The staff was very friendly and I was satisfied with the level of attention Nina gave me. Will definitely return, but only if I have to because Urgent Care is not a place I’d like to frequent.2 weeks agoFrom my experience at Express urgent Care, they was very professional and knowledgeable. Wait time really wasn’t that bad, for a person that did a walk in without an appointment. I recommend if you need to see someone ASAP that this will be a good place to go. Think they was very friendly and courteous and they answer all your medical needs, anyway that you will understand it.a month agoSo I made an appointment on a Saturday for 9am for a DOT Physical. I made this appointment on Thursday, after I made the appointment I got 2 emails reminding me that I made the appointment and one text to confirm the appointment. I show up at 845 like most health care offices want you to. The doors were locked so I sat in my car. At 859 I get a call from the women behind the desk and she tells me that the Dr that does the physicals does not work on Saturdays and that I would have to reschedule. So I rescheduled my appointment and now it’s Tuesday at 510 pm. I show up at 5pm and here it is 715 pm and I am still here. If I could give zero stars that’s what i feel this place deserves. I will say the Dr and only one nurse was very nice. But besides that this place needs new management because the management here now is absolutely awful.4 months agoMy special needs daughter who’s nonverbal and handicapped was seen here due to not feeling well. The staff was all polite and nice and understanding. I had a great doctor for my daughter as well and I don’t say that lightly, because I’ve had awful experiences at other places before. I was in and out within a hour and I did have an appointment but they weren’t busy either way. Thanks for making us feel safe and welcomed and taken care of!.

a week agoThis is the First baby I delivered at Moses Taylor. The staff is amazing, the doctors are excellent along with nurses right down to house keeping. They make you feel as comfortable as possible! Everyone has a great personality and sense of humor especially in a situation as such where emotions can be running high. I will always highly recommend Moses Taylor for their birthing unit!4 weeks agoI moved here from New Jersey and with the reviews I seen when it was time to give birth I chose this hospital! & WOW! I must say this is by far the best hospital to give birth at! The nurses are AMAZING!! DR BURNS AMAZING! they are all so nice and make you feel so comfortable & always checking on you and making sure your ok and AMAZING with the babies!! Food service amazing ! Everything about this hospital has just been amazing and it made my experience with having my baby so great! I’ve never felt this comfortable after giving birth! & I feel like a queen! They have so many resources and help you out with whatever you need!!this hospital by far is best in Scranton area! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!?a month agoThe check in process was smooth but once after that I had to wait over an hour and a half before the procedure began. I arrived at 12:20 a bit before I needed to be there. I got checked in taken back to the pre op area. The process there for the intake information, blood pressure and iv port insertion took about 30 minutes. All went well until I heard they doctor was running behind and I proceeded to wait for my turn to go for almost an hour and a half. After the procedure when I awoke the check out process was fine. All in all I was pleased except for having to wait as long as I did. It was annoying since this was a scheduled procedure not a last minute or emergency so to me the timing should have worked better. All the staff I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and respectful.in the last weekI received a blood transfusion at Moses Taylor Hospital on referral from my hematologist. The process was very long, however, it was made extremely comfortable by the nurses who were very nice and accommodating to my needs the whole time I was there. My only concern would be for patient privacy as this is a large open room and the curtains around your treatment area are not drawn. You watch everyone else’s treatment and vise versa.7 months agoGreat hospital. Worked here years ago and have had a child born here. Staff is great. Rooms and the hospital is generally clean. A great hospital if you need to go to one.

a month agoI had a fantastic experience. I was in and out within about a half of an hour. The facility was clean. All members of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Jen, the PA, examined me and explained the course of treatment thoroughly. I would go back again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend this facility to others.in the last weekThe attitude and the customer service are horrible. Starting with the front desk representative. If they make a mistake they’ll never take fault. The place could be fully empty, still won’t answer the phones, call you back or have any space for any more patients And much more I just don’t have the time for a full break down.3 months agoCame in yesterday for a store throat and cold/flu type symptoms. The guy in the first room they took me into was very ignorant. I told him that it felt like strep. After having it 18 times before this I know what it feels like. They didn’t even take my temperature or blood pressure. Quickly checked me over and did a strep test. When they did the strep test instead of swabbing both sides like they should. Only the back of my throat was swabbed really fast. I was told it came back negative, it was viral and to take some over the counter medication. I didn’t feel like that was right, like I said I know what strep feels like. So I went to urgent care in Dickson city where they ran another strep test and swabbed my throat thoroughly. It came back positive. I don’t know if I was treated like this just because I’m a teenager but I can’t imagine how many other people got the wrong diagnosis and weren’t treated properly.6 months agoI came in with my son very sick, he told me to give him the insurance card, I did. He was very moody. He told me neither of the Insurance card worked. I told him i have brought my son not to long ago. He said well, you have a balance I’m like balance of what. My sons is 5 years old. He didn’t even explain. The last time i went there was a sweet young lady. She was so helpful, so welcoming. I will never come back here again.6 months agoI went to giesinger convenient care because I’m trying to better my life, and get my license. That doctor is not professional and is judgemental! She said she looked up my past and she seen drug use so she’s not going to help me!!So if anyone has drug issues in their background don’t go there because she will make you feel so uncomfortable! I thought doctor’s are supposed to help you better your life! My kid is getting sick every other week because we have to walk everywhere! Primary care is over a month away to get an appointment! Thanks for making me feel like all this forward progress is for nothing!
