a month agoMy experience was fantastic compared to a hospital emergency room. The staff was very friendly throughout the process and were able to take care of me immediately. The wait time didn’t exist when I was there. I got my basic vitals done by a great nurse who was friendly and sat in the private room. Dr. Sully was awesome and stitched me up with precision in a timely manner while we chatted during process. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and look forward to returning to have my stitches removed. Thank you!in the last weekI truly appreciated the ease and speed of being seen, and yes on a Sunday with only minutes of wait time vs hours at the ER. The prognosis would not have been any different. Dr.Oakley was friendly and supportive and answered my questions. I told Maryah about my anxiety issues and she was very sweet about it. She hurried things along as fast as possible so I could leave quickly due to my agoraphobia.in the last weekThe doctor/nurses was awesome and very helpful. The young lady at the front wasn’t welcoming at all and was giving off a sense of arrogance. I been to this location many times and this was the first time I had an issue.a month agothese idiots can’t even diagnose a broken bone, let alone anything more complex. the service providers seem more interesting in conversing with themselves rather than patients. if you’re gutshot, you have better chances of driving to an actual hospital than trust any of these incompetent “doctors” to do anything for you. i have never been to patient first for myself or family and received anything other than inaccurate diagnosis and annoyance. miracle they’re still even allowed to practice at this point.

2 months agoAs you see I gave them a 1 star but it should be a negative 5. It would take half an hour to at least an hour to get someone to put her on a bed pan she had to go so bad one time that I put her on the bed pan. She even learned how to put a diaper on by herself so as not to lay in a mess till she had somebody come in to change the sheets. They have too many patients and not enough staff the state should change their rating scale because this is not right but most of the time people are put there and forgotten with no one to fight for them. She had one person on the late shift tell her not to ring for her because she was the only one on that night so I stayed there the next night and talked to the administration that morning. She had her leg amputated and needed help to be able to come home this was the one in Macungie, not Bethlehem5 months agoMy brother with neurofibromatosis is at Complete Care at Lehigh. My first exposure to Complete Care was the Admissions Manager, Jennifer Light, she was amazing doing next weeks homework today. I.e. addressing things that were going to be issues before I even though about them. Then I encountered the staff at the short term rehab floor. They were all involved with my brothers care, friendly, joking, giving me advice on how to care for my brother. Totally unlike any other skilled nursing facility I had ever encountered. I am very impressed with the care provided by Complete Care.3 weeks agoThey made our transition very smooth for my dad .. he spent six weeks in Lehigh Valley Hospital and is going into Genesis for a few weeks for more therapya month agoI have have seen great improvement in my friend they are short handed. and that’s not there fraught. 1hour and a half I wouldn’t complain.2 months agoWalking into Compele Care felt like family, I just felt very comfortable had an interview today and it went great!! Can’t wait to be part of their team.

in the last weekFirst time at this facility. I was very impressed with how nice and welcoming the staff was. My Doctor was incredibly attentive and so was the nurse. I felt like I was given excellent care here. Will definitely use again if necessary.a month agoWe had an unexpected trip to ExpressCARE today for my 10 year old daughter who ended up having an ear infection and sinus infection. We had a great experience today with everyone from check in, to the nurse who sat with us and then Jessica Moran, CRNP. It’s hard because our family Dr knows our kids but today Jessica took her time and really made us feel comfortable, especially my daughter. I appreciate when people do what they can to make our kids feel better and when someone listens to us as parents. We do what we can to avoid Dr visits but when we do it’s nice to know that there is staff out there like everyone we worked with today 8/20. Thank you again!a month agoWent to this facility on August 13,2023. Was seen within 10 minutes after arriving. The CRNP, Beth Turoscy was the attending provider. She was very professional and explained everything in detail. After leaving, I had a problem with the prescription at the pharmacy (nothing she done wrong) . I called Express Care and spoke with her directly, and she reissued another prescription that was filled within the hour. Thank you Beth Turoscy for your professionalism. Respectfully, Jerry Hoffman2 years agoI’m from NJ and I don’t mind taking the drive, this place is very organized, the people working here are extremely courteous, it must be the Pennsylvania air ?, because you definitely do not get this treatment in North Jersey. This is our second time this year cometo this location for a Covid test for traveling and like I said, if you come on a Sunday it’s your best bet they are open from 9am to 3pm, barely anyone here so you will be in and out tested and with the letter for traveling.4 months agoOur experience was not good, the doctor was not at all correct. Very poor attention, they only want to leave the patients in 5 minutes without checking them well or doing the necessary tests, they do not care about the patient at all.
