in the last weekI recently saw Silvana, NP, at Berkley Urgent Care and couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. From the moment she walked into the room, I was immediately put at ease. She took the time to listen attentively to my symptoms and concerns and I felt extremely confident in her diagnostic ability. Thank you Silvana for your outstanding care and making me feel so comfortable!a month agoToday was my first time at Berkeley Urgent care, and I was very impressed. Everyone was very nice! I didn’t have to wait so long…and once I was into a room, everything ran quickly (I had my foot x-rayed). The doctor was very kind and efficient. She even called me after I was home to give me the radiology report, and gave ideas for my foot to improve quickly. I will surly recommend this urgent care!in the last weeki have been going to this urgent care for years, all the staff are very respectful and always do everything they can to help me. Especially doctor silvana, she is the sweetest and always goes the extra mile to make sure I get the proper care. Would recommend them to anybody. ?3 months agoI have to say, this is the best urgent care office, the staff is so welcoming. I want to take a moment and say that I had the best experience with Dr Kathleen Lewis. She responded to my needs urgently, had the answers to all my questions, and treated me like a person, which is just amazing to receive from a doctor. All my nerves were calmed from my visits. I’m so grateful and I can’t believe an urgent care is this good. I am so glad to have found a place that takes care of me. Thank you all!a week agoFriendly staff. Fast and efficient service. We were from out of state and they correctly processed my insurance. Prompt follow-up the next day. Kind and compassionate care. Would visit again.

in the last weekIt is clean. The staff are polite. I only went for a drug test and physical for a job so I don’t have much to say except they did what was required. I just wish I didn’t have to wait so long in the waiting room to see a staff member for my drug test.2 months agoEveryone was professional yet approachable. The clinic was well organized as well. They answered all my questions as well as explained the process. I was there for a drug screening for a potential hiring.a month agoUpon arriving to concentrate, the first office staff who greeted me was rude, the young man who did my pre assessment was rushing , however the Doctor who did my physical was super nice very patient she had excellent bed side manners.2 months agoMy nurse was inviting and made me feel comfortable. He made me laugh even though I was uncomfortable. When I returned, I had him again and I was excited. a month agoI loveeeee them so much. Angie the front desk was very helpful, Ashley the PA was so nice and pleasant. And the Medical Assistant was very caring, loving and understanding she was the best. I will be returning. I was in and out. Definitely telling all of my friends and family to come here for all of their urgent care needs.a month agoFantastic urgent care! No wait, very clean, staff was very welcoming. The provider I saw was engaging and very knowledgeable. In and out in less than 30 minutes! If the need for an urgent care arises again, i will use IEP Southfield!4 months agoWent in this morning with issues in regards to my eyes. The doctor I saw was very thorough (I forgot her name) but far as running test etc. they were great. She even gave my eye doctor a referral call. Definitely deserving of a five star rating.in the last weekThe staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly they made me feel very comfortable. Had x-rays done and they were very patient with me when answering my questions.a month agoNurse practitioner Stephanie was awesome. Some parts of check in felt a little clunky and they weren’t able to make a copy of the physical form for me without uploading and scanning something first and we sat there for quite a while before I just gave up. I’m surprised the location doesn’t have a copy machine.
