The staff were friendly the front desk and the person who checked me in the room. The Clinic was clean. The tech that helped me today with the x/ray (Austin) was very sweet, polite, and helpful. The PA could have spent a little more time explaining the findings and after visit summary. But overall was a pretty good experience and acceptable urgent care! Thank you!

I have gone to indigo several times and I have always had good experiences. Being sick can make a bad day but the staff are amazing at making a bad day better. Carrie has always been wonderful and very patient with my daughter in collecting samples and just explaining things. Danielle made the wait time shorter and fun, offered us goodies and to all other patients and she has such positive energy and great sense of humor. She has exemplary customer service!!The provider Sam Mbua was also amazing, very kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable about my daughter’s sickness. We love Indigo and will be using them again in the future for our healthcare needs.

There are not enough words to express what wonderful people work at Lakeland hill Indigo Urgent care !!! Every step …from making an an appointment …with the nicest, most caring receptionist I’ve ever met. I believe her name was Red… She is a total asset to the company in every way…. It was less than 45 minutes from the time I called to be sitting in a room….. and the young lady, whose name I believe is Jax .., was also so kind and caring and just a wonderful person all the way around and she told me it would just be a couple minutes… and then came in the doctor… does not like to go to doctors but I’ve never been so comfortable with a doctor whose name was Roger Ball.. he was so helpful, explaining everything just a wonderful person… I’m 63 years old and I’ve been to doctors and hospitals and probably more than most… and I tell you what this is the first time ever I wanted to write a letter to let someone know what three wonderful people I met with this evening, and I had so much confidence in everything that they said, and they all three to deserve an award for their service and I’ve never written anything like this before. Thank you kids all so much for your help. I just can’t say thank you enough!!!

After waiting for 3 days for a call back from my doctor, I made an online appointment with your facility. I found everyone very helpful and friendly. I was able to get a diagnosis, and a path to treatment. Prescriptions were ordered all in the time span of less than an hour. I will definitely use your clinic again.

New front desk process is daunting I dread calling to make an appointment or showing up for one . The girls at the front desk always seem more concerned with each other and there starbucks cups and drink and runs then helping the customers . its really unprofessional . Its really slow to get threw lines because of all there socializing and cross talk . I hope front desk management takes a closer look at the employees level of customer service ext.. As a patient I should not know that they can’t leave during office hours together to get coffee in a car at starbucks because of company rules so they have to walk together . This is not a isolated incidents this had been the tone every time I have came in after there remodel and new staffing expansion .

Dr. Varsha Raghavan is the worst. She is always in hurry and does not listen to patients concerns. My son had an appointment with her and she left the exam room in hurry without answering all my questions. Just don’t make an appointment with her. She doesn’t care about your illness.

Used to be great. 5 stars. Now? Routinely reschedules appointments without informing you.

They also follow technically legal but totally abysmal information security practices. By calling you up and asking you to give them personal information to verify your identity (when THEY called YOU) they normalize this behavior and empower scammers to do the same.

Lots of office management issues. Poorly developed systems, high turn over maybe… phone system finally improving. I have high hopes they listen to my feed back and make much needed changes. My doctor is awesome though.

Oh man, where’s the zero-star option?

Brought my cat in for bite wounds. Waiting an hour in the car before getting seen. The vet assistant quickly took my cat to the back.

Came back and said they couldn’t examine him because he was getting aggressive. I asked the Vet to take him inside the room so I could hold him still. Then the Vet quickly said he needed to get anesthesia. He only took a quick look for 3 seconds and told me he needed anesthesia. My cat ate within the last 12 hours and it will put him at risk. But the Vet said it’s not a problem and won’t be in surgery for another few hours.

I put my family member on the phone for advice and the Vet quickly said “I don’t have time to talk to multiple family members”. Very unprofessional and showed extremely little compassion for the patient.

Not to mention, the Vet assistant (blond, chubby one with glasses) gave me a middle finger. Geez, why would I want my pet to be seen in such horrible pet hospital?

Yep, I packed up and left right away. Before I left, the Vet said “let me give you this intake form because you don’t know anything”. Well, what I know is that you are a mediocre vet who wants to cut corner for pet care.

If you are looking for a vet hospital, I hope this review provided some insights. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

Absolutely do NOT take your animals here. My pup has not been the same since her visit to this clinic!! She is lethargic, refuses to eat, and won’t come when we call her. My 65lb boxer-lab cut her paw pretty bad and her normal vet recommended that I take her to an emergency vet for surgery. AAEC did not display any type of urgency (we waited 20+ minutes for someone to return every time after walking out of the room). The floors were not clean and ants were everywhere. They did not treat my pup with care despite me expressing that she is nervous at the vet. The vet tech pulled on the leash as my pup tried clawing her way back into our room, even with a split-open paw. The vet spoke in a monotone voice and did not look up from his clipboard as he told us he would need to keep my pup over night. We denied their services and asked for the paw to be cleaned and wrapped. We intend to go somewhere cleaner with people that showed more care. They kept my pup in the back for over an hour, and charged us $400 for unneeded medication (injected and pill form). Each vet tech that spoke with us (3 separate ones), was unable to explain the reasoning for their recommendations which was another reason for our resistance to their services.

After a panicked drive from Tacoma to Auburn because my dog had choked on some bone, she was kept overnight and x-rayed. No one bothered to sedate and look inside her throat-despite seeing a bone on the x-ray! This bone piece was removed by my regular vet (shout out to Pet Clinic of Kent) from her throat. Right where the x-ray taken two days earlier showed it to be.

I paid over $600 to be sent home with a dog still choking on a large piece of bone. Not only would I encourage folks to not bring your dogs here, I want my money back. I had to pay my vet just as much money but he actually did something and my dog was in lots of unnecessary pain for two days.

Took my dog here as she was cut on her paw by a cat and it was pretty deep and knew she needed stitches. waited in my car for 2 hours with my dog waiting to be brought in and had to call to see what the wait was as I believe they just forgot about us. then another 2 hours just for the vet to call me and accuse me that there is no way a cat did this (even though we watched it happen ) also refused to believe that it just happened and it must of happened the day before as it was already showing infection. They said they couldn’t do it today and kept her overnight to do the procedure and when I called the next morning to pick her up the vet again laughed and said “there is no way a cat did this unless you have a mountain lion, but whatever”. Very unprofessional and accusatory that something else must of happened to her paw as if I had done something to her. Charged almost 1000.00 and was treated horribly. I only went here as it was a Sunday and her normal vet was closed and limited on options. Will never go here again and would recommend no one take their pets here.

Dont take the chance, even if it is a weekend! Vet tech was not caring, gentle or compassionate. She took my dog from me (he’s a rescued 5 lb petrified, and very insecure boy). They didn’t know my name when they called me.

For $400, all they did was give him morphine and charcoal to make him vomit (didn’t bother to even clean that off of him). I feel I could’ve done that myself. We were sent home and was told to watch him ??? and would need to seek vet care if he wasn’t behaving normally ??? I’m lost as to why that kind of money for sure. The vet who called me back was short with me as well.

If they can’t take time for the proper care of these fur babies (just an animal to them it seemed)? They need to shut the door.

Planning to Visit a Family Doctor? Here’s What You Should Consider!

24 Hour Clinic in Auburn WA
24 Hour Clinic in Auburn WA

When visiting a family doctor in the United States, there are several important things to consider to ensure you have a productive and successful appointment. These considerations include:

  • Medical history: It is essential to provide your family doctor with a comprehensive medical history, including any past diagnoses, treatments, surgeries, medications, and allergies. This information helps the doctor understand your overall health and make informed decisions about your care.
  • Current symptoms: Be sure to communicate any current symptoms or concerns you are experiencing to your doctor. This information can guide the doctor’s examination and diagnosis.
  • Insurance coverage: Before your appointment, it is important to confirm that your family doctor accepts your health insurance. This will prevent unexpected out-of-pocket expenses.
  • Referrals and authorizations: If your insurance requires referrals or authorizations for specialist visits or certain procedures, make sure to obtain them before your appointment.
  • Medication list: Prepare a list of all the medications you are currently taking, including the name, dosage, and frequency. This list will help your family doctor understand interactions, potential side effects, and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Questions and concerns: Write down any questions or concerns you have before your appointment. This ensures that you cover everything you want to discuss with your family doctor.
  • Preparation: Follow any specific instructions provided by your family doctor before your appointment. This may include fasting before blood work or bringing specific test results or records.
  • Language and communication: If English is not your first language, consider bringing a family member or friend who can assist with translation. Alternatively, inquire if your family doctor provides interpreter services.
  • Follow-up appointments: Make sure you understand the recommended follow-up plan and schedule any necessary appointments or tests before leaving the office.
  • Healthcare team: Familiarize yourself with other healthcare professionals on your family doctor’s team, such as nurses, physician assistants, or specialists. Knowing who to contact for questions or concerns can streamline your healthcare experience.

By considering these factors, you can have a more productive and informed visit with your family doctor in the United States.
