5 months agoTwo years ago, I experienced my first bout of Covid. I was tested and confirmed positive by doctor and staff at the CareNow clinic in Carrollton TX. I was very impressed on the efficiency and friendliness of each front end and medical staff. Today, 2yrs later I tested positive again. I was literally amazed on the efficient on-line scheduling and front end check in to clinic.The sweet, friendly nurse was very appreciated. Best of all was Dr. Sangalli. She showed such patience and authenticity in the time and concern for my comfort and recovery. Thank you CareNow!4 months agoIt used to be best place before. Now it’s the worst.They don’t even know how to draw blood for basic Lab works. Took my Mom there and the staff attempted 2 times and didn’t even get a drop off blood, but bruised her hand .Don’t know if he ever draw blood from anyone. Also gave the paperwork to go to ER just to draw the blood.They should hire someone who at least know how to draw blood for basic laboratory work which is very crucial for diagnosis.a year agoUsed them multiple times for myself and kids, nothing seriously urgent. The “now” part of Carenow doesn’t seem to apply usually. But, they are much quicker than trying to see my primary care physician.5 months agoThe wait time was very short, they were very flexible to my needs, and the office staff was friendly. Dr. Ngai, one of the urgent care doctors saw me, and his bedside manner was outstanding. I came for a female problem (which i have never seen a male doctor for) and he was very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions to the best of his ability, and treated me to the absolute best standard of care. I wholeheartedly recommend this carenow location for your emergent care needs and am very grateful for the care I received here.3 months agoFriendly but stupid and unorganized. Have a bathroom for folks to take drug test at a emergency clinic. Turn around and flush but no sink. FYI women have female issue and need a sink to wash there hands and people in general. That’s pretty nasty at a clinic. Buy yet you will holler wear a mask cause covid. Get the hell out of here. Pretty nasty

3 months agoStaff and Dr. are very kind and knowledgeable. I had a unique circumstance, and they were able to help me navigate through that without an issue. The only downside was I was there for several hours but that’s expected with any emergency/urgent care. Would highly recommend them.3 months agoProfessional and courteous. I was a few minutes late and they were about to close. The receptionist was very nice and still pushed me through after explaining it was my last day for a pre employment drug screen. Processing was about 25 minutes.2 months agoWaited 5 hours for DOT physical. Normally it only takes 2. Only one doctor on staff. If I had been informed upon arrival I would have gone to a different location.4 months agoQuick service,Polite employee’s. I walked in 30min before closing for a hiring drug test. I didnt have any of my paperwork. It didn’t seem to bother them. They were very helpful and got me seen.2 months agoVery busy location but they get you checked in quickly and politely. The medical staff is polite, eager to listen, and eager to help. I don’t recommend getting hurt but if you do, this location will do what they can.

a month agoThis place is amazing. I had been calling around all day looking for a physician to see me the same day and could not find one. Josey Medical Clinic was able to squeeze me in for an appointment. They are very professional and kind. The NP listened to me and addressed my concerns. The front desk service was also very pleasant to work with as well. There were no seats available to sit down at the time when I arrived and one of the front desk girls went and got a chair from another room for me. I’ll definitely be going back there for my future appointments.a week agoGave this review because I’ve been texted and harassed everyday nonstop to leave one. I left a bad review already through their portal and it still spams me. The message even says if I left one I can just ignore all of these. The front lanes receptionist have one job, to answer phones. They are always on lunch and fail to do so or get back to anyone. The doctor will just come up with non medical advice that he just pulled out of his..well you know. I could tell he had no idea what he was talking about. Everyone that came in was just getting blood tests. He probably has something set up with the labs to make money. The place is as ghetto as it looks. Stay away. I immediately switched doctors and I’m still dealing with this circus. Worst decision I made all month was going here.in the last weekI was attended almost immediately I arrived.The staffs were kind and tolerant.They were able to answer my questions and things were clear.Your communication was indeed great .
