I left the establishment feeling confident with my new haircut and knowing that I’ve found my go-to destination for all my future grooming needs.6 years agoDid a fantastic job with a haircut for my wiggly child (not just a good cut but everyone was also very good natured about). Then they helped keep an eye on him while I got my haircut. Great to know there’s a reliable place I can go and bring my family.6 months agoSo apparently they charge a $5 stylist fee when they ask how you would like your hair done??????????? It wasn’t explained or warned that by answering their question of how you would like their hair done, they would charge that. My husband went to pay for his haircut and then this chick said, “oh wait I forgot something” and added it. What the hell?6 months agoI have taken my grandsons many times. Yesterday after awfull cuts we won’t be going back to bmt. Or Lumberton. Have these people gone to cosmology school? I asked on one child after paying could you straighten up the front it’s crooked , still came at crooked. Sad when grandson says I don’t want to go back there mommy you cut my hair. 4 months agoWe will not be going back!!! We used the lady closest to the register – I think her name was Krissy. She got an attitude when I told her that we were going to have to cut the hair around my sons cowlicks shorter and started just cutting chunks of hair. When I showed her that his hair was now uneven, she said “Well, I just can’t make you happy.” Big attitude. She acted like she didn’t want to cut his hair to begin with. We will never be back. Total chop job. Now he has choppy, uneven hair for Easter.a month agoCalled before hand, a couple of hours before close. I Asked about walk in’s. The young guy who answered the phone was SUPER nice and friendly and wanted to know how we heard about their business. Promptly told me “yes & there was plenty of stylists and that there most likely wouldn’t be a wait at all”. We got here an hour before close. VERY NICE INSIDE BTW. Got right in a chair and got an amazing hair cut with a great price! Definitely will be back!3 months agoCame in for a long overdue haircut and didn’t have to wait long at all before I was in the chair and in the very capable hands of Ali. She was great! Good conversations and her smooth proficiency with the clippers, scissors and straight razor had me impressed. It had been almost 10 years since I last had a razor fade and if you’ve never had one I recommend it! As this being my second time in there I don’t know the names of everyone who works in there, but Ali will not do you wrong!a month agoAlly did a fantastic job with my haircut, beard trim, and waxing my eyebrows! Was highly satisfied upon leaving. She helped me pick out some pomade for my hair also that leaves it with a dry finish which I really like.3 months agoGot two of my boys hair cuts with Kylie today, she was super helpful in telling me which way to go with my boys type of hair and what would work best for what I wanted.
