a month agoThe worst health care you will ever receive. They are a perfect example of how the healthcare system in this country is degrading. And it mirrors the degradation of our state & federal representation.a year agoThe Clinic is really nice, appointments have very little if no wait time. When test are ordered always done ASAP most the same day.My Dr. is wonderful ,patience, kind and very up to date on my health and treatment needed. I gave a rating of 4 stars because I believe every business can always improve something.a year agoDr. Traxinger is awesome. She’s thorough and listens to any concerns I have and makes sure I have plenty of time to have all my questions answered! Also, she and her nurses are very quick to respond to any emails I send, which I greatly appreciate.a year agoI would have like to be informed sooner that I needed to come in ahead of time for my blood work. I was called on a Friday before the Monday AM Wellness appointment but I was out of town all weekend so I landed having to come in at 7:30 for a 8:15 appointment. At the appointment my Dr. informed me of this new time frame for future appointment.11 months agoLove the care and compassion I receive when I need an appointment with Dr Grenz. The schedulers and nurses are great. Dr Grenz takes the time to listen and evaluate your medical concerns.

5 months agoAustin Maier NP, was so great! When my child was unwell, I was a bit panicked and so we went to the walk-in on 43rd. When we went back to see Austin, he was so thoughtful, listened attentively and worked diligently to help find a solution for my child. He consulted multiple sources and got us what we needed. He even got a us a quick referral for a specialty doctor that would have taken weeks to get into otherwise. On top of all this, he checked back in to see how things were going later that week. This is the kind of care and quality of a care-provider that truly cares about their patients. Thank you Austin and CHI St. Alexius! We so appreciate you!a year agoI was going to take my son to the walk-in clinic but looked at his cut and knew I needed to take him to Urgent Care. Dr. Austin is the best he stitched him up and did an amazing job. He was wonderful to talk to fun guy!!!6 months agoDr. Austin and the nurses on staff are amazing. We had to take our daughter in today to get some stitches and we couldn’t have asked for better care.12 months agoI was traveling thru the state and got a tick bite. I came to the clinic, was seen immediately by Alain Green FNP, no wait, and he did a thorough exam plus they took a Lyme blood test and prescribed the antibiotics. They took alot of time, there was no drama over my insurance, I said I would make a copay right then just in case, but they weren’t concerned. I got a bill in the mail recently for $50, which I paid immediately I was so grateful and impressed with the service and also that they let me leave without getting any payment off me at the time! I also easily accessed the notes and test results on their online portal. (This was a completely different experience than I had in a Tuscaloosa AL clinic, concerning the same bite.) Just very nice and very knowledgeable people at CHI Bismarck thank you6 months agoI am so thankful and appreciative of the kindness and quality of care my child received last evening.
