a week agoUnfortunately we had to visit the ER several times this summer but fortunate to have Family Emergency Room in Georgetown to go to for any and all of our recent situations!We hardly ever have time to finish our paperwork in the waiting area – so the wait time in minimal – before they place you in a room.
The staff is friendly as well as the doctors…and they are detailed about how they are handling your case.
I recommend this ER to everyone!
a week agoNever fun when you need to go to the ER. But when you do, you want a good experience. The nurses and doctor were awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. Should I need an ER in the future, I will definitely be going back and recommending friends and family do the same.3 weeks agoI am so grateful for Family Emergency Room in Georgetown! They are so fast and the staff and Doctors are incredibly kind, caring and professional. The facility is clean and you don’t feel like a number at all. My family has had to use the ER a few times since they’ve opened (for major and minor emergencies) and we always feel informed and are given choices in our care options. This is truly the best place to go for emergency care.a week agoEveryone was so pleasant. I took my daughters in for a not so emergent situation and they weren’t rude or dismissing to any of my concerns. I would recommend them to everyone! And I will definitely be taking my family there if the need arises again.a month agoGreat service and the staff was great! The doctor was fabulous and took time and did every test and X-ray and blood work to check all of my symptoms thoroughly. Everyone was so friendly. I will definitely be going back when sick again!

3 months agoI got there a little after 8am and there were few people in the lobby so they were able to see me quickly. The service was great; the receptionist was lovely, she was able to find out my insurance information even though I didn’t have it on me. The doctors were straightforward, professional, and speedy as well! The best thing about my visit was how fast it was, I tend to stay away from clinics like this because they’re usually so slow and the doctors seem to always be working at minimum pace but these doctors were quick, I never waited in a room for too long after being told “the doctor will be with you shortly” and they wanted to get me out, with my prescription as soon as possible. Was in there for less than an hour. Will definitely be choosing this clinic for future visits3 weeks agoUnfortunately this was the 2nd time visiting with my son; once for a broken thumb and now for a sprained ankle. Both times, the staff was great and very friendly. We received the X-Ray results in a timely manner and they took time to answer any questions I had. The online appointment process is also quick and easy.3 months agoHonestly. Best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care! Brought my daughter in and everyone was so kind and caring with her. She was very nervous going in. Typically when you bring your kid into get checked out doctors and nurses kind of ignore the child and talk to the parent. But that wasn’t the case. They included her and treated her with respect. They talked to her and explained things to her as well as me so she felt more comfortable and more aware of what was happening. Highly recommend and we will make sure this is our one and only location from here on out ?3 months agoThis place was so great, especially when you go not feeling well. It was a bit of a wait when I came on the weekend but everyone was so patient and kind, I really felt well taken care of. And came back after 5 days on antibiotics to be sure my ear was healed enough to fly, and same great experience. Highly recommend this place:)4 months agoVery nice receptionist/MA! She knew what she was doing and took care of us right away! The PA was very nice and I loved that she spoke Spanish, this visit was for my dad and I usually have to go to translate, but since she was there he felt more Comfortable! Definitely will come back if we have another urgent appointment to come to!

2 weeks agoMy daughter with fever and flu waiting for more of 1 hour and also the receptionist very unpleasant, unfriendly and with very little desire to work and help and support the patient. Also and it’s incredible but while my daughter is waiting the clinic have roach on the floor and nobody take care of that. Horrible urgent care, I will never return to this site and I will report this to the city as an unhealthy urgent care because they need an inspection urgently. Also they need to have admin workers with more knowledge because they collected $195 from my card explaining something without sense because we don’t have de deductible, we’re in the network and also we have a copayment in urgent car of $5. After discuss with the lady they understood and they refunded my money and collect the right amount ($5) I don’t remember if the receptionist but this lady is really bad worker, doesn’t have customer service attitude and skills but also she did not have medical billing knowledge. Please be far of this place, it’s my humble recommendation. That’s happened today 09.07.2023 around 1pm CSTa week agoFabulous in every way. The receptionist was a delight, as was the MA and Dorian is the best PA I’ve ever met. I’ve know him For quite a few years and am thrilled you got him back. I will never go anywhere else ???a month agoIn spite of a busy schedule, I was accepted to come in for an evaluation. The PA examined me thoroughly and I was able to get my medications within an hour. I’m feeling much better this morning. The staff at this clinic is friendly and patient with all patients. Great job.a month agoGood experience. Wait was reasonable, checking was easy. The medical assistant’s check in was thorough. MD was personable and also thorough. Made sure I knew the outcome of my visit and addressed all questions. Very good experience overall. I would choice the practice again in the future if needed.a week agoFirst time at this clinic and the representation at the entrance was very personal and knowledgeable of helping checking in. The medical staff I seen was outstanding. We will go back again if we have any problems. We also will recommend the Saint David’s Med Clinic. Very precessional, well done
