in the last weekFantastic! We walked in expecting to have to wait for hours but on the contrary. The staff are super friendly, courteous and professional. The clinic was super clean. We were very happy to have found a place to have my grandson evaluated. The medical staff was very thorough and caring. We left very pleased and with a sense of relief.a month agoI am astonished to figure out that the “doctor” I saw is actually not listed as MD and she failed to inform me that she is not a medical doctor. I am really upset. I can’t believe that she prescribed me two medication that interacts with each other according to a local pharmacist.They have four nurses/receptionists present at the same time, no wonder the so called service is good. I couldn’t care less about the service at a clinic.
a month agoDoctor and nurses forgot that my daughter was back in the exam room. We had an appointment but all walk ins were seen before my daughter, and then they left her in the back for 45 mins. Do not recommend.3 months agoHighly recommend coming here, Dr.Michelle Trevino is absolutely amazing! I work in the medical field and I truly love the way I was treated as a patient. She’s very thorough, and answered all my questions. I will definitely be coming back to her! ?2 months agoGreat visit, from the front desk staff all the way through to the treatment. The level of care was excellent and, honestly, unexpected for a walk-in clinic. It was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last.

a week agoI have been to this clinic 3 times. Each time they have helped. I was seen without a long wait. Easy to make an apt. The staff is so friendly and kind. The facility is clean and the air is fresh.2 weeks agoVery clean office. Receptionist very knowledgeable since she had my information. I did not have to answer tons of questions. Only waited few minutes before I was called in. Nurse very friendly and thorough with me. Answered questions I had. P/A also very thorough with my exam.Answered all my questions. Highly recommended making a reservation online before coming in as I was in and out in less than an hour. Loved the professionalism of the staff all the from the front desk to the PAs!

2 weeks agoEasy to find and enter. Greeted by friendly staff and helped immediately. Nurse and technician were very efficient and knowledgeable. The doctor was like an old friend with his greeting and his explanation of my test findings. Overall, great care.3 weeks agoAfter having gone to an ER twice at another major hospital with minimal to no actual results, I decided to give this Urgent Care facility on 130 N Weber Rd a try. Sure glad I did! Wonderful and caring staff and thanks to Dr. Linda Mueller she knew what needed to be done. If I had known this facility was available earlier this year I would have taken my wife here instead of the other hospital ER. Again, thanks for a great caring experience.5 months agoI went to visit their urgent care services for rashes I had from an allergic reaction. This was my 1st time here. I arrived right when they opened on a Friday. I was very pleased with their short wait times and how fast it was to register me. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. After speaking with the nurse, the physician came in shortly after. I really felt like they listened to my concerns. She gave me a prescription to resolve my issue and also gave me great advice and information about the prescription I had to take. I was also relieved they wrote me a prescription to replace my expired EpiPen. I’m happy to say I’m doing much better. I would definitely return here if I have another health concern for me or my family. Thank you so much.2 weeks agoI received a call regarding delinquent test I could not schedule due to working hours. The person was very polite and helpful. I was able to have these test scheduled within a couple days on the. Weekend with her assistancea month agoFirst time using the urgent care in Bolingbrook. Everybody there was super friendly. Thee nurses and docs were very thorough. Will definitely return there in the future for any emergency needs.
