  My experience is ALWAYS pleasant when I go here. There is an urgent care about 5 minutes from me but I always opt out of going there because I’d rather take a 25 minute drive to go where I know myself or my child will be cared for. Broken to Better is truly a gem when it comes to handling their patients. They are kind, they genuinely care about what is going on with you and when I make an appointment, they get me in and out. I also have to note that Michaela did an outstanding job with communicating with me even after I left. She is truly a star! Would definitely 100% recommend this place to anyone!

  Very pleasant experience from the moment you walk in the door. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Alice (I think was her name) was very nice and Bethany was extremely genuine and thorough. She wasn’t seeking to push anything on you but rather was willing to diagnose and treat our illness. Definitely recommended!

  I am thoroughly pleased with my experiences at this facility. I went twice for urgent care visits. For both I was able to make an appointment the day of (within an hour of when I looked online). At the office the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The appointments themselves each took less than an hour. Dr. Baker was amazing. She helped explain why I was experiencing they symptoms I was and potential causes. She also helped find the best medications for treating the symptoms and underlying causes. It was refreshing to hear from a doctor who wanted you to understand why your experiencing what you are. I would highly recommend this doctor and this office.

  Michaela was extremely nice, efficient, and thorough! I was in and out rather quickly with appropriate treatment.

  My only issue was my insurance was out of network, so I paid cash/HSA. Price wasn’t too bad.

  We did make an appointment. Check in was a breeze after completing forms online prior to our appointment. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, and thorough from check in to the completion of our student’s sports physical. We were out in less than 30 minutes. Great experience!

  We had a great visit! We were able to get in and get out but never felt rushed. Great staff toi!! Nurse Haven is super sweet and you can tell she enjoys her job. I highly recommend this urgent care!!

  The receptionists are so sweet and easy to talk to. They make the process as easy and efficient as possible. I’m so sorry if I butcher her name, but the receptionist named Beautia is who helped me out every step of the way with workers’ comp. She was a joy to talk to despite the pain and urgency of my visit. I am so thankful she was there as her simple kindness genuinely helped me calm down, be patient, and focus on the positive. Thank you guys!

  driving through and needed to be seen. i was in and out in under 1 hour 15 minutes it seemed with thorough service. explanation of issue was explained in simple terminology and all questions were answered. staff was friendly. some labs were completed on site which was nice. if i end up in the area again i would visit this urgent care as a walk in again.

  Took my nonverbal child here today and these people were the most kind and respectful people. Noreen at the front desk was so nice and even spoke to my child and signed to her. Dr Ky was great as well, was quick thorough and understanding! Thank you guys for being awesome!!!

  i was seen today and had the best nurse take me back, Grace did a great job talking to me and making me feel comfortable while getting my blood drawn! i did wait a while but that was to be expected at an urgent care, all the staff was nice too!

  There was no communication in back office regarding clinical team and patient, so some have been sitting in room for about 50min with 3 providers working today. Until I had to step out the room to approach front desk regarding matter. Was told the wait will another be 1hr and 30min on top of arriving already in clinic for hour this I felt was unexeceptable.

  I think it’s a good place to help people get well but I don’t think they should give massages while other people is in there if you gone into somebody clothing., I don’t feel comfortable about that and I really don’t care for that part because you have everybody in there you were out in the opening and it does not matter. I just don’t think they should do that. Maybe it’s me because I’m older, but I believe that you can do a healing process without even that. I think the other services is great, but the sad part is the person who doing the services does not see how much pain a person is in so come in there. It may look like the person is fine but at their day-to-day job there in a lot of pan, but I again think the other services is great in there and again you might appear to be OK but you’re really not.

  They were very professional I was in and out quickly the woman who assisted me in my drug test were very professional and kind. But fact is I took it on Thursday and still have not seen any results on Tuesday. My concern is not whether or not I passed my concern is being able to start my new job without results
