a month agoPartnership Health Clinic seems to only hire wonderful and super cool people! Every interaction I’ve had there has been amazing.Dr. Quirk is my GP, he is always attentive, patient , incredibly helpful and mindful with every issue I’ve come in with.
I have terrible anxiety and the lovely people at PHC have made me feel completely comfortable at each appointment, from scheduling, to checking in and everything in between. 15/10 So glad I found this place and will continue to come here !

Everyone I’ve dealt with has been pleasant and helpful. I’m more than pleased with the care I’ve received and have recommended PHC to several friends. Excellent facility and caring people. Highly recommend it.2 months agoAt lowell clinic;It was great! The secretary had an attitude toward me only after she was looking at our medical records.
Assuming there are still things from 2018 I need to work on getting sealed from our record when I was homeless which should have already been.
Ive come a long way since then and it honestly gets old but I know she probably doesn’t understand, and she got a little better when I explained to her that my mind was focused on my sons xray, and not rescheduling an appointment that should have needed to be scheduled for three months but due to complications is another month.
Dr vannatta has the kindest heart ive seen around, she treats my son with love and respect and I honestly wish sometimes I had a doctor who cared as much as her. She breathtakingly gorgeous as well!

a month agoThis place is the healthcare equivalent of fast food.They don’t want to spend more time than they need and don’t seem excessively caring. Actually had doctors and nurses cut me off when explaining my reason for visiting when they each had barely been in the room a few minutes.
The amount of time spent in the presence of both doctor and nurse combined was less than 15 minutes. I guess i should find a professional doctor who has the time to develop a real understanding of their patients.
Unfortunately, I think these people must be used to dealing with a lot of homeless people, drug addicts, and the uninsured.
I guess these days you have to pay premium prices in healthcare to get people who actually care about you.

3 weeks agoI went in for covid testing and an antiviral prescription on a Saturday afternoon. The clinic is bright and beautiful. The staff were all professional, personable, and helpful. I was in and out in under an hour. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Missoula is lucky to have this place.a week agoWe have had our share of walk in clinics, but Community FirstCare on Brooks far exceeds the others, and quite honestly our expectations. From the front desk staff to the phlebotomist to the NP, I was treated with kindness, care, and professionalism. Sharon thoroughly explained my diagnosis and referred me to another doctor for future needs. I highly recommend this walk in clinic!!!a month agoI was greeted promptly and courteously when I entered the clinic. I was seen within about 10 minutes. The medical assistant took a thorough history and the APRN who saw me confirmed the history and performed an appropriate focused physical exam and explained my treatment thoroughly. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic.3 months agoI love the N.P. Sharon that I have taken my kids and myself in to see over the past few years. She is thorough and also kind in her approach. She is relatable and makes having to go into the Dr a pleasant experience for all! Definitely a 5+ star review!3 months agoI took my spouse to get his aching and swollen ear checked. It was a walk in clinic so we stopped in on our way to Washington. He waited 45 min. While four other people were taken before him. Three of them walked in after him. We were told that they take the ones with appointment’s first, but when we asked how much longer we’d have to wait, we were told we’d be next which did not happen. If anyone needs care and go in as a walk-in, don’t expect to be seen for a long time. We just got up and walked out after being told again we would be next. We should have been told upfront this is how they treat people. You may want to consider going elsewhere. That is what we did.

2 months agoI’d like to first and foremost thank the staff for making the place feel welcoming, and for being genuinely concerned for my well-being, as well as making the process of getting checked in/out quick and easy. I’ve had a sour opinion about healthcare professionals due to experiences in the past, but after having Erika work with me today while we were waiting for the doctor on site, my view on things have shifted to a more positive light. I truly hope more people get to experience the same sort of care I did today. ? 10/102 months agoWent in with a possible broken bone on a Thursday. I was seen right away by a helpful and pleasant staff. They took great care of me and did everything they could to help. Got x-rays, a prescription, and equipment I needed to get back to work as soon as possible. Super understanding when it came to notes for work. Will definitely be coming back for any medical needs, although I’m hoping I won’t need to lola month agoThis place sucks. Messed up my appointment, when we called the day of they put me on hold for 15 minutes, came back and were surprised we were still on the line, they sat there silent not saying anything, just to then tell me I dont have an appointment. Wasted my time, my day, was rude, and was incapable of doing their job even in the slightest capacity.Update: Turns out I was on the schedule but they scheduled me to a different location, and neglected to inform me at all. Making me miss the appointment and despite being informed the receptionist should’ve been able to tell me this information had she bothered to check. Which means she went out of her way to not do her job.
3 months agoHad a very easy and positive experience here. Each person I interacted with was very sweet and helpful. The doctor was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and got my little guy what he needed. Would recommend2 months agoMy son had a severe allergic reaction to ? My wife took him Mineral county clinic. The PA did a terrible job with treatment. He actually got worse. We took him to community first and the employees were incredible. Prescribed what he needed. Thank you soon much!! You are greatly appreciated
