7 months agoStaff was really friendly and the doctors and specialists who were in charge of my tests were awesome. I could have given 5 stars because this Concentra is way better than the one I visited last year. One star is missing due to the fact that I had to get out of the waiting room where I was supposed to have an ear checked, just to get the attention of someone. I waited inside that room for about 25 minutes. Once I stepped out a nice lady told me the doctor will see me in a few and this time that was accurate. A minute later the doctor got in the room and got the exam done.Really nice staff.! ?
2 months agoPlease do not go here. They lied and told me my fee was going to be $89 each when I scheduled the appts. Not $265 each. I paid a total of $795.00 for 3 vaccines. They waited until they took our vitals to tell us the price. They should of told me at checkin. I would’ve never stayed there. It took them an hour just to print my receipts. I was there from 2:20pm until 5:45pm. The employee were respectful and nice. I’m giving it a one star for the wait and lying about the fees.2 weeks agoWhen in and when out with my medical card within 45 minutes process time. The service is a lot better in the new location, but also have to help yourself by getting there early.a month agoI would like to express my frustration concerning my most visit to your facility. After waiting for more than 2 hours, my injured knee began to hurt. Finally after more than 3 hours I inquired and I was told that I am next in line. I was not called in the doctor room until 4:10. At this point I was annoyed and in extreme pain.After I was seen by the doctor, I patiently waited to be called for my schedule for an appointment. I was sitting for about 30 minutes, and later, the employee began to lock the doors. I was the last person in the room. Finally, I got up and inquired, and my paperwork was on someone’s desk. I was forgotten! By now, both the pain in my knee and my temper was unbearable and inconsolable. My knee was throbbing and cramping. I am completely dissatisfied with this service I received today. Unfortunately, since then my knee is in constant pain.6 months agoCurrently here in pain & im asking the person at the front desk to see a doctor for severe ear pain & she goes “do you have anyone to watch your kid” I’m like what do you mean, she goes “no kids allowed inside or in the waiting room” I’m like since when? Why is that a thing? She goes “because of COVID” . Are you serious? So if a mother comes in in pain you refuse to see them? This is beyond ridiculous

a month agoBrought my mom in for an exam and had a pleasant experience with all staff. We had the pleasure of being helped tremendously by Tiffany. She made mom feel at ease and answered all of our questions. AFC is so lucky to have her! Would definitely recommend!!in the last weekEveryone was very pleasant and easy to talk to. My concerns were met with comfort. I felt confident that I’d be feeling better when I left.4 weeks agoCame to AFP Elizabeth for a simple rapid COVID test, arrived around 12pm, registered and waited over 2 hours to be seen by an MA and swabbed, then over another 30 minutes for a 15 minute test result. What should have been a 20 min visit ended up almost 3 hours. This has been the most aggravating urgent care experience. Maybe this is how it works in NJ , but NY urgent care is significantly more efficient than this, atleast where I work! But NY was just too far of a trip right now. There is zero urgency in your care. Why would you have a symptomatic pregnant patient wait 3 hours for a rapid COVID test? Potentially infecting the waiting room, the clinic and the staff! AFP you have to do better than this. This should be unacceptable for leadership / company standards.2 months agoI was there yesterday to treat an eye infection, ive also taken my 3 yr old to this facility for skin rashes.. and ive never ever had a problem with STAFF!! The wait time was less than 5 minutes. Last time i over heard a patient being a little too rude to the front desk girl and that is NOT OK, then they get upset when they get the same treatment in return!! It cost 0 CENTS to be NICE! These caregivers work 8+ and we should at least be cordial and respectful.. Receptionist was helpful when i had a question or concern and so was the nurse and doctor!!! Thank you guys so much!! ?3 months agoThis was my first time visiting this urgent center. The staff were amazing, very welcoming and polite. I waited no more than 5 minutes to be called to the back, due to me registering prior to my appointment arrival time. The facility was nice and clean. I will definitely visit again.

a year agoFirst time, no appointment walked in(sorry for the bad photos). Was seen quickly and didn’t have to wait too long. Clean environment inside. The only downside was I’m not fluent in Spanish the medical assistant didn’t seem very fluent in English. The doctor was awesome, empathic and referred me to places I need to be seen. The front staff were informative, kind, and courteous (even when I took clipboard and paper outside to call my health insurance). Would recommend to anyone who needs a doctor quickly and can change primary doctor. Not many regular clinics allow walk-ins.a week agothe front staff is extremly rude, not profesional at all all they do is scream at people because i had a question. i have been a patient of dr. rackler for more than 10 yrs. but due to the rudeness of the front staff i will no longer be going here. Wait time was not bad at all for a walk in clinic.6 months ago1. The services that I receive from community medical care is excellent. Veronica and the staff are friendly specially Mrs Sánchez (MA) with her profesional way to work and ensure that I was properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.
