  I have been coming to Signature Care since I was a freshman at A&M. I am now graduating with my masters! Six years of care from this place and I can easily say that I’ve received THE BEST care every time. Recently I was in for a viral infection + colitis and had to stay overnight. My staff was Lorena, Shane, Gabe, and Nina. Plus the amazing Doctors! I was given a robe and an overnight bag for the night! I was checked on throughout the night and the doctors didn’t hesitate to speak with my mom as she was hundreds of miles away. Thanks to the amazing care I am on the road to recovery! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location to absolutely everyone!!

  I have come to SignatureCare about 4 or 5 times in the past year and every single time they never fail to address to all my needs and help me recover quickly. I tested positive for COVID yesterday and I worked with Barb and Saeshia at the front desk that got me checked in quickly while I waited to go in and we’re extremely kind. Then my nurse, Lindsey, and ER Tech, Emily, got all my testing done fast and and made me feel very comfortable by constantly checking to see if I was okay and providing me with a warm blanket and water. Lastly, Dr. Kimball, whom I’ve seen multiple times was amazing as always giving me a background on my situation and what may have caused it and sent me home with some medication. Amazing experience as always!

  I love coming to this facility. I’ve been to the facilities in the Houston area and wasn’t fond of some of the establishments there so it has been a refreshing experience here in college Station. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They answer everything before I even have to ask and all of the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s always so clean and I’m never stuck there like having to go anywhere else for medical care. Thank you for the wonderful experience you all provide.

  I was told I could come in at 10:15 (I had a 12:30 appt) but called and they said to be there at 10:15. Great! I was in alot of pain. I had an hour wait anyways. The medical assistant Tori was wonderful and compassionate. A very caring employee. The NP I saw, was not. He looked irritated when I tried to give the back story as to why I was there. Zero compassion. The energy and vibe had me feeling like I was wasting his time. He later said they were very busy that day so far. In speaking with him, he seemed almost argumentative. I get it, but please teach a little better bedside manners…the medical field will always be busy. Especially an urgent care. Do better.

  We were visiting the area from out of state and had a child have an asthma attack. They got us in quickly, were thorough and listened to our concerns. They made sure to give us an immediate plan and information on when to follow up if needed. They were kind, professional, and had great bedside manner. Don’t want my kiddos to get sick on vacation again but if they do, this is where we’ll take them.

  Absolutely the Best emergency clinic me and my Whole family have ever dealt with 10stars would be the proper rating but that is not available My wife had gone feeling like a horrible mess and left with answers a d a remedy even after her primary care told her it had to run it’s course. One shot a d within hours she was living again and way better I went in with my foot swollen and in agony After waiting 10min I was called back, some quick x rays and a shot with a couple prescriptions I was better within a few hours and could walk again and swelling gone AMAZING They do not beat around the Bush they want to quickest path to feeling better for their patients and it shows Forget a PC physician just come here Faster, easier & definitely as knowledgeable

  I would like to give no stars but that wasn’t an option. I went to Integrity Urgent Care for intense ear pain. The PA looked in my ear and determined it needed to be irrigated. The nurse only flushed it 3 times, the PA looked and said there was still a little wax inside and they could see a little infection. No attempt to fully irrigate my ear or address the pain. I was given a prescription for antibiotics and nothing to address the pain. I began the meds immediately. The following day the pain was worse and by the evening became unbearable. I went to the ER that night, explained that urgent care irrigated my ear and his response was, “They irrigated this? I can’t see your ear drum.” A nurse actually irrigated my ear and after 20 minutes of flushing it, the pain subsided and I could hear clearly. Because the urgent care center didn’t do their due diligence, I now have an ER bill in addition the co-pay I paid them. The lack of concern or effort to help a patient is unacceptable and disrespectful.

  I went in with what I knew to be a staph infection in my nose. I work around a lot of dust and happen to need to blow my nose quite a bit. I told the Dr what I had been prescribed in the past and he told me that the medication, point blank, didn’t treat it. I went to a different urgent care and they prescribed that exact medication without me telling them what had treated it in the past.

  I went here for an on the job injury….I also had my PT here ….I had the worst experience of my life …the doctor’s and physical therapist are some of the worst individuals I have ever encountered… however the other staff was awesome…I will never ever go here again in life!

  I just want to say that Nova did a very good job. I had to go in there today and everyone greeted me and tried to meet. We’ll respect as soon as I walked in and I just want to take those ladies in the front desk for high organized and they got me to the. Back really fast and the lady that took my lab results mystery. So I wanna thank you as well you was a professional? I’m saying that audio was very professional wish. I had hair down to your uniform down to your shoes and the nurse that finished me out. I wanted to take her too and the lady that checked me out. I wanna take out ARRA very professional and I appreciate your help and hope.
