9 months agoLet me make an appointment for a Covid pcr test online. When I arrived I was told the computer wasn’t working and wouldn’t be till Friday. I’m convinced that CVS executives and managers are trying to find fun and new ways to waste my time. Every time I enter this any any other CVS is takes twice as long and is twice as expensive as I thought it would be.a week agoThe fact that they don’t accept walkins is pitifula year agoI am so thankful to god th@ these clinics exists, as they are on top of there game. They’re availability is awesome, even though ive started to notice it is less, as many are discovering these clinics, because of there dependability and trust. Doctors will need to fear them as these nurses will take there job away, if they continue bieng unavailable(lol). Great nurses by far, my children have been to both CVS/TARGET in Howard Evanston, for Colds,Covid testing, rash over da past 17 yrs. THANK YOU GUYS, for your trust and dedication to your WORK! You are FREAKIN AWESOME ??☺️❕❗️‼️2 years agoPlease DO NOT go here for an ear cleaning. The procedure left me with my ear feeling full and ringing. The nurses lack experience, they don’t follow up at all. After the procedure they told me you should go to an ENT where I wish I went originally. I wish my symptoms upon no one they are so bad, please do not go here.5 years agoFirst timer to the Minute Clinic and won’t be the last! Highly recommended. 5 years agoFriendly staff, excellent nurses, and very professional, knowledgeable physicians. Doctors Patel, Sims, and Prete and their teams have provided accurate diagnoses, effective but never excessive treatments, and clear instructions for self-care once at home for the (unfortunate) array of ailments I’ve dealt with over the years.They’re efficient, pragmatic, and no-nonsense, and I couldn’t appreciate it more. As someone with a long history of dealing with the healthcare system, the Church Street NSMG office has been statistically exceptional in the best possible way.
3 years agoI visited North Shore Medical Grp @1007 Church St to obtain a PCP(new in area) I spoke with Jan and she was very very helpful and pleasant Jan took care of all my needs and got me setup so my first visit would go as smoothly as possible..EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE..Keep up the good work Jan2 years agoi just called and i had an appointment but literally hung up on accident and the receptionist said that my doctor couldn’t call back WHEN SHE JUST LITERALLY CALLED BACK SO need a new receptionist because she just made me have more anxiety and was rude so yeah.4 years agoa year ago
