  Jess at the front desk was extremely helpful, there was an issue with my visit that took multiple phone calls back to them clinic. Jess was great to work with and she followed thru on the issue. The clinic either needs more kiosks or allow people to do health history etc, on there own, if that is possible it was not communicated.

  Came here to complete occupational health tasks for my RN job, let me just say coming from a healthcare professional perspective. The assistant-Alla and the advance practice nurse-Jenall both lack professionalism and are extremely RUDE and SNARKY. I wasn’t able to urinate enough for my drug test and the assistant THREW her pen down for me to sign a form. The advanced practice nurse had told me “you definitely should not be driving since your eyes are so bad” I had forgotten my glasses for the appointment and never have had an issue before for a PHYSICAL EXAM. I’m pretty sure she did not specialize in optometry and my own eye doctor would tell me if I should or shouldn’t be driving or not. If you don’t like your job then quit, thanks!

  I had to go in for pre-employment testing. I was concerned when I saw the number of people on the waiting room. But I was in and out so quickly, it actually surprised me. Kudos for the quick turn around!

  Well even though it was just supposed to be like four an hour it felt like 15- 20 minutes I was in and out, they were very polite and answered every question that I had cuz I never had a DOT physical and they properly explained it so to rate this property 10 is not enough that’s why I rated it 20 ?

  I received excellent care & treatment from Rachel Burns at Allina Dermatology Bloomington. I was seen right away, she was friendly and professional and she throughly answered all of my questions. She also notified me of my lab results sooner than expected. Extremely happy with this provider specifically, and Allina Healthcare as a whole!

  I’ve been going to this clinic for over eight years and the doctor that I had used to take me when I wasn’t her patient she would get me in —she would squeeze me in so I could see her and now that she’s my doctor— I was late even though I called and told them- I’d be late because I was stuck in traffic- I left with enough time to get there but traffic was horrible even the back roads-they told me they would take me as long as I got here at 8:35 AM. However I got there at 8:30 and she refuses to take me -so now as her patient I am not worthy, but when I wasn’t her patient, then she would accept me and take me in when I wasn’t scheduled. This is the worst service that I’ve had with Park Nicollet in over the 8 + years Today I’m firing my doctor Dr.A.C. I am no longer going to go to this clinic anymore.

  Going there since 2012, staff is very nice but sometimes they are really booked further out but also because their doctors are good. However, now they are also offering zoom sessions with your primary care and that helpful.

  I have been going to the obgyn department here for the last few years and have had great experiences. Amy at the front desk is very friendly, the nurses are kind and helpful, and Dr Sherran and Dr Ott are great to work with! Dr Sherran saw me throughout my first pregnancy and was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind, personable, and took my thoughts and feelings into consideration when it came to our care. We are so thankful for her!

  Absolutely the worst lab experience of my life. I’d never felt anxious getting blood drawn before. Lady kept touching me with broken gloves and digging around my arm with a needle trying to find my artery. ended up sticking me in both arms and barely finding something and getting enough blood for each tube. Probably not even enough if I’m honest.

  I have the most massive artery on my left arm to stick into and somehow she still didn’t find it. I found it in 2 seconds and pointed to it for her. She chose to ignore it! So now I have a big bruise on my left arm and my right arm as well.

  Also let me just add that they have these weird booster seat high chair things you sit in that are incredibly awkward. This was my first time at this clinic because HP Bloomington was closed. Never settling for this place again if I’m allowed some choice. People deserve better than whatever that lady was doing.

  Continues to decline in quality health care and customer service. My family of six frequents this location regularly. My two year old son had been sick a few days and things went very bad one morning. Urgent care was not opened yet, so I rushed him to this location, the parking lot was empty, no one was waiting and I felt I timed it perfectly. The receptionist took my information and then suggested I go find an urgent care location because they had no available doctors until later in the morning. My son is in my shoulder, crying, his nose is bleeding and we were turned away. I was shocked and sad as I carried my son out to our car and drove away. God news is that urgent care in Edina on France Avenue was terrific and help us out. But we had to wait 30 minutes until they opened. I just held my crying son and told him things will get better.
