a week agoGreat experience. I came in as soon as they opened, and I was happily greeted and serviced. The man who cut my hair did an amazing job and kept asking if it was right. So I’m happy he did that. I would definitely go again next time I need a cut ?2 months agoWent here after I stopped at an other one on Noland Road which was to crowded and no workers. Glad I switched to 39th Street. The people were friendly and was able to get in and out with no wait time. The girl that did my cut really listened to what I wanted. I had just had my hair cut done 2 weeks ago at another place and which did not cut it the way I wanted. Here she was able to correct the cut without cutting a lot more off. The price was very reasonable and affordable. Many people told me they wouldn’t go to Great Clips because it was not a salon to them I say it is not the building that makes the place great but the people who do the work behind the walls. You will find many great stylist here behind the doors. Give it a try I know you will be ? happy.2 weeks agoOk my other kids haircuts were good. but the lady who cut my son’s hair first was absolutely terrible and will never go back because of her.thank you Taylor you did a great job on my daughters hair and trying to fix my son’s hair it looks better than it did.but the short haired lady with reddish hair was terrible and will never go back to that location again.its my kids first day of kindergarten also2 weeks agoMy son went there today and the guy who cut his hair pressured him for a tip. He wouldn’t take no for an answer. He got no tip.I went there previously and the lady who cut my hair was telling me conspiracy theories about the Illuminati and the coronavirus.
This place seriously needs lessons on customer interaction.
a year agoI took my daughter there the other day and got her hair cut. The staff was all very nice. My daughter had a smile from ear to ear when we left there. This was the first time she had gotten a hair cut, the hairstylist who cut her hair made her feel comfortable made this experience for her great.

4 months agoi’m not one to normally leave a review but what this woman did to my head should be federal. i have never felt so betrayed in my life. the taper fade on my head is a product of the devil himself. i truly apologize to anyone who has the barber working on my head. i wish i was blind so i didn’t have to look at myself in the mirror and stare back into my own reflection in pure disgust at the absolute travesty on the top of my head. i suggest if you are in need of a haircut you go elsewhere because you will leave the barber shop in tears and agony. if you are anything but bald, do not go here. you will regret it. i promise.4 months agoI was unaware that apparently you have to book a appointment. If. Place of business is open until a certain time people that come in should be taken care of . Instead we were told we couldn’t get a cut . I understand that employees want to go home when their shift is over but if tour there before the doors are closed you should be waited on period.2 months agoI was disappointed to find out that they had no one to do ethnic hair cuts. Took my Grandson to get a short cut and the girl did the best she could when no one else wanted the job of cutting his hair. She stated that they did not have any barber tools to cut it. Liked the girl that cut it but was very disappointed they had no ethnic barbers for a sport clips place.5 months agoI am a customer at the Laguna Niguel Ocean Ranch store. Sally is the BEST hair stylist that I have found in the area. She is so precise and takes her time in providing an excellent haircut. I don’t really know what looks good on him, so I just gave him a few request on length and let Ty do what he thought would look good. He took the time to make sure everything blended great and that I was happy with it. Would definitely recommend going to CrispCuts and choosing Ty for your barber.4 months agoHad my haircut with Joss and she was great. The whole barbershop was a great experience. The environment was very friendly and easy to talk to. They have a pool table and plenary of great barbers. The whole time I was there everyone was cracking jokes and enjoying the time there.3 months agoAwesome barbers. Friendly environment. My son showed Dre a picture of how he wanted his haircut and Dre knocked it out of the park !! My son was tired of getting a boring haircut from Great Clips. I had seen this barbershop and it reminded me of when my dad used to get my hair razor cut. I was NOT disappointed at all in the atmosphere. We will definitely be going back for more haircuts.a year agoMy teenage son has been going threw a tough time. He impulsively updated his look this morning so we headed to this near by Barber expecting to just shave it clean. His Barber Darren not only saved his hair, he took the time to turn an emotional mistake into a good experience, he made the aftermath of a sad moment into a work of art ! He really boosted my sons self esteem! While I waited I saw many men going in looking a mess and coming out looking sharp! I was impressed by all the work I saw but I would definitely recommend sweet Darren and we will be back for sure!
