a week agoThe doctor listened to a recurring issue with strep throat that my son was having. He then was very aggressive in his treatment of his illness. And 24 hours later my son was on the mend and feeling much better. Hopefully after this round of meds, it will be gone for good.a week agoI went on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend. I was taken right back & the NP J. Sims was in my room & evaluating my problem right away. She contacted a specialist for my problem if I needed f/u. Called after I got home & the specialist called me twice that weekend just checking to make sure I was ok. Excellent care & compassion.2 months agoSaw Pennie Bell, Nurse Practitioner 7/14. She was very thorough & professional. After exam sent me for chest X-ray to r/o pneumonia. Diagnosed bacterial bronchitis, prescribed steroids & antibiotics. Gave me detailed instructions. Front staff was very nice as was the nurse who took me back. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if needed.2 weeks agoLove the care I was given on a Saturday morning. Checkin was easy and the Staff there was Wonderful. They were quick and courteous and made me feel taken care of. I Highly recommend this Center on Epworth for Urgent Care. Thank to everyone there for taking care of me like you all really Cared.a month agoVery caring ppl. Very helpful with my issue. Best experience at a convenient care I’ve ever had. I don’t like getting shots however never knew they even gave me a shot that’s smooth with it.

2 weeks agoWe lost our sweet girl Maddie last Saturday. She was almost 18 years old. We knew what was going to happen but we wanted her to die peacefully at her home because she hated leaving the house. Our plan was to take her to her vet on Monday so she could be cremated. She did pass away peacefully in her sleep with her family around her. After this happened the family was devastated and I couldn’t imagine keeping her here for another day. I called VCA and they were so nice and respectful to me helping me decide on what to do. I went in signing all the things I needed to and then a nurse came out to the car to get Maddie and she came back with her paw prints.They were very nice to me and it was okay that I was a crying mess because they understood how much we loved our girl!a month agoWe lost our precious Sophie this evening. I don’t know the name of the person who was with us for most of our visit with Sophie, but I am forever grateful. Their empathy, kindness, and professionalism shined through every step along the way. I will forever be grateful. And to the Veterinarian, thank you for your knowledge, kindness, and understanding, it means more to us than you will ever know! They did everything they could to save our Moira but sometimes when it’s time to go, it’s time. My partner and I praise them for all they done to help us when when lost her. Today I pick her urn up. They even made that easy and hassle free. One again, thank you all for your kindness and the care you gave to Moira you are appreciated!6 months agoAmanda Lynn was amazing! She knew her stuff that we thought she was the actual doctor. She was very informative and helped explain the cost of everything and gave us all the options! We were very happy and impressed with the care we got for our sweet marnie!11 months agoThe staff here is incredibly nice, caring, and knowledgeable. Our 3 month old puppy, Charlie, got very sick last week and APEC saved his life. In such an incredibly scary time, they really cared and helped us to continue treatment into the next day with his primary vet. They text me updates through the night and took the best care of our boy. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

4 months agoTook my son to get checked for pinkeye and some grass fell off his feet onto the bed so I wiped it off and the sanitizer wipe turned black. Place is filthy with dirt shadows around bed frome never being cleanda week agoVery friendly and hardly any wait time ! Fast and efficient ! I will always choose to go to Mercy verses anywhere else where the wait times are always so long ! Staff is also very knowledgeable !4 months agoMy first time here was today. I am in town from California (first actual day) and my back did what it does best-be a pain. I was in and out with a couple of injections! Just what I needed. Everyone was so very nice from the moment I came in. It was a very pleasant experience when I was feeling very unpleasant. Thanks y’all!6 months agoI really appreciate the Dr suggesting a steroid injection. I was so miserable I had been in tears. In a few hours after receiving the injection I started feeling like I might live?Also the nurse was very friendly and reassuring and did great in giving the injection! I use to almost pass out upon seeing needles but she did such a good job it was pretty painless.Also I have used both mercy urgent cares on Green river many times for my baby and myself. I have always received great care and quick in and out!!!a month agoMercy Urgent Care, in Newburgh, is so convenient to go to. The staff is extremely nice and professional and there is never a long wait. I highly recommend this Urgent Care!
