  My first 2 experiences with Carbon Health was at the Folsom location and then I went to the Roseville location due to Folsom location that day being booked but Roseville had an appointment available that worked with my schedule. Both locations are clean and the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Being able to schedule online is very convenient and if you download the app and create an account you can view all post and upcoming appointments, lab results, billing etc. They also have primary providers as well if someone is looking for primary care. I, myself have a different primary provider but when I’m need of urgent care, this will be my go to. Carbon Health acquired Med 7 and locations I have been to have been updated. I highly recommend this organization.

  One of the best urgent care experiences I’ve ever had- the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, both over the phone and in person. My nurse’s name was Madi and she was very friendly and supportive throughout my entire visit and made the whole process very smooth and easy. Dr. Brandon and a woman named Maddi at the front desk were also great. The facility is very clean and orderly. I highly recommend this Urgent Care, especially having been to several that I had horrible staff/medical experiences at. Thank you so much to all the staff and nurses for your help! I recommend making an appointment as there was maybe a 5 minute wait after I arrived before I was seen.

  Second time I came to carbon health with Urgent Care and was turned away as a walk-in saying they didn’t weren’t doing any more walk-ins this was at 3:00 or earlier. The phone says we’re taking walk-ins this sign on the desk says we’re taking walk-ins the papers on the tables and the waiting room say they take walk-ins. When you go to urgent care you expect to be seen during business hours. I suggested they have an alternate message to put on the phone stating no more walk-ins today. I understand they cannot change the message so I suggested an alternate message. When you’re in pain and it’s hard to walk just getting up the ramp to be told to go home is really just an awful thing. Two times this is happened same situation. Evidently not enough employees so accommodate Urgent Care

  I had a great experience! Very professional, patient and helpful with a smile! I called in to see if they accepted my insurance and made an appointment ~ the call was stress free and quick. The office is very clean and updated! I’ve never been and was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was welcoming and amazing! Answered all my questions. Thank you very much!!! Wow!

  Really grateful for this location. They always help me out in instances where my kids are sick and regular pediatrician visits aren’t available. Thank you for helping keep my kids healthy!! All staff, MAs and Drs are professional and always give speedy services. We are grateful!

  This location used to be my favorite. However, for over a year now the bathrooms, locker room and especially the showers are completely disgusting. I use the pool and must shower after but the mold is out of control. The drains are clogged and there is always globs of hair everywhere. I went every other day for 2 weeks straight and the same hair and garbage was in the shower stall for the whole 2 weeks. Terrible disrespect for the members who pay good money for a gym membership. This Citrus Heights location closes at 8pm on Saturday and Sunday which is ridiculous considering this is 24 hour fitness! The air vents in the pool room are covered in dust and all the tiles have some kind of scum on them. Needs a complete overhaul and deep cleaning. Broken shower heads leak or are just turned off and left for weeks. Several people have reported the issues and still nothing has been done.

  I miss the actual 24 hr being open for 24 hours. When is that actually going to happen? I would definitely go more to this location and rate it better since I feel that it should hold true to its name. Other locations operate 24 hr so I expect this to change soon.

  Excellent for what it is intended for: showing up, lift heavy, leave. Sure, the phone reception while in the gym could be better though there is no need for it if you’re using the gym the way it’s supposed to.

  Way better than the one at Walerga, that place is literally a child daycare/dump. Even though this one is farther, it’s way worth the +6 min drive, as there’s always a machine available, and they’re all pretty well maintained. Bathrooms aren’t that bad either.

  I came early morning before work and I am waiting outside right now & this is the 3rd time in about a months time that there is nobody here to open. This is ridiculous and very disrespectful to its members. I’d give this gym a lower rating but it doesn’t let me. Just cancelled my membership and switching to a better one (price & customer service wise in the area)

  I arrived about 1/2 hour early and was immediately escorted in to a patient room. I was here to have my ears cleaned. The doctor was in to see me immediately. The process took approximately 1/2 hours to complete. It is a painless procedure if done properly, which it was. This is the first time in a few years that I could hear better after having my ears cleaned properly. This walk in clinic is a plus for Sutter Health.

  My original appointment was bumped 2-1/2 hours later. Other than that I would give a 5 star review. There was no wait, the NP was efficient, kind and friendly. The admitting person could have been a bit friendlier but she did her job efficiently.

  I just wanted to finally take the time and say thank you to the NP. A few months back I was sick and got an appointment here. She took the time to call me before and after my appointment. She was so patient and kind with her care. She took the time to understand and figure out what I was going through at the time that could be causing my symptoms. It was worth the 45 minute drive and if she could be my primary care, I would love that. She’s a great NP and I would recommend her to anyone. Please treat her with kindness and gratitude.

  Absolutely horrible! Took mom in to have wax removed from her left ear. Ignored my question of using the product to soften wax. Removal got painful, let the person know and they continued with the procedure. Finally said they did not have the softener just the warm water that produced nothing. Then another worker suggested she just put something in her ear and “snip” it out. I told them we we leaving and we did. If they thought I was going to let them hurt her any further then they had another thing coming to them. I am thoroughly disappointed in them and will be reporting this to the appropriate complaint department. Will also never be returning to this office.

  Perfect solution for a wide gap in our health care system: you know you are not ill enough to take the time of an emergent or urgent care facility, but you feel unwell enough that you would like some professional help and can’t wait the weeks of time it will take to schedule an appointment. This Walk-in Care facility fills the bill! Although you cannot always truly “walk-in,” it is very easy to schedule an appointment online (smart phone app or web site) within an hour or two. So that is virtually instantaneously relative to most medical facilities. I have OFTEN waited longer to receive care in either an urgent care facility or with a regular appointment made months in advance! And the staff here is very nice, efficient and effective!
