6 months agoNoy was sooo professional yet very friendly and gave my son such a great experience.(2nd time here) It’s usually very hard for him to stay still but she interacted with him while cutting his hair and he was so comfortable. 2 weeks agoMy son got his hair cut and the lady didn’t know what it meant on his name on what we like done. She something completely different and not only messed it up but, as I was going to pay for the cut told him to go back to her station to try and “fix” a side. It looked okay at first because it was wet looking but, the back of his his head is all long in some places where it’s supposed to be shaved. He has many cow-licks and I don’t think she knows how to cut with them. Also, the front of his hair has a huge chunk missing out of it, so does the back. We usually have a okay cut with you guys but, not sure I’ll ever go bqck!4 months agoAs a woman with afro textured 4c coils I’m always nervous about people damaging my hair trying to straighten it in order to trim it (not to mention the pain of strangers violently trying to detangle my hair). For years I’ve been straightening my own hair and having my wife hack-I mean trim my ends. Today, I decided to give great clips a try because I was in desperate need for symmetry and getting all these dead ends off my head. Julie was wonderful, she cut off about 2ish inches of trash and left me with thicker looking hair! I will definitely be back.7 months agoI have been going here for haircuts for years, and they rarely disappoint! True to their name: great service, great staff, and of course, my hair looks great! Wait time is rarely as long as they say for a walk-in. I used his tutorial to cut my own son hair who is special needs. Due to my son’s condition noone would cut his hair and he started looking RAGEDY. It was so sad cuz we would literally get turned away told no or charged double. After watching Jeezy Im a vet!!! a month agoI just moved to Vacaville and just took a stab in the dark. I was quite pleasantly surprised by the total service and the professionalism that I received. I believe the man’s name was Rick and he Hooked me right up with a nice haircut and a free beard trim That I cannot let him give me for free because the work was that amazing support small business in our city of Vacaville. I look forward to being a part of my new community of Vacaville thank you Primos barbershop. I will definitely be back.2 weeks agoWent in as a walk-in beard trim after checking on-line for business hours. Hours on google said open until 6. When I got there around 3:30 there were two barbers with empty chairs. Neither would take a walk-in and was told that they were closed. Lights were on, doors were open. I‘ve previously had a good experience with this place, but the poor attitude turned me off. Will have to find a new shop to go to. If you do go, make sure you make an appointment.2 weeks agoI just got stationed here and needed a new barber and got one of the best haircuts I have ever had. This place is military friendly and a great environment I would recommend them to alla year agoWe met the owner and he was really nice and knowledgeable. Love that this place supports the community and gives back. They also support law enforcement. I definitely recommend trying them at least once.6 months agoI have found “my” barber. The Don’t’s: After a lifetime using generic hair clipping locations and always having something to be unhappy about; that time of my life is done! I don’t have the prickly little hairs on the back of my neck after the trim, I don’t have clipper marks on the top of my ears, and I don’t have random hair clippings dropping in my eyes. The Do’s: I do have a look that I am proud of, I feel confident in my new clean appearance. I do have someone that understands my hair type. I do have a desire to keep looking as fresh as the cut Juan provided. I do have clean neck and hair lines, and a gel that holds, and a beard that is smooth. You have to see the absolute professionals at Primo’s.
