  I just moved to town and had found Hicks barber while walking by. I called made an appointment and being a barber myself, was not disappointed. James has the years experience and knows his trade. As I watched, Gabe, the other barber worked- he too knows his way around with the clippers and shears. Nice old school feel to the place. Clean and sanitary. I will be back.

  Terrible experience

  Already told barber to cut the back and two sides of head as faded, but he cut half of the top almost as bald where I always have long hair without letting me know.

  The whole process was finished as I sat back to the mirror so I don’t know what happened until it’s done. Very upset experience, not worth the price at all. Do yourself a favor to find another shop.

  Extremely disappointed. Tried to show several pictures of my post cuts to help him out but did not care too much. Specifically emphasized the importance of keeping the front longer to have a flow and he cut off almost everything. The fade was not great and the barber rushed the haircut. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

  Walked in just now to get a haircut. The woman working didn’t even speak to us. I went to the counter and waited. She still didn’t speak to us. Did not check us in. So we sat down and waited. Never acknowledged us. We waited about 10 minutes. Finally we decided to go elsewhere. We stood up to leave then we get a very fake ” you ladies have a nice day! We will not ever go back.

  I asked for a faded haircut as shown in a picture which was mine and this woman trimmed my side hair off and there’s nothing to make a fade and left my top hair untouched making it not proportional to the sides and the felt she did something there, the worst haircut I’ve ever had, I’m wearing a cap or a hoodie in classes and everywhere which I’ve never done.
