4 months agoGreat Place! Awesome Atmosphere! Easy to make an appointment. Dave G is flat out an artist! I’ve never had a better haircut. He’s professional, keeps his booth super clean, listens to what I want and just a nice guy to have a conversation with. I’m happy that I finally found my barber.4 months agoBest barbershop I know so far. First time I walked in here, I felt all the good vibes and the staff are extremely respectful and kind. Been coming here for about 2 years and don’t ever think I can ever move to a different barbershop. This barbershop definitely gives off the history of cutting hair while maintaining a modern style. Highly recommend!! 🙂4 months agoOverall, I did not have a good experience at this shop. The shop was clean and hygienic with interesting decor choices. Dave, my stylist was polite and friendly. Having said that, I didn’t get a good haircut experience. I clearly described that I wanted to even out the top since my previous barber ended up cutting more on one side but he didn’t do that at all. Once he finished the side fade, he asked my about the overall haircut and I told him to do something about the top as well and at this point he said that I had only five minutes left to leave he place.Left with a bad experience and bad cut, Definitely not going back to the place again!

2 months agoAmazing and perfect cut. There is a woman there with 15 years experience and it shows. I didn’t say much because I didn’t want much in the beginning. But I had to ask her after the great result.4 months agoThe place is clean and ladies are very friendly. Has a good price and there is not much wait. The one thing that is hard is that there always a new employee cutting hair. And it is hard to have the same lady who cut your hair the last time you were there. 3 weeks agoMy hair was butchered today. I asked for a haircut, 2 inches off with some layers. Nothing fancy. My hair is now choppy, uneven, and there is zero transition between layers. I have random short chunks and random long chunks. I tried to be subtle in asking Jen Min Chen to “even it out” but she retorted that “cutting and cutting is not good for the hair.” I didn’t think it was worth it to fight because I do not have confidence that she could fix it anyway. I’m annoyed that I’m going to have to lose more of my limited personal time and pay another stylist to fix it elsewhere.She also insulted my hair, called it “coarse” trying to sell me some shampoo she claimed would soften it. This is something I’ve literally never heard before in my life.
in the last weekJust came in to see about a quick beard trim and ask some questions about the place but they didn’t seem to inviting for someone like me. The young lady did at least answer my questions. I thought this was a more progressive place maybe not3 months agoTerrible haircut…lack of care and was done at lightening speed because of that. I asked for zero fade, it was not zero fade but also was not fade. I am surprised how bad they are. It is fastest haircut I have got. Also, the lady was unable to understand the basic English I was speaking and was getting frustrated a bit. She took her time in detailing the cut and asked my feedback several times as she proceeded. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.6 months agoNot only you most likely will get a bad haircut which you should expect for $20 but you’ll also get bad attitude on top of that, which seems to be a trend for this place according to the latest reviews. I won’t be back anytime soon. Wasted 20 min waiting here simply because receptionist did not feel like communicate.
