) are wonderful here. This has become our “go-to” place when someone in the family isn’t feeling well. So thankful to have them in our neighborhood! Great care with kindness!a month agoThe urgent care and staff was great, Dr Asika was awesome too! They X-rayed my foot and couldn’t figure out why it was swelling & red since it didn’t show anything was broken so he recommended that I see an orthopedic right away and called a got me and apt that same day! They sent me with my X-rays too! I highly recommend this location!

Such a great clinic.2 weeks agoI’m not one to leave google reviews but the older woman at the desk was not friendly from the moment I walked in. My appointment was at 1, which is when I arrived. Another person comes in behind me a few minutes later for 1:15 then a person doing a walk in comes in behind her. The walk in was seen before me or the other woman with appointments. The receptionist was frustrated I had “3 accounts” and asked to update my information probably 25 minutes after I arrived. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time and asked her to cancel my appointment. She said “okay”. If I’m waiting this long for an appointment when they’re not very busy I can imagine their bedside manner isn’t too good either. Ascension ST UC is the only urgent care I’ve used for 4 years but this makes me question it. Not comfortable paying a co pay for a unpleasant experience2 weeks agoFrom the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and the doctor and nurse are very smart and helpful! It is clean and I’m very thankful for this clinic. I highly recommend it. The staff is wonderful and so kind and compassionate.2 months agoI was very impressed with the care I received. The facility was clean. Everyone I spoke with was very kind – receptionist, nurse, and doctor. Dr. Mothershead didn’t try to push a lot of unnecessary tests on me since my issue was pretty clear. She answered all my questions and explained things well. She gave me her full attention and took her time in the appointment. Hopefully I won’t need to be returning to urgent care anytime soon, but if I do, this is the place!4 months agoIt was simple to schedule an appointment online and submit all of my paperwork ahead of time. The staff got me in quickly, and the nurse and provider/doctor were both personable, warm, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. My husband is a chiropractor, so I know how important it is to find a clinic that provides quality service.

a week agoWe are from out of state visiting family and my daughter fell ill. My sister recommended this clinic and we had a good experience considering the situation. Our nurse, Kylie was the kindest, most comforting nurse we have met. She made us feel welcome and taken care of and we are in a different state. Thank you Kylie you are awesome!a month agoThis place is AWESOME. I went in on Sunday so I was seen very quickly. From the moment I got there till the moment I left was pleasant. The staff was friendly, helpful, quick and kind. I was in and out in about 20 minutes total for my ear. I couldn’t recommend them enough! The receptionist who helped me out was so sweet and helpful. Coming to clinics is hard for me and honestly she really made me feel comfortable. Every single person I encountered in this clinic was helpful and just super great. I recommend you go here 🙂a month agoLiterally the best care I have ever received in any medical environment. Issac was amazing and cared for me like I was his own daughter. He was there for me when I was in a lot of pain and talked with me and listened to my concerns with attentiveness and care. Even upon departing he reminded me about how he and the rest of the staff was there for me. Genuinely a good soul. My doctor, Dr.Rudge was extremely helpful and aided me in finding additional services I needed. Overall amazing experience and idk what I would have done without these two gentlemen. Thank you.
