Beautiful restaurant, very modern vibes amazing decor and the food is delicious. Highly recommend for breakfast but they also serve lunch. I liked their pulled pork Benedict and their hash browns are the best I had in a long time. Service was quick. They do not take reservations and there could be a wait so be ready for that. You can check the waitlist online on their website. Their coffee selection is also really good with VERY good coffee.

Simply perfect and delicious. Industrial ambiance with a homey feel.

It was a joy to come in with my best friend; our server was kind, and caring. The food was excellently tasty; cappuccino was strong and only a little bit milky.

We ordered the hot cake, which we couldn’t finish but ate the rest later in the day. Sausage with eggs. Avocado with poached eggs. Dishes are modest size, and very filling.

a successful business with a valuable product, which is worth the money and time.

Great service and really unique offerings. The coffee was excellent and the stand out dish IMO was the Shakshuka with perfectly cooked poached eggs and sausage as well as the Pulled Pork Benedict. Best breakfast in Park City!

I can tell why this place is a local favorite!
Went here for brunch and absolutely loved the atmosphere of the restaurant as well as each dish I tried. The flavors were unique and there is a wide variety of options for everyone. Beautiful place with great tasting dishes!

This place is totally worth the hype. Such a good vibe. Super friendly service and accommodating. Delicious food. And even more importantly, yummy coffee. I got the pulled pork Benedict and it was killer. Definitely going back soon to try out more.

Love this spot! I come here for great, consistent, and friendly service. I usually order the white rabbit latte but their frozen mochas on a hot day are absolutely delightful. Their drinks are not too sweet and balance flavors really well. Their tea selection is also vast and very tasty.

I also come here to get work done often. Their wife is good but the seating inside is limited. The seating fills up very quickly during the week with remote workers looking for a coffee fix while they work.

The little bookstore part of the business is also really well curated. Always fun things to look at and has a great selection of children/young adult books.

Fun little coffee shop in Park City. The shop was pretty empty at 7am on a Saturday but by 8 the line was out the door. Service and the staff were really good. They have some fall favorites, such as pumpkin spice, which was really good. Bagels were great too. Good vibe, highly recommend.

A great coffee shop to stop at on main street! Coffees were delicious and the service is fast. Fun things to peruse around also with the books and such. Not much seating inside. But a great stop before walking the shops

I am not a coffee connoisseur so just told her medium blend, black. Very tasty coffee and for reasonable price. Looks like a trendy place as people were coming in to charge phones, read books, grab a coffee or tea, etc..

I stop here every time I visit park city. The food and drinks are delicious, they have lots of tea and other options to bring home, and their book selection is so unique. The ambiance is great. I love this place!

Enjoyed visiting Vessel Kitchen 3 times while in town, Park City. I liked the fast, casual atmosphere of getting in line, picking out my protein and sides. They have a huge menu of creative sides, both hot and cold. Staff were all friendly and helpful. It’s a great place for when you don’t want to wait long to eat.

Tried this out for the first time while in town. It was a different experience and menu, but in a good way. They have different proteins, sides (cold and hot), and salads to choose from. I recommend the braised beef!

Great healthy fast casual. Had the trout with cauliflower and Brussels sprouts. Food served to you at the table after ordering, took 2 mins even tho it was quite busy for lunch! Easy stop right off the highway.

Affordable healthy fast causal with nice indoor and outdoor seating what more can you ask for.

A solid dining experience my favorite is the chicken and grains for 12$ with the spicy sauce that’s on it.

Also large tables with some outdoor seating and nice little lights above it.

Absolutely loved the hash hash with the melt in your mouth roast beef, caramelized sweet potatoes with horseradish sauce and pickled red onion! Best kefir soda as well!

I was very pleasantly surprised with how good this place was. I was expecting “typical” Cafe food going in blind(which is not a bad thing) but man their stuff was fantastic/unique! They have traditional omelets and eggs Benedict in addition to some more interesting Brazilian inspired dishes. Worth checking out before a day skiing

Excellent lunch spot as you ski down Quit ‘N Time towards Town Lift. Lots of outdoor seating if you want to keep an eye on your skis but our group opted to sit inside. Food came out quick and hot. Nachos with chicken was a bit lackluster, the cheddar turns hard quick, has beans guacamole, pico, and they use a mix of tortilla and kettle chips as a base. The brazuca burger was enormous and came with either sweet potato fries, fries, salad. Beet salad was a nice refreshing option and large enough to share. Service was great with what seemed like one server for every two tables.

Amazing hot cocoa and good selection of brunch choices. I had the savory avocado toast which was loaded with avocado but needed a bit more salt or seasoning to make it perfect. This is a great brunch spot for a break during the day on the mountain. Good and quick service.

The good: it is a pleasant place, the service is super attentive and gives you their recommendations if you go for the first time. the bad thing: they don’t have a host outside to help customers sit down, you have to wait and wait and no one comes, the communication between the waitress and the kitchen fails a bit, since it was requested that the dish They eliminated the bacon because the person was allergic and even so they placed it on the plate.

Aside from the coxinha de Frango, it’s not very authentic Brazilian food. But that’s ok, they advertise that they serve American food with a Brazilian twist and that’s exactly what it was.

The food was good, atmosphere was great, and the staff was pretty nice. I wish I was able to speak more Portuguese with them!

Pleasant establishment on Main St definately worth stopping in. I had the fish & friets, I substituted some delicious vegan chili for the fries. My fellow skier had a smoked rueben and a side chopped salad instead of his fries. Note; the substitutions were of course an upcharge. They serve a nice selection of adult beverages and I must say they make a nice old fashioned.

What an amazing experience! My girlfriend and I decided to take off on a girl’s day and experience 501 Main. I’ve always enjoyed Park City, but this just added the cherry on top for me. I love this restaurant and HIGHLY recommend it to any one looking for a fun, relaxing, environment with exceptional service and the most friendly safe. It was a comfortable homie feel and you can either wear jeans for a chill relax lunch date or dress it up for a night out. Very beautiful inside. I adored the upstairs. I will be coming back very soon. Cheers!

This was our third visit here, we came two years ago on a previous vacation to park cities. As you can see it is a favorite of ours. My husband and I both ordered the gf turkey sandwich and the bison chili on this visit. It was so delicious, I added the bacon and avacado to mine and would highly recommend! Loved the owner and her staff was fantastic. We hope to be back again!

LOVE this place. Every visit to Park City I go there to eat Bison is insanely good.
This time though I went for their vegan burger and was just as thrilled! My wife got fish and BLT the next day and both were excellent.
Always a highlight but its get busy so prepare to wait for a table. They do call you if you get on their list so no biggie
