  I had a 2pm telehealth appointment. I didn’t receive my call until 2:46pm and that happened after I called the office to figure out why I never received my call. My wife had a 3pm appointment with the same person and she never received her call. It’s now after 10am the next day and she hasn’t received a phone call, email, text or any other form of communication to say sorry or to reschedule ASAP. That’s the bad, when I actually talked to someone they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would use again, however, another experience with the extremely late call or no call I will have look for another provider.

  So, update . As of now I cannot get anyone to even schedule an appointment for me . I have tried even the care team and am waiting for a response. It seems like Malik who was fine until this month and diedra told their boss I cussed them out which I complete and utter lie. We never talk on the phone and I have all of the text messages. I need to schedule an appointment that’s all. Seems like they can’t even do that. I’ll keep you updated…

  So I’ve been with win for some years now communication is very inconsistent, between therapists psychiatrist and pharmacy. Noone calls to keep up with me or my appointments. Prp is a joke they do nothing and have almost zero resources. I text call and leave messages jus for them to go unheard or ignored. Moving on from them as soon as they refill my prescription which I have been on for years and cannot go without yet Dr Stephens has me waiting weeks to get them. Don’t understand what I did but they are seriously treating me like a step child. Haven’t heard from Ms Catherine or Ms Karol. And I am deeply depressed so help me understand how they are so great.

  We are adopting our son who is a perfect match via Bethany. We chose Bethany because there are several Bethany families at my husband’s church and having that support network is very helpful for an emotional journey such as this. I like Bethany because it looks at all the parties involved in the adoption triangle. We get the national Bethany magazine and recently there was a story about a birth mother and her life and struggles after placing her child with an adopting family. The classes we had to take placed a lot of emphasis on empathizing with the birth parents. Later we saw a video about adult transracial adoptees and their experiences. It is a Christian organization so there is a lot of prayer throughout the process. Lots. Of. Praying. Prayer is woven through and through, as it is needed. 4 stars instead of 5 because the Crofton location is out of the way for us. It requires a car to get there, and getting on highways. I know this is not a big deal to a lot of people but I like trying to be as car free as possible.
