  The staff is very kind, knowledgeable & really good with kids. The RNs & all of the staff involved in my son care actually listened with him & talked with him on a level that he could understand..I am so thankful for all of the ER staff. (RNs,X-ray, CT & front desk & Leon) They turned a gloomy & scary situation completely around. #RealMVPs Levi aka Sonic says thank you All. He is up & running again?

  Need signs on the door to let people know when an ultra sound is being done in the room. I had 3 people just open the door and try to come in even tho my very sweet ultrasound tech told them not to enter. I was having a vaginal ultrasound so my bag. Was just out for all these people to see because they didn’t listen when the ultrasound tech told them not to enter. Other than this the staff was amazing. Friendly and didn’t leave me just sitting there not knowing what I was waiting on. The room was big and clean. I didn’t feel like I was in prison like I do at the Franklin location

  I am so thankful for the staff, and I think them so much for them and their services. I was given good treatment and I thank them so much. I was in an accident a year and a half ago where my spleen got shattered I am so thankful to be here today, thank you Ascension All saints.

  Very professional. Showed care and compassion. Quick response times for all results of tests completed. Overall best staff ever working on September 7th. Also shout out to the greatest nurse ever Randy. He gets 5 stars just for him.

  I didn’t feel safe or like I was in a good hospital ER. Front desk was disorganized, furniture worn out in front waiting area. My room was dirty with trash on floor, long-term adhesive turned black from dirt on edge of counter, labels previously stuck on drawers partially torn off and never fully removed, room had no paper tape-(I’m allergic to adhesive tape) so my IV couldn’t be secured properly, even TV didn’t work right… Some confusion of staff. Regular inpatient patients housed in ER rooms due to floor where they would normally be housed being closed due to lack of staff!!! I felt like I was in a hospital that was on it’s last leg. Will never return there.

  I was there for hours and when it was finally time for my test, my paperwork couldn’t be processed. It had expired. I understand that they were short staffed but it was very disappointing to have to come back to do it the next day and to have to explain the situation to my new employer. The staff was great the next day, when I came back, and did everything they could to speed the process up.

  Everyone was very nice. But I went in for a drug test and the girl that gave it to me said that it would be done in 5 mins and sent to the person it needed to be sent to. Nope was not got sent in somewhere I could not start my job. So ya not very happy about it. Because I quit my job so I could start a new job.

  Went for a DOT exam, redhead doctor lifted up my shirt to feel for “tenderness” in my stomach, found out that that was not necessary. Also Concentra messed up on my DOT paperwork. The wait took an hour when people who came in for drug test after me got out before I got in for mine.

  Wow I was in-and-out and I was treated very professionally and Courteously. The place where I was doing A UA for got my results the same day and I was very happy with the way things went.

  They were all very kind, and I was in and out within the hour! Highly recommend. And you pay your copay up front so no worry about a bill in the mail and not knowing how much it will be! Very satisfied and will be going again if I need to. Good job! And thank you! I’m already feeling better!

  This review is for billing issues only – the staff at location were lovely. I had to pay a $176 copay upfront then my insurance would be applied and i would be reimbursed. My insurance paid them 3 days after visit but it’s 3 months later and i have yet to be refunded. I had to call to initiate reimbursement in the first place, was told it would be put back on my debit card in about 3 business days. Gave it a week and called again, they said they would issue check. Check not issued for yet another week and it was sent out over a month ago supposedly. Called 2 times about check and each time told to wait longer. Supposedly after 2nd call a second check was issued. That was over a week ago and i don’t have it. Confirmed address is correct. I asked why second check wasn’t sent certified or with tracking since first one went missing. Was asked if i had spoken to my bank. That’s not how checks work! When you get a check you take it to bank to deposit it and if they can see it hasn’t been cashed why ask me that? It seems weird and kinda fishy I had to call (you didn’t notice double payment?) Which i could’ve chalked up to things just slipping through cracks sometimes but then to get the runaround and no answers, only what sounds like excuses. No one can put me in touch with a supervisor or manager, claiming they are not available and unable to send me to their voicemail. In 2023 i can’t leave a voicemail? I am beyond tired and upset dealing with this and spinning my wheels. Absolutely unacceptable.

  My friend and I had need of urgent care while on a bike ride from Chicago to Milwaukee. We searched all the listings of urgent care to find one that had X-ray equipment. After spending the night in Racine (it was a Sunday after hours) and $35 for an Uber, we were advised by staff that they were unable to provide the advertised service because they had no technician to run the X-ray equipment and hadn’t had one for some time. This clinic is falsely advertising services they cannot provide. I would not trust their website nor visit them unless you call them first and confirm they can meet your specific needs.

  This is one of the the cleanest and nicest Urgent Care/Medical offices I’ve been to! The staff is friendly and helped me with my ailment. I also came on a Saturday morning and was taken care of in less than an hour. Thank you!
