I will never come to this hairdresser again.????9 months agoI have been going here for a long time now and not only does it seem like the price goes up constantly but today the two poor employees were having big problems with the computer. They are shorthanded as anyone can see but leaving them out on their own to figure out how to make the computer work isn’t cool. Since the management has seen fit to keep raising prices then the computer system should at least work so customers don’t have to go next door and PAY 3 extra bucks to get cash to pay for it. Get it together please or watch yourself get priced right out of the market. P.S. I can go get the same cut for 5 bucks more at a private place where I am the only person there during my turn. This being said the entire staff there are awesome people.10 months agoMy family & I, started going here in Jan, 2022. I’ve just read all 270 comments and would say they all collectively, paint a true representation of this Vallejo Super Cuts. The Stylists are all friendly and competent, the place is clean, they do between an ok and good hair cuts and the prices are reasonable (although higher then some other locations & other businesses).The problem area, is the staffing levels & their Website booking system, creating, sometimes, long waits or the inablity to get a same day appointment. In the 10 months I’ve had 6 haircuts, but have tried to make 10 appointments, through their Website. Of the 6 haircuts 4 times there were extended waits once we arrived. Point being; there are many lost revenue opportunities & dissatisfied /disgruntled future/current customers.
But, due to the acceptable aspects above, the convenient location & friendly staff, we’ll continue to go here.

a year agoJason has been cutting my dads hair for about a year now. Every since he has come to live with me. As he grows older mens can sometime loose confidence but every time he comes to Refreshed he leaves looking and feeling great! Jason is a consummate professional skilled at what he does and he always makes my dad feel like on of the guys! He’s always on time his payment options are quick easy and convenient. His services, the look of his shop and staff are first class! Get Refreshed and support a brotha that cares and does a excellent work! a month agoFirst time visiting this shop and can I just say my barber Mike is superb. Highly recommend. I’m returning. I also love that they encourage reading by offering books. Have never seen that which is a very good thing. Thanks Mike7 months agoUsed to be a better when Chris was there. If you pay for a 30 minute cut then that’s what you should get. And when I pay for a 45 minute cut and get a less then 30 minute cut that’s a problem. Paid 45.00. Had an app and he was cutting someone else’s head. Git in the seat after 10am and was in my car by 10:28 am. Now you tell me. Chris use to do excellent job. He left so I won’t be going back.. and I prepaid for it along with a tip, way before I even got a cut. Now I’m going back to the original way. I’ll pay when the barber is done.5 months agoMy guy Mike keeps me and my boys on point. Highly recommend, all the barbers are real nice with them cripz.4 years agoI came hear after the recommendation of a barber who no longer works at this establishment. After calling, I spoke with the gentleman who is shored me to come in for a woman’s hairline. The gentleman was not present at my arrival shortly there after and a young Asian woman insisted on cutting my hair. Within 15 mins she was done and gave me both a rushed job and subpar at best. I won’t be coming here again ?a year agoThey were nice enough to to accommodate me last minute. Good customer service overall.Horrible haircut. Guy couldn’t even notice that the fade wasn’t blended correctly on one side. The haircut took almost an hour to complete the first phase. We he showed me the finished cut i noticed the issues. He took another 45 minutes to finish the blend. What kind of barber doesn’t know how to blend a line. The line was obvious. He used the clipper so much that I thought he would fix it. It look better but not good. Just barely passable. For a place with good reviews this place sucked.
I would feel remorse saying that this isn’t the place to get a haircut but i can not recommend this place. Maybe the other people are good and this guy was the only one that sucked. So come to this place with caution
